& the cup isn't even filled all the way up

They either can't read a ticket; or don't care to read the ticket when someone orders; every time I place an order I ask for extra caramel; and every time I get my drink it has little to none in it. I've asked if it cost extra I don't mind paying and then after speaking to a manager I'm told it doesn't cost; and it shouldn't be an issue; but every time I order; here we are. It's very annoying especially if Starbucks is going to charge $7-8 a drink. Do better.

    Flies

First, their pastry box was SWARMING with flies (see picture). I know they're not serving from there, but it makes me wonder where else flies are swarming in the building. The service was also terrible. There were only 2 people working, and both seemed to feel incredibly inconvenienced by customers coming in to order. They did not greet anyone, and they had a general attitude of not wanting to be there.

Clean and friendly. Got my drink super fast. Music was total energy but then add caffeine. Wish this one was on the Eastern Shore.

This was "supposed to be" a Cascara Latte. I'll take what I can get!!

Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks. Very good service, they even have a drive-through. I went in requesting a cascara latte, and I was so excited that they actually had the ingredients to make it. I must admit, once I received my latte and tasted it... It wasn't a cascara latte, but they tried. It's very spacious on the inside, clean (counters too) & the bathrooms are clean. I would definitely recommend visiting this Starbucks, I would just stick to the current menu items.

    A matcha latte

If been going to this star bucks since September and it's always a 50/50 chance my order is right. When I order a drink that's how I want it not for the person taking my order to add whatever they want in my drink, if I don't say hazelnut that's probably bc I don't want it for a reason. I'm allergic to tree nuts and for them to try and kill me is really crazy to me and this has happened twice. As I'm sitting In the hospital right now, crazy how they can charge me 7 dollars for a latte that I can't even drink without almost dying.

Loved the service and friendliness! This is the kind of Starbucks that I enjoy and this is why I am loyal to the company. I walked in and there was glass in between us and we were all wearing masks. I got the new summer drinks and both were delicious. The unicorn cake pop is everything I could have imagined.

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And the parking lot is tiny so they had cars holding up traffic and boxing people in.

They definitely have a lot of great options if you want something sweeter. We hung out for a few hours, they have a good seating area, was never overly busy on a Saturday morning. They have a drive thru for convenience as well. They have food available but I didn't try any. It is very similar to Starbucks in that matter, most of it seems to be reheated in the toaster oven. I love the concept of the shop though, it's New Orleans based so they have beignets and some other items inspired by that. I'm sure I will come back here whenever Im visiting my parents. It is most conveniently located for where they live.

There was also no hint of banana, if real banana purée is used then petals the reduction process could be increased to give it a more robust presence. The flavor profile of the drink as a whole was completely off and didn't meet the name of the drink. Beignets Well, they appeared to be freshly prepared, the grease presence tasted as if old grease was used. That flavor was a bit overpowering in every bite. The sauces I chose was pumpkin sauce and white chocolate, however, the cashier when recommending them made it sound as if the sauces came with it. I was a bit surprised to see a 50 Cent charge per sauce on the receipt. No I'm not griping over a dollar, it's more of the principle of more awareness and again I should have taken more time to read the menu as that may have been presented the up charge on there. Both dipping sauces were overly sweet, sickeningly sweet. While this did not feed my soul, maybe it feeds yours.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

I saw an Auntie Anne's as I walked toward my gate and could hear my tummy rumble and as much as I love a delicious, hot, buttery pretzel I decided against this for breakfast. I like to eat healthy (for the most part), but this can be pretty hard to do while traveling - especially in an airport! The sign for Chesapeake Cafe caught my eye - organic, locally owned, fair trade - so I decided to check it out. Plus, they had Naked Juices - just what I was craving! I saw a picture advertising fresh bagels on the menu and decided to order one. The bagel did not taste fresh and was actually pretty soft even after toasting. I was hoping for a freshly toasted bagel like I enjoy occasionally at Einsteins and Brueggers. This bagel was more like the type you find at your local grocery store - nothing special and definitely not worth the $2.59. The customer service was okay and others seemed happy with their coffee 3 stars seems fair. Note to self for future: Stick with the hand crafted espresso drinks and skip the bakery items.

The coffee is bold and strong, and for the price, getting a full pot that keeps you going without needing refills is a great value. Where First Watch really wins: * Bacon Egg & Cheese (artisanal level good) * Million Dollar Potatoes (upgrade every time) * Crispy regular bacon * Sausage breakfast plates * Thoughtfully built savory options These plates feel crafted, not just assembled.
