We had a fresh bibb-lettuce salad with yellow beets and large asparagus spears, highlighted with crisp lightly toasted almond slices, a sweet and crunchy delight. And we had their savory flavorful Umami lightly-spiced mushroom burger, with cucumber slaw and aioli, one of our repeat favorites. We try not to miss their monthly tastings, though I dont always update you on the latest one. If we do miss, we still get to pick up the two bottles that come with it. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. The waitress was kind enough to take the eggs back for the cheese and spinach to be mixed/melted. They were still burnt and flavorless. I picked around and ate what I could. I also ordered some kind of spinach and feta pastry from the front case, which was good. We also all enjoyed the homefries which were crispy with a unique seasoning.
