I was surprised to see so many reviews about poor customer service. If those other people are correct, they must have never experienced their A team, which was definitely working today. I went in at 11 am to get a late breakfast on the way to work. The lady who took the order was extremely friendly! Upon greeting me she asked if I would like to try a ham and cheese roll up. I said no thanks as I am so accustomed to never trying new stuff. I quickly changed my mind and said, "that's a great idea actually. I will try the ham and cheese roll ups!" I congratulated her for making me try something new and she was extremely excited I took her up on the suggestion. The ham and cheese roll ups were nothing fancy but were decent. Easy to eat while driving. I got a side of hash browns which were hot and fresh. I love the hash browns from Dunkin but its always hit or miss on how fresh they are. Today was a good day. I couldn't skip my blueberry glazed donut which was fresh as always. Even if it wasn't, they are so good I'd probably eat it anyway =) The part that made today's visit so fun was the lady taking the order told me and every other drive theu customer not to forget to say happy birthday to her cashier at the window. I said happy birthday to Rory and you could tell it was totally making her shift way better while working on her birthday. I am the festive one at my job who makes it a point to celebrate everyone's birthday so this made me happy! Thanks for the great service today and Happy Birthday Rory! read more

I was meeting a friend for a walk on the B&A trail but needed a coffee beforehand. This Dunkin was on the way so I placed a mobile order and hopped into the drive thru. The girl was very friendly and my order was fast and accurate. The drive thru is a little narrow around the turn, but definitely manageable. read more

They short you on the order portions. I got 19 Munchkins when I ordered 25. The only reason I counted was because we found it to be amusing that the "assortment" was 3 powder, and 16 blueberry. I called the manager simply to let him know that it's a bad business practice to not give customers what they pay for. He said, "Well I was short on Munchkins. But I usually give more than 25... so it all evens out." Um, no. PS The other reviews are spot on when they say that this location undercooks the food. read more

DD used to be so much better because they used to make the donuts on the premises but now they are shipped from a central bakery. Not so fresh...fresh is key with donuts. The Baskin's ice cream is really good and they give pretty big scoops at this location. This isn't helping me keep my girlish figure. read more

This is by far the best DD in the Severna Park/Glen Burnie area. The managers/owners are beyond pleasant and for the most part the staff is too. They know how to make a good iced coffee by using the liquid cane sugar, all other locations seem to use granulated sugar-doesn't melt in cold coffee. read more

What is it about Dunkin' Donuts where the employees are so mean. It's almost like during the interview they ask "Do you hate customers?". Is that the only prerequisite to get hired? Went to get an ice coffee after a sleepless night and it tasted terrible . I get the same thing pretty much every time when I go so I knew it was wrong . went back in and asked if they could remake it ...they did and it still was wrong.You have one job to do . I've never really had a problem with any of the food here. The donuts in my opinion were very good because I don't like my donuts dripping when they are really hot. If you like nice and cool donuts, this is a place for you. The service is pretty good, but not very attentive all the time. The only DD to make the iced coffee correctly. They add the ice after the sugar has mixed with the hot coffee. Most places the sugar sits at the bottom. Staff are always pleasant. read more

This is usually my go to place when I am at the community college and today I went right after getting my textbooks for the semester. My friend and I went through the drive thru(I have an injured foot and was trying to avoid any extra walking). We tell the guy that we have 2 separate orders, which he was okay with. My friends order, a medium hazelnut iced coffee cream and sugar with a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant was perfect. My order, a small iced hazelnut coffee with almond milk and a boston cream donut was not so perfect. My coffee was made correctly thankfully since cream usually upsets my stomach. But, when we were already on the rode they gave me a GLAZED DONUT when we clearly said BOSTON CREAM. I was so disappointed because Boston Cream is my favorite donut and I was looking forward to enjoying it. We did not have the time to go back so I ate the glazed donut but I was wondering how someone could mess up/ confuse a GLAZED DONUT with a BOSTON CREAM. It was sad because I usually do not have an issue with this dunkin donuts. Hopefully, it will not happen again . read more

I love this location! Although it's busy being located on Ritchie highway, they have friendly and fast service.

They're usually good.. but I'm not sure what was wrong with one of the workers over the speaker/ drive through but all I can say is... ATTITUDE! They need a better drive through speaker I can never hear the workers and they can never hear me. I go there a lot because of school and needing my coffee and the attitude is just not cool. read more

I go to Dunkin' Donuts all the time however this was the first and last time I go to this location. The people that worked there were goofing off in the back. The food was noticeably undercooked. When I brought this to the attention of the workers they shrugged and offered to microwave it for me, not replace it or refund me. They microwaved it for me and there were still lots of cold spots in it. It gave me a stomach virus. read more

Terrible food. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich, 2 donuts, 1 oatmeal and 1 coffee. The turkey sausage sandwich came with regular sausage, the sandwich bun was hard, the hash browns were burned, and the oatmeal was not cooked. I asked for milk for my coffee and they said they did not have any. I wonder what they use to make lattes! Avoid! read more

I love this Dunkin' Donuts! I had terrible experiences at another Dunkin Donuts in Annapolis, MD and had lost hope to find a good one. It was like night and day when I came to this location. It is amazing! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and speedy. I stop by on my way to work and they are quick to take my order and fulfill it. They always have a smile on their face and greet you like a friend. Also, they make an amazing cup of coffee. Each and every time I go there it is made perfectly...no matter what flavor combination. I have never written a review for a Dunkin' Donuts location before but I believe this one is deserving of it and people should know how fantastic they are. read more
