The staff that's been hired at this location seems to be killing it and not in a good way. When I ordered food here as of the last few months, here are some of the problems I've encountered. The meatballs have been cold and I mean like not even cooked cold. The staff isn't changing their gloves between tasks and bacon grease, mustard ect. Gets all over every item that you order from all the previous orders. If I order a side, the outside of the container has more food on it than the inside. The drink cases are always out of stock. I hate to see this place go downhill like it has since it use to be ran with dignity.

My experience this evening at the Redner's location in Joppa, MD was extremely disappointing…read more First, I found it inappropriate for management to address an employee in front of a customer. Any corrective conversation should be handled privately and respectfully. When I later expressed my concern regarding this behavior to the Store Director, Vikki Eiswert, I was told to leave the store after stating that I felt her approach toward the employee was rude. Rather than engaging in a professional discussion, she stated she would not argue, removed items from my hands, and proceeded to contact law enforcement. At no point was I aggressive or causing a disturbance; the only issue was that I voiced my concern about her conduct. I will not be shopping at this location again, and I intend to ensure that this experience is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties. No one--whether a manager or a store associate--should be spoken to in a belittling or disrespectful manner. The employee involved was not at fault, and being in a leadership position does not justify speaking to employees in an unprofessional way. While being asked to leave the store is not my primary concern, I will continue to share my experience until it reaches the appropriate level of review.

I took my car in because I heard a screeching metal sound on my rear brakes and found that I needed new brake pads. In addition to their instant diagnosis, the mechanics were able to pull up the alert that indicated there was an issue with the brakes for my model and year. They were able to replace the brakes for a fair price and in a timely fashion. I'd go back if I had another issue which I hope is not in the near future.

The…read moreowner is an ass, the counter help is frequently hard to understand & their general "attitude" towards others tends to be condescending, hostile or dismissive. I've tried to give this place business over the years but there's ALWAYS some type of problem, issue or concern when dealing with THİS location & those problems are, in fact, rooted in who these people are, how they happen to think, how they choose to operate & treat others &, as of today, I'm absolutely done with this particular location of Carroll Fuel. They've lost MY business & that just because of how they choose to act, perform &, most importantly, treat others. Not pleasant, not helpful, not friendly &, most importantly, not good representatives of nor a credit to CF as a whole. As of today, other local businesses will get my food, gas AND lottery money & the fault for losing ALL of my current AND future business lies WITH this location & how it's allowed to operate. Absolutely unsatisfactory general performance, overall, & I'm now DONE with this location. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is literally like a 2.5 & not much more needs to be said. Rude, unhelpful, condescending, argumentative, low class & absolutely culturally INEPT individuals are running this place & it SHOWS. Don't go here, you may regret it & enough said.
