This Dunkin is awful in the morning. They cannot handle an influx of customers. You will be 25 minutes late for work messing with them. It's nearly everyday. The put all the online orders out of reach so you can't even grab your stuff and go. I've tried with them multiple times. Avoid this dunkin any time it's busy. For the love of all that's good...don't go here. There's 3 more within 5 minutes. While sitting at the drive thru window...an employee (male / dark hair) was carrying a silver pitcher in his right hand walking towards the creme dispenser. About 2 steps away began to cough. He raised his right hand and coughed directly into the pitcher and then proceeded to pour the creme into the dispenser. Prior to that...don't think the employees could've tried to make such a quick transaction less enjoyable. White female / glasses / strawberry blonde hair couldn't have been more rude. Stopped here this morning for iced coffee - decided to get a buttered everything bagel, not toasted. Iced coffee was great, however the bagel was extremely dry, crumbly and there was a smidgen of butter on it - it was terribIe- ended up throwing it away....very disappointed!!! I stopped here on a Friday between 10-11 am and will NEVER come back again. We had to tell the lady at the drive thru our order at least 3 times. The order was for a "large caramel latte." When we got to the window to pay no one greeted us they just gave us the total. After paying for the drink we were asked to pull into another parking space until the drink was made. There was absolutely no one behind me waiting so I refused. The man at the window and an older man working within DD gave a dirty looks. So what !! They were trying to make it appear as if their drive thru window service was quick and cheating the system by asking me to pay and then park my car away from the window. I know all drive thru establishments have a set time to serve customers. Furthermore, no one ever greeted us or even said "thank you." I will NEVER stop here again. There are many other establishments with much better customer service. 1 star is given because my BFF said she was satisfied with her drink. If you are on I95 or Route 40 please keep going. The lady that rang me up was really rude and kept giving me a mean glare when I was placing my order. Then to top things off, another lady that called my order gave me a mean glare and said a very rude "you're welcome" after I thanked her.
