The woman with bright red hair who was taking orders and operating the point of sale machine had a horrible attitude towards customers when they were asking what was available and trying to place orders, and at least one person walked away without buying anything because of her. I ordered a medium coffee Americano which was $4.99 - fair, especially at an airport coffee spot, but when she showed me where to tap my card, I was given a screen to leave a gratuity. I wasn't giving a tip as I received no real "service" and I'm not giving 25% for someone at a walk up counter to pour a cup of coffee (I just got an Americano - a simple order). When she saw I left no tip, she glared at me and said "OK!....OK!!" as if she was miffed and being judgemental. I walked to the other side of this large kiosk to where the coffee drinks are handed out once ready. There were several people waiting for their orders, and none of the cups were labeled or had names on them - the employee there was just yelling the type of drink she was setting out, and I guess hoping if there were multiple customers with the same order they'd figure it out on their own.

Ordered the Cafe Dulce and really enjoyed it -- smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet, with the coffee flavor still shining through. I should've gone for the large! My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

They come out warm, chewy, and packed with real blueberry flavor, not that artificial hint‑of‑fruit some places try to pass off. And the hashbrowns? Absolute nostalgia bombs. They taste exactly like McDonald's hashbrowns back when they were at their crispy, golden peak. Perfect crunch, perfect salt, zero disappointment. Prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the fact that everything is made right there in front of you. It's quick, it's tasty, and it feels like a place that actually cares about what they're serving. Bagels & Grind is a legit local win--no fluff, no fuss, just really good food done right.

A friend recommended I grab a bagel and coffee from here before hitting the road back to NJ because…read morethey know just how much I love good bagels and good coffee .... and the friend was very confident that I would enjoy both stating that they use NY/NJ water to make the bagels (which is key to a great bagel bc it's just something in our water that gives the bagels the perfect amount of pull and "bite") ... I trusted this friend so I made it my business to pop in for a bagel and iced coffee and it was at that point that my skepticism kicked in lol ... bc the bagels did not look like NJ/NY bagels . The place itself has a nice setup for ordering and a wide variety of bagels and even had signage for bialys which is also a favorite of mine however they were either sold out of them or didn't have any prepared when I was there. I ordered my go to ... a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and an iced coffee ... and I patiently waited. The iced coffee setup was really cool where you prepare your own and they have all the sweeteners and dairy options you can think of ... and the iced coffee itself was GOOD! My bagel was finally ready and an employee brought it over to my table .... first impressions from looks ... this bagel is going to be dry and there's barely any cream cheese on it .... but I took a bite ... SURPRISE! The bagel was actually perfect ... nice amount of chew with the perfect "bite" in the outer crust and while I would've preferred more cream cheese it was really delicious cream cheese so it made up for the amount in the bagel. I texted my friend saying the bagel and coffee were both amazing and I will be sure to visit this place anytime I am in the area again and need breakfast!
