They were okay. Three people walked by me when I walked in and no one said hello. And I ordered three items. Two drinks and a donut. My americano came out fine but my oat milk latte was made with real milk and I didn't realize It until we were in the road. I stopped at another Dunkin and they wouldn't fix It. The Dunkin closest to me is closed for renovation, so I have been going here since. The staff at this location is AMAZING. The drive thru line will be wrapped out onto the street and they are quick! Any time I am inside, staff is so attentive and nice. They make my iced coffee how i like it 9/10 times! And that's pretty impressive for Dunkin lol read more

Update January 2021: This place is busier than ever now during the pandemic. Fresh donuts go quick in the day, so be sure to go early for best selection. Location with shared driveway makes it harder to enter approaching from the south due to long queue at the drive-through. Good service and fresh donuts are worth it though. read more

Worst location to get in/out of. Way too much going on with Veterans hwy, the gas station, car wash and the DD drive thru. Both my 3 year old and I have extremely upset stomachs after eating the 2/$2 wake up wraps. Totally clueless! No one answers the phone for over an hour- no voice mail to tell anyone anything! Cant call ahead to see if they have a dozen doughnuts that you want to purchase- the staff at the window are untrained, rude, and totally clueless about their jobs, about how to work with people, and no one in the place knows the owner's name, the manager's name, or any way to reach either of the 2. This restaurant has a special on Wednesdays: one dollar for a scoop of ice cream... so a group of us thought we'd give it a try. We went in at 9:15 pm yesterday and the week before. Clearly, the staff does not want to be working there. Not friendly. Not happy. Not quick to serve. The store closes at 10. At 9:15 pm for two weeks in a row, they start to clean up the sitting area to get it ready for closing. Last night, they start swabbing the floor near where we are eating with a mop and a bucket of BLEACH SOLUTION. We just got our order and started eating our ice cream. The smell was strong, and everyone in the restaurant cleared out. If the store doesn't close until 10, they should serve the customers until then, happily. Specials bring people in but this type of service sends a different message: GET OUT! I hate to give places such a low scoring, but I was disappointed with my visit yesterday. I went in to get an iced coffee, and was asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I said yes. I was glad it was ready after only about a minute or two of waiting. However, I was very disappointed once I got back to my car and tasted it. It seemed there was very little if any sweetener. But I didn't have time to go back and complain, since I was running late for work. When I finally got to work, I realized why it was so bitter. There were tiny sugar crystals on the bottom! I don't know how a large chain like Dunkin Donuts can think it makes sense to add crystallized sugar to a COLD beverage. The crystals wouldn't dissolve no matter how much a person stirs. These people must not know how to make iced coffee. I love their Dunkaccinos, but that's about it. I also had a bad experience with another coffee beverage of theirs. I'm not sorry to say I was so grossed out by their frozen mocha coolata that a friend and I couldn't finish ours (we both got different flavors). I hate to support the competition, but with nasty drinks such as those, I can't see myself returning unless they get it right. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. The last 2 months they have not given me the right order once. I stop in there at least 3-4 times a week. I thought the young girls that work there would figure it out but it seems that they still are not understanding how to complete even the simplest orders. This location is pretty comparable to other locations in the area. I normally only get an iced coffee in the morning and never had any real problems with them messing it up. There are a couple of downfalls for this location. For one, the location. There is always a backup for the drive through due to the carwash and gas station being there as well. Whenever I order for the drive thru, I have to repeat myself multiple times which gets very frustrating. They do the whole "Hi, how can I help you?" and then completely ignore what you say, coming back a few seconds later asking you to repeat. Dunkin donuts have long been the go to when you want to get your sweet on. But when they combine with Baskin Robins ice cream? Well it's just not fair! This location is perfect and the place is almost always packed. I came here cuz I had a Jones for some ice cream. When I walked in I was hit in the face with a giant dose of friggin awesomeness! Pink Bubblegum ice cream was back! Hell yeah! This was the ice cream of my childhood. Lazy summer days,chasing fire flies at night and pink bubblegum ice cream cones with my father talking baseball and hoping the O's could win it all. So needless to say I ponied up my $3.06 for a single scoop on a sugar cone and had them hand pack a quart to take home for an additional $6.99. Rather pricey if you ask me,but can you really put a price on childhood memories and the nostalgia that came along with it? So back to the review, donuts are what you expect, ice cream too. I give 3 stars only because I think the prices are rather high. But not so high that it would keep me from returning again. Especially since they have my childhood in a frozen 5gallon drum. But just like childhood, enjoy it while you can. Because soon enough you will grow up and move on,and the pink bubblegum will only be here for a short while. Atleast til next summer! read more

I have never been to a Dunkin that more consistently messes up orders and makes horrible iced coffee like this location. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house and most convenient for getting on the highway and going after. Every time I come here the coffee is either old, burned or watered down. It never tastes good although I keep hoping that one day they'll get it right. I don't blame the teenage staff, I blame poor training. So if it's iced coffee you're looking for, go to another location and save yourself whatever they decide to serve that day. read more

I pulled up and asked a worker outside if they were still open (around 9:05pm on 2/2/19) and she said "Yes". As I rolled up my window to park, she shouted "I should have said 'no'". They provide fast service but the lady at the front needs to slow down a little bit. She constantly was saying "anything else, anything else??" after a customer makes a order when they're not done talking. It's so-so; the donuts seem to have cut down on glaze over the years and if you can find a local place you like better (like the Donut Shack) then go with it. Baskin Robbins has fallen off in quality too over the years. Seems like some smart market researcher in this big corporation said "hey, lets slowly shave out the quality and see how long until the consumer barks about it." Well, I'm barkin'.
