AMAZING QUICK SERVICE!!! Ordered a sandwich and drink and by the time I pulled directly to the window everything was already ready. Wanted to try the banana protein latte (after I already ordered a vanilla reg latte) and they told me it was out but they could do the vanilla protein latte instead! So they changed my drink for me almost three times and still had it all ready to go. Bottom Line: A fairly typical DD with a drive through and a bright interior. 7-Eleven vacated this spot to move to a new building a tad north and Dunkin' Donuts took over its spot in the College Village shopping center. Yay, everyone wins. Even better, DD blew a hole in the side of the building and built a drive through. Because this Dunkin' Donuts is attached to a small strip mall, the approach to the drive through requires a bit of a ride through a back alley. And although this is an attached location, the interior is fairly large with a decent amount of seating. This location is just a DD - there is not an adjoining Baskin Robins. The offerings at this location seem consistent with the brand - coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and merchandise like mugs and Keurig cups. Back in the day DD used to make their donuts fresh onsite but now they use a centralized baker and truck them in. Based on that, I can easily pass on the donuts but I do still like a cup of their coffee every now and again. DD's signature coffee has lots of creamer and sugar in it but you can order it black or somewhere in between. I've found ordering it with "less sugar" is the right sweetness for me. As is expected with a new location, the interior is bright and clean. While some locations play with fun pops of bright pink and orange, this location is very neutral. Also, they have a designated counter for mobile pickups. Smart. This isn't a particularly busy shopping center so parking is plentiful and easily accessible from northbound Ritchie Highway. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of them to handle drive through customers and counter customers. read more

Never again. Apparently you can't add food to your order at the window. This is the only location that has this policy. I'm confused.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Absolutely abysmal customer service from the manager herself, Alex. Very aggressive, argumentative, and condescending order taking from her. To be the bigger person, I got out of line and left. When I called to take the corporate number, Alex doubled down on her behavior. Not at all what I would consider a good place to stop in for breakfast unless you want to argue with a rude manager in the morning before you've had your coffee. Will never be back. read more

Asked for 2 Iced coffees the lady sounded mad or something but everyone's got there bad days but the coffee just had a bunch of sugar on the bottom in the coffee wasn't really blended in. read more

The first time I went here several months ago, I mistakenly said "venti" instead of a large coffee, and the lady behind the counter had an attitude. After clarifying my order, while I waited for the coffee, the ladies behind the counter talked amongst themselves about "venti", laughing and snickering, all while I was still in the store. I vowed to not go there again, but my husband went there this morning. He said I'd like a dozen assorted donuts, and when he started telling the lady his first choices, she started to put them in a bag instead of a box. Again, all attitude from her. Was she going to stuff 12 donuts in a bag or several different bags? So my experience was not an isolated incident. Will go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin next time. read more

This morning I had the displeasure of having Margie as the person that rang me up. I paid using the DD app and had a balance of over 8 dollars. My latte was 4.12. She rang me up and to my surprise told me that I had a balance of 13 cents. I was confused and asked how could that be if I had plenty of funds on my card. She scanned the app again and then told me that there were insufficient funds. Clearly, there is some sort of glitch with their system but instead of nicely suggesting that I contact Dunkin about this she proceeds to wave me away and tell me to "just get away". I easily spend between $20-25 dollars a week on DD coffee and this location will never see another penny of that. I was so excited that there was a closer location to me but I'd rather drive the few extra miles to Severna Park where they treat customers kindly. I also called Dunkin Donuts to make a complaint and no management from this store even contacted me. read more

Normally this DD gets the drive thru line quickly. The last two times I went the service was not great at best. I received a wrong order at the window, told the cashier my order which she didn't believe until she checked the screen. She told me to pull up and they'd bring me the food order. I waited 10 minutes in front of the store went in and then proceeded to the mobile line. Told the manager I was waiting, she yelled back at the group of cashiers saying "I told you!" Apparently they couldn't find or remember my car that they told to pull in front of the store. I never saw an employee come outside to even check. I guess they thought a customer would leave after paying $30 for food? Also blaring 90's rap at 7:00 am might be affecting the hearing of the customer/employee interaction inside the store. read more

This was my first time at the new location. I'm not kidding when I say, they got all three of our drinks wrong, both sandwiches, and we had to go back around because they forgot a donut and hash browns. Don't think I'll be going there again. My sister has been to this location before me a few times and had the same issues. There is another Dunkin Donuts 2 minutes down the street that is much better. read more

Typical Dunkin Donuts - coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches. I have been working out in Arnold and have stopped at this DD three times within the last week. The coffee was good as usual but I recommend driving up the road to the Severna Park location if you're looking for friendly workers. I had two different cashiers out of the three times I went this week and each time, they handed me my coffee, I said thank you, paused a minute, and said have a nice day. No response, just a scowl. I'm not one to usually post reviews but when I saw all of the negative reviews for this location I was shocked. It must have had a little bit of trouble in its first few weeks but now it is by far the best DD I've ever gone to! It is always very clean, my orders come out correct and incredibly fast every time, and the staff have all been very friendly. I have 3 DD in my area to go to, and I will always choose this one! read more

I'm a fan of DD and it was so nice to have one on my/the other side of Ritchie, since that is the way I drive to work, especially since it has a drive-thru. Everything was great the first few times I went, the employees I interacted with were great....then I had interactions with the manager (I think she's the manager- I recognize her as the pregnant employee/manager- haven't caught her name yet. She is RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time, but she has been rude EVERY time I see her. I stopped using the drive-thru and just started going in- if she is there I just turn around and leave. So disappointing to not be able to patron a business that is so convenient and close. read more
