4'20'2026 I've had many great years w this DD. My last 3 visits consisted of me getting a sausage wrap (no egg, no cheese), and now always having egg and/ or cheese, having to return back. This evening 1st my sandwich had cheese, I return back and wait several minutes, next I was given another that was cold to touch in the middle. When I returned back, the older lady acted if she were shocked. I encouraged her to touch it. I requested a refund, and was told she can't give one w/o a manager who wasn't present. Untruth. i go to dunkin 7 days a week, 3 days in bel air when i go to work (across from festival) they always make it perfect. the other 4 i normally go to this edgewood one on pulaski highway. past what 2 months everytime i go and the newer old hispanic lady messed up my order every single time. i cant order through drive through because she doesnt understand what i say everytime. Even if i order through the app i show up and its completely wrong, no cold foam, no cream, dark ass nasty tasting coffee (and i add extra cream eveeytime) just all around horrible experience every single time shes there. Not the worst dunkin I've been to but I visited in the morning and the lady running drive thru window, she was acting like she doesn't want to be there at all. Not a welcoming person, and just a bleh type of attitude. While I was waiting for my order, she was taking others behind me and her facial expressions were terrible. Definitely no red carpet here... No greeting but especially a nerving was having to wait to be served and then when I ordered, after paying, I got no "thank you" or anything. This is a nicer, newer designed Dunkin', but I still won't go back, because when I went to the station that has the straws and sweeteners, they were ants running all over the counter. If there are ants where the sweetener packets are I can only imagine what there must be around the sweet donuts! Donuts were very fresh. Coffee ok fir time of day. I went inside to use the restroom and order donuts and coffee. The restroom needed some attention. It was generally clean but it appears there may be some leakage around the toilet seal as a piece of paper was wet with used toilet water. Service was slow inside. I am trying to spend as little time as possible indoors with strangers so I hopped in my car and was waited on right away at the drive through. I'm a regular at this location. When the regular staff is not there expect to wait. i went in this morning to order inside and the owner just had myself and a 5 other customers waiting. I had to say excuse me and she said she was coming, but never did. She just kept taking orders for the drive thru. Every time she is there the service is terrible. Not a terrible Dunkin but I've definitely been to better. I order the same drink every time I go, caramel swirl coffee with skim milk. The drink I received here was significantly less sweet than when I usually order it. There was not Splenda on the drink bar to doctor it up to my liking. I grabbed a spring donut as well. Friendly staff and good customer service. I find their donuts to be overly sweet, but still pretty good. Their coffee isn't that great, especially iced. They put the sugar in the iced coffee AFTER putting the ice in, rather than before when the coffee is still hot. So it doesn't dissolve. Just sits at the bottom of the cup. read more

So it's a Dunkin. There are lots of Dunkins, and unfortunately, this one is mine. I don't come here very often, because I have about a 60% success rate getting what I ordered from the drive through. I've asked for an everything bagel and gotten plain, a caramel latte and gotten mocha, etc. A certain error rate is expected, but either they're worse than average or I'm incredibly unlucky and fate wants me to stop eating bagels. And dangit, spread the cream cheese out when you put it on my bagel, don't leave it all in the middle. I know you hate your job, but don't make me hate you for it. read more

I should have known better NOT to stay here for the wi-fi. After being upsold by an entire dollar for a sweet tea that at every other DD it's only 99 cents (they do have signage stating that $.99 tea is only for DD Perks members) so I left it alone. The manager, (I assume was a manager, since he was the only one in street clothing behind the register) was some what short with me, so I have a suspicion that he had more to do with setting the tone for the events that occurred later. I searched for outlets in the orderly and clean dining area. I found only two, located under a bar table with bar stool chairs. The wi-fi was password secured, so I had to go back to the manager and ask for the password, where he simply said "doughnut". After going back to my computer, I went through various configurations of the word doughnut. Was it a capital D, spelled as Dunkin' spells it, etc...? I didn't want to go back and ask the manager because he seemed unapproachable. After a few tries of the password, I find that it's not even how their own company spells "doughnut". Just a minor annoyance. I was able to log on so I forgot about the curt manager. Later, I notice the same manager having a "sit-down" with an employee. She seemed visibly uncomfortable. I noticed that he was lecturing her on something that I couldn't hear. Honestly, even though my back was turned, the conversation, though hushed seemed so intense that it captured my attention. I don't usually pry into other people's business, but in this case, you couldn't help but notice the awkwardness in this interaction. The manger ended his conversation with his employee, and eventually left the store and I began working on a project in the corner and soon forgot about the negativity in the air. Until, I heard some clanging and banging in the back kitchen. Some yelling and then silence. I thought nothing else of it. And finished working on my project. Since the manager had been gone for a while I felt comfortable enough to ask for refill of tea. I approached the cashier and asked about the refill. She said she didn't know and walked back to the kitchen. I heard more commotion in the back kitchen. My cashier came back out arguing with someone in the back. "Don't say another thing to me Taboo!" "Y'all got me f*@ked up!" She logged out of her register and walked to the back again. I looked behind me at the other customers in line and the others in the dining area (which included children), to see if I was the only one hearing this. They didn't look shocked. I was. Is this common place at this Dunkin' Donuts? I got out of line, packed my stuff up. As I was packing my gear, the cursing cashier walked right out of the store and sped away in her car. This young lady must have been caught up in the negative environment that the manager created that day. Leading up to outbursts and arguments. Perhaps if he communicated more effectively with his employees and been present in his store. Maybe Donut Disasters wouldn't happen right in front of paying customers. I have worked in retail in various forms and levels, for many years, so I know how a manager can effect the working climate. What has happened to customer service in this world!?! I only give this place a 2 because it was clean, and the tea was great. It's probably so clean because the atmosphere is so negative that no one wants to stay. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this dunkin needs to get its act together. Unfortunately this location is very convenient for me but today is the last day I stop here. Every time I have been here the drive through line has had a ridiculously long wait time. Today I waited almost a half hour just to get up to the teller to find out they can't make my drink as requested (which was a featured drink off the app) nor did they have the food item I wanted. The girl working the window was super sweet and very cordial. When I approached the pay window I apologized for my abrasiveness and suggested she apply at Starbucks where her demeanor will be fully appreciated and will be compensated better with hourly rates as well as tips. I explained to her the issues I have had every time I visited and she said she hears it all the time. Management needs to get their act together. I will not be giving them any more of my money. We came through here on our way home on a trip. We pulled up to the drive through and were asked to wait. We proceeded to sit there for 5 mins until my husband backed up and then drove through again thinking they must have forgotten about us being there. They greeted us again and again asked us to wait which we did for another several minutes until someone finally took our order. Take into account we were the only people in the drive through at 4:30 in the afternoon and they didn't seem busy at all inside either. The coffee and donuts were good but waiting that long in the drive through was not necessary. My mom and I went in there last night to get our free donuts. They were only while supplies last so for them to be out was not a huge deal even though the sign was still up. What made it so bad was how rude the young woman behind the counter was to us. When we asked if there were any left her response was "Whatcho see". This was the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. We pulled up to the drive through, where we waited for nearly ten minutes to have our order taken, the place was not busy by any means. We proceeded to the window where we waited 7 minutes before anyone approached us, who then asked what we ordered. We reiterated, and she was back after another five minutes. She placed the coffees on the counter inside the store and began flirting with a man on the other side. He took out his phone and proceeded to get her number and write her name in it. She forgot about us until the driver groaned. She brought us two iced coffees which were completely melted ( no ice left at all). They had completely forgotten the water we ordered as well, and all we got was a small iced coffee cup with water and a lot of ice. I would never return here, this establishment tarnishes the good name of Dunkin Donuts. I come from New England, so I know a thing or two about Dunkin Donuts.
