Yes, the fried chicken is good, but nothing that stands out more from your standard "good" fried chicken. I've witnessed this manager stand behind the counter and a customer would ask for something and instead of helping call a worker who is already working on something call on them to come to counter to help customer. Same manager would walk around and talk to employees while they work and she does nothing. Great leadership. It has changed in the last 6 months. Hope it gets better.
