This thing was MASSIVE--big, round, and stacked tall with stuffing, frosting, and festive sprinkles like it understood the assignment. I'm pretty sure Jamie Bakes these specifically for birthdays like mine. I found my spot, added a little "Happy Birthday" pick to the top (because we're committing to the moment), snapped a few photos, and dug in. And let me tell you--Jamie didn't just bake, Jamie delivered! The cookie was fantastic! Moist, chewy, and perfectly soft--no dry, crumbly nonsense here. The stuffed center had that cake-pop-like texture and flavor that made every bite feel extra indulgent. And the frosting with the rainbow sprinkles? That Jamie Bakes over two hours away from my house, because I would absolutely be making this a regular stop if it were closer.
