So much for #NationalDonutDay! I decided to make a detour-- several minutes out of the way-- to celebrate one of my favorite "holidays." Everything was disappointing: * The sign on the doors indicated that the Dunkin would close at 8pm. It was only 7:40pm, but the door was locked. * I walked around to the drive-in window, and I was told by a petulant young employee that she could not serve me there. I needed to drive around. Fine. Please be ready; I'll be right back. * I pulled around, and two employees ignored me. After a few minutes, I tooted my horn, so they knew I was there. * Long story short, the other employee said that she was busy getting drink orders. I just wanted to buy a donut. Ultimately, they didn't have my preferred flavor (bummer!). * I got a back-up choice. It was given to me in a cute little bag. No napkin. And the donut was stale!!!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about the morning service crew, especially their manager Gail! You just don't get personal service like that anymore! Food is always made fresh yo order & the drinks are just perfect. Service is fast & efficient. They know the early morning customer is usually heading somewhere, like work in my case. Incompetence all around! We stopped at this Dunkin' doughnuts on the way to our road trip. My husband wanted a frozen chocolate coffee. The cashier says that's not a thing it's either chocolate or frozen. So I say fine just a frozen coffee Naran ask me what flavor I say chocolate he says that is fine! Is that not the same thing? Then I am dairy free I asked for the butter-pecan coffee with oat milk. I receive a coffee with cream and oat milk! That defers the purpose of asking for oat milk if I was still going to receive dairy! It's a million people waiting on orders the staff is super slow and argumentative of who is doing what. If I could give this Dunkin' 0 stars I would!!!! I get the same thing every morning from Dunkin (Large Coffee Hot with 8 Splenda no cream Medium Hazelnut Ice Coffee extra LIQUID sugar and regular cream) Now I only live 3 minutes away from the perryville location but drive to The North East one every morning because perryville can NEVER get my order right. I don't like regular sugar in my ice coffee because it doesn't mix so it's always a mouth full of sugar and he still doesn't put extra! They also don't carry the hazelnut swirl that goes in the flavored ice coffee ( I'm not sure if he has the other flavors) I will continue to make the drive to northeast - I always make sure to tell them when ordering yo make sure it's liquid sugar but they constantly disappoint read more

I'm not sure why this dunkins food taste like they didn't clean out whatever they used for cleaner but it does. The coffee is always burnt or watery. Their breakfast sandwiches always have this weird taste. I feel like they need to check that their cleaning supplies aren't getting into their food because it's disgusting. Employees cuss and curse and fight back and forth. The one girl is literally always standing around. Management doesn't know what they're doing. They know how to talk nice when they want a tip. Product tastes disgusting, like it's not being managed properly. Worst service I've seen ever. Just simply ridiculous. They need to replace that whole crew. read more

After a failed attempt at getting a cappuccino elsewhere, we pulled into the Dunkin' Drive-thru. The gentleman working there was polite and well-spoken over the usually crackly speaker. We asked for one cappuccino, small, no sugar, and we heard him steaming the milk immediately. We pulled around to the window, and he gave us a cheerful "thank you, see you tomorrow!" I placed a mobile order and arrived to this store about 5 minutes later. There were no customers inside the store and 7-8 cars ahead of me in line, not moving at all. I pull over and walk inside to pick up order. There are at least 5 employees yet I wait several minutes before someone asks if they can help me. I tell them I had a mobile order and they ask if it was for inside or drive-thru. I say drive-thru and start to explain that I had ordered it several minutes ago and since there was such a line I thought I would come in since my drink was sitting somewhere dying by this point and he starts waving his arms around like a crazy man shouting something there being a "system" telling me I have to go through the drive-thru then to get it!! I ask if he is serious? I wish there was a way to cancel an order on the app but I don't think there is. I reluctantly get in line for the drive-thru and when they finally hand me my drink, it is dripping everywhere because this girl filled it way too full and I ask if I can have a napkin to get some of this off of there and she hands me 2 napkins and walks away. I am still holding the drink out my window so I wipe it off best I can and toss the napkins back to her. I love the morning crew (I can't speak to other shifts, because I rarely go any other time). The crew is fast, friendly, and good at remembering how I like my iced coffee. Lacey is my girl...she just asks me what flavor I want, and I don't even need to say the rest. The boss and his wife are so sweet, and they really make sure that the place is so clean that you can eat off of the floor. You walk in, and you smell the clean. I go to other Dunkins on occasion, and I just want to go back to mine, lol. Best DD ever! read more

I received a soggy, wet, old, stale looking glazed donut from here 2 times in a row. So i called the place and spoke with the manager. He said he makes the donuts fresh every morning, which i doubt, and that its soggy because of the rainy weather.??? okay c'mon. I told him its disgusting, and he said "I sell 80 glazed donuts a day and no one complains". I informed him the online reviews are horrible and people wont complain and just wont come back. He still did not budge and stated he sells 80 glazed per day. I told him your selling 80 now, if you make them better you could be selling 100 or 200. He said "no you can't". Went to this DD this morning and was treated BAD BAD BAD. I was excited this morning having saved enough money this pay period to spend some money to reward the hard work the ladies do at my work location. I spent $32.00 in reparation for a staff meeting to spoil the crew. I purchased bagles, cream cheese, box of Joe, and the jellies for the bagles. Got to work and found no chream cheese, which cost $ 5.90 something. I called them to report my not having received the cream cheese; and, they informed me that I did have it. I had to revisit the store where the staff were standing around giving me dirty looks for asking them to credit my card the amount. They were shaking their heads in disapproval to my surprise and continued disrespect. I paid for the product didn't get it and was abused for asking for my money back on the item I didn't get!!!! You can see a disconnect between the ownership of the business and the careless delivery of their product through insensitive and disrespectful staff. The epitome of bad. The food or drink isn't the problem (however, the donuts look pretty beat-up compared to the donuts I see elsewhere.) The management is always very rude, not only to myself and other customers, but to themselves and their own staff. Today I ordered a plain bagel toasted with Cream Cheese, Then ordered an Everything bagel Toasted with cream cheese. When I get to eat mine after waiting forever in line for them, mine was to be the Plain one- The bag has two everything bagels in it! YUCK! Don't go here. Rude staff, breakfast sandwiches are stale and the ingredients in them are even worse quality than the garbage subway serves up at breakfast. Rubbery eggs that seemed like they were cooked hours earlier and cold. Last time I got a donut there it was so hard I could have used it for slingshot ammo. Restrooms are filthy too so imagine what the food prep area must be like. Go across the bridge to the one in Havre de Grace. Can't understand how it's stayed open so long.
