Let me start this off to explain my situation. Last week I ordered avocado bacon toast two times. Neither times had the bacon on it. The bacon version costs more than the regular version. I didn't call the first time, but the second time I did. I was very nice on the phone. And the young man on the phone was also very nice! He told me come in and you can get two replacements! No problem! Well I did a mobile order the next time I went there. I ordered tea, bagel bites, and bacon. Then when I got to the spot to order, I explained what happened. And then added a bacon avocado toast to it. When I got to the window. I was told I owe money for the toast. I said ohhh it's a replacement so I don't owe anything. The man with the glasses who is always there was so out of control rude to me. If you are a manager reading this. Rewatch this footage in the drive through. 1/22/24 at 7:20am. He was yelling in my face that I don't get free stuff. I was so shocked and confused with the way he spoke to me. I never speak up for myself but I was not going to allow a worker let alone a man speak to me this way. He argued with me for five minutes over this. Then finally the manager told him it's fine that I get one today and one tomorrow. (Keep in mind I am not getting anything free I paid for this the first time and they messed it up- I was also TOLD TO COME IN FOR TWO REPLACEMENTS) meanwhile I was mistreated. I am a teacher and do a lot of business there. I will not bother anymore. There are a million Dunkin' Donuts ... and Starbucks. I don't need to return to disrespect. This Dunkin' can appear to be a madhouse if you pull into the drive thru line any time before 10 am. The back of the line can sometimes reach all the way through the parking lot and just about to the main road. However, the last 3 times I've been, we have sailed through fast like a well oiled machine. It may help that I always do mobile ordering too. My orders have been complete and exactly what I've asked for. I had to drop a star because the last time I went my coffee was not hot at all. Fortunately I was heading straight home so I could warm it up in the microwave otherwise I would have turned around and gotten right back in line. read more

The staff is SO RUDE. They didn't give us our complete order and when we called the owner answered, told me to "hurry up because they were busy" and then hung up on me. I also asked for no ice in my drink and he said "we already made it you should have said something first and I was STILL ordering. Go to the one in Bel-Air, this place is awful. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts. You know what you are going to get and the price you will pay. This particular DD has a nice clean eating area and a drive thru. The parking is a little tight but other than that it is fine. I set and used the DD app to Pay and try out the 2 egg and cheese breakfast wraps for $2. The wraps are fine and at a reasonable price but I am a big boy who likes big food.... well let's just say the attached photo is not photoshopped or enhanced. My hands really are that much bigger than those poor little guys. Not sure they should have been away from there mother at that size. read more

One star because I have to. I order an iced coffee with caramel, almond milk and two splendas everyday, M-F. My husband gets cream and sugar. When I asked if one of these was with almond milk the lady said "yeah look at the sticker." I did look at the sticker and I saw what it said, however the color of my coffee matches that of my husbands which means there's in-fact no almond milk. I sat at the drive thru window asking for a coffee with almond milk and the woman walked away and completely dismissed me. I paid for my meal and drinks in addition to the up charge specifically for the almond milk and then was literally ignored. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are plenty of other locations to go which we have now been forced to do due to this inexcusable experience. read more

They gave us donuts in a bag and all Of the chocolate was stuck to the bag. The order was incorrect. I do not recommend this place. What happened to the boxes with the paper to separate the donuts? We got to the drive thru, and the woman speaking to us was quite rude. When we weren't sure about the size limit for a certain coffee, she was almost yelling through the speaker that they didn't serve that size. We could barely understand when she was yelling, so they had to switch to a new drive thru person. When we got to the window, she kept reasking us what we ordered and kept changing the price that we were supposed to pay. She would grab our money from our hands, and didn't understand when we were trying to make a split payment. She kept saying "Give me" when we were trying to pay. Overall, a bad experiment. The absolute worst experience ever at DD and I have been a fan of DD for countless years. This store almost pushed me to make Starbucks my new every other day treat. I ALWAYS order my drink on the go, but this particular morning the drive-thru was nearly out to the street. I was short on time for work so I opted to park and run inside since there was no line. The cashier who spoke little English kept telling me my on the go order was not showing and I pulled the confirmation screen up on my phone. He proceeds to take my phone and scroll with his dirty, crusty hands. After five minutes I said I'll cancel and just order a black hot americano. So i pay and still have to wait ten minutes for a simple drink. I almost lost my composure and I'm pretty good at maintaining my cool. I bypass this store everyday on the way to work now, but I refuse to stop again ever! read more

I was so disappointed. I was waiting for my order to be made, I happened to notice the preparer was handling the food bare handed, NO GLOVES. I immediately asked for my money back. That's highly unsanitary, no telling what she was doing with her hands before touching the food. She could have used the restroom and not washed her hands. You never know. Isn't it required to wear gloves in these places? I really like it there but they have to address this. At least they didn't give me any flack about giving my money back and they apologized. Very bad customer service. We waited for a long time for five drinks in the drive thru, then the man told us to pull out and park instead. After we waited about 5 minutes, he finally brought out only 4 drinks. We tried telling him we ordered 5 but he insisted that we only ordered 4. You know your going to have a bad day when your coffee isn't right. This is my go to spot every morning on my way to work and unfortunately I've had more bad than good from here. I get a large hot coffee- extra extra. Tell me why I keep getting coffees that either have no creamer, or no sugar. And they push you through the line before you can even say anything (I use drive through). It totally makes for a bad day. Food is fresh in the mornings, but not so much later in the day. Would like to get fresh tasting baked goods at any time they are open for business. Several employees have a great deal of difficulty understanding English, and that makes the ordering process a bit painful. Sometimes the place is clean, sometimes not so clean. Dunkin donuts coffee always hits the spot. But this location is awful, I've been there 5 times and 4 of those times they've gotten my order wrong. The line moves fast but the customer service people are impatient. Even at 3pm when no customers are in sight. Twice they missed my food order just because they were too eager to ring me up they didn't hear me still talking. Whether I walk in or drive through I always leave in a bad mood. Terrible customer service. I was too much disappointed while ordering coffee and donuts 2 days back. The little thin guy and the other guy were sub par their professional behavior. Their customer service deserved no star at all. Is it a dunkin donuts policy to ask every customer if they have sufficient cash with them before making purchase with cash or was it racially motivated after seeing me being asian ? I was asked to make sure if i had sufficient cash to make purchase for 2 coffees and 5 donuts. After that to make it more bitter, the guy grinned at me and went on to chat after giving a nasty stare at me. Totally unacceptable customer service. This location is always on point. It is rare they make a mistake and they keep it moving wven on the busiest of days. The coffee is always fresh and donuts are never stale. I ordered an everything bagel this morning with cream cheese, and a black coffee with hazelnut flavor; pretty simple order. When I arrived at my office, I realized the bagel was burnt black on the top; it had a very, very, very thin layer of cream cheese so you could barely taste it; all I could taste was black burned bread. The coffee was seriously watered down had no flavor at all. I make better coffee at home on my Keurig, needless to say, I definitely will not be going back, They are obviously cutting corners to save money, don't waste your money at this Abingdon location, it's awful. read more
