I will give them a decent review because of the Customer Service I received from one of their staff members, Andy. He was very polite and recommended things for me to purchase as gifts. What I couldn't understand was the attitude, eye rolls, and comments from the girls behind the counter. They made me feel like it was an issue that I needed help, and it was a very uncomfortable experience. This was the first time I had ever come to this location since I work nearby, but I think I would rather go get coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts up the street rather than feeling like I was inconveniencing the other Staff Members. I believe the one girl was a Manager, and if that is the case, she should be demoted until she learns Customer Service skills, and welcomes the sales that bring the revenue in for this location to stay open. I will be calling their Corporate Office to make them aware of my experience and also give them positive feedback about the gentleman that was patient and didn't make my patronage feel like unwanted. The parking is extremely tight, and is very inconvenient, as others have stated in their reviews. There is plenty of parking at the Dunkin Donuts and they are Customer Ssrvice oriented there. read more

It was a rainy beautiful Sunday morning until my experience at the drive-through was disappointing. This had been my favorite Starbucks location, but this visit changed that. I was picking up a mobile order for my partner and arrived 3 minutes early. The drive-through barista informed me I needed to wait 5 minutes after placing the order, which was new to me, but I waited in line as instructed. When I reached the window, I was handed a drink that appeared to be only half full. Fortunately, I was on FaceTime with my partner, and she confirmed it didn't look right. The barista offered an explanation about "light ice" and "the math," but I don't see how that justifies receiving what appears to be half the product after paying full price. We order this same drink regularly, and it has never looked like this before. I'm sharing this experience as a heads-up about potential service issues at this location on Sunday mornings. read more

They either can't read a ticket; or don't care to read the ticket when someone orders; every time I place an order I ask for extra caramel; and every time I get my drink it has little to none in it. I've asked if it cost extra I don't mind paying and then after speaking to a manager I'm told it doesn't cost; and it shouldn't be an issue; but every time I order; here we are. Dying for coffee after our flight Thurs May 23 around 10am Picked up our rental car, drove to this Starbucks before jumping on the hwy. My friend ordered a Venti english breakfast tea with four sugars and Half n Half on the side. I excitedly ordered the new macadamia nut cold brew. And two blueberry scones. My friend told the girl at the window that she paid for a Venti, they gave her a smaller size. So that was corrected. As we drove away we realized neither of our drinks were correct. We backed up. My friend ran in side. There was no sugar in her tea as she requested. My cold brew had no foam on the top or the sprinkles. UGH Do better people. read more

I visited this location this morning, and according to the online listing, it was supposed to be open. I waited in the drive-thru for a while, thinking there might be a system issue. When I finally exited the drive-thru to go inside, I saw employees inside the store, but the doors were locked. Despite seeing me, none of the staff acknowledged my presence or offered any explanation. The lack of customer service was incredibly disappointing. Today was my second time visiting here and Kat customer service skills were 100% . Welcoming as soon as I walked in. She made me wanna come back ! However - My first time here wasn't so welcoming ! First, their pastry box was SWARMING with flies (see picture). I know they're not serving from there, but it makes me wonder where else flies are swarming in the building. The service was also terrible. There were only 2 people working, and both seemed to feel incredibly inconvenienced by customers coming in to order. This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And the parking lot is tiny so they had cars holding up traffic and boxing people in.

I asked for a simple caramel latte, they prepared the orders of 3 guys who happened to get there after me (no mobile orders) and after over 25 minutes of waiting, I got a watered down cup of steamed milk with no coffee or caramel flavor in it. Disappointing and expensive. None of the ladies behind the counter seemed to care about customer service. One was more worried about emptying the tip jar than working. Gas stations nearby might have better coffee and nicer service. Not worth my time nor money. read more

The one lady with the white shirt on Monday for the evening shift is extremely rude. There was five of us and 3 of us ordered Starbucks drinks and we asked for waters and the manager and one of her workers was giving us an attitude saying to go to the water fountain. The darling behind the counter (clearly not to swift) tells me "we only have one oven." Honey- you use hot water for oatmeal- no oven required. After lunch we stopped in here for coffee, to hang out for a bit, whip out the computers - check e-mail, and do some work before moving on. The place is very relaxing - all the normal wooden style chairs and tables are present - but there also some rich, comfy, deep leather chairs and couches. Service is always great! Drinks give me life! Drive thru workers are always full of energy and jokes. The inside is clean and most of the time you can find a spot to sit. Once a friend and I stood for about 3 min. while we looked around to find somewhere to sit - another customer stood up and offered his sit to us!! Just goes to show you there are def still nice folks around. 4 out of 5 because the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. I love this Starbucks location overall!! My regular morning starts with a Java Chip frapp and a bagel from here. The staff is 90% friendly. The other 10% I don't believe are morning people and therefore should not be working the AM shift! But really! If you are a regular they know your order but don't assume if what you will be getting (which I appreciate)! The only thing that gets to me is if you ask them not to warm something ( a bagel for instance) you have to watch them and make sure that they don't warm it. This place is the absolute worst. Went through the drive-thru with a very easy order and was told to pull forward after already waiting a long time. That's funny, because if you pull forward you are on the main road and there is no parking out front in the morning. Had to drive around because I was blocking other cars and was about to just go in to get it when a woman walked out, handed me the bag and walked away as I was saying thank you and asking her if both things were in the bag (they usually come seperately), completely ignoring me.
