I stop in periodically in the morning for breakfast (drive thru) and the staff has always been friendly and provided quick service. I only gave them 1 Star because I had to to do this review & they don't even deserve that. I was craving an Iced Matcha Latte & came here to get one. What she served was a murky watery slop that wasn't even fit to drink. I looked at it & told her this was not a Matcha Latte & she said sorry we ran out of Matcha & there wasn't enough left for your drink. I then asked " Why even serve this to a customer?! It's watered down" Being I was with someone that was being impatient I couldn't even wait for a refund so I reluctantly took the drink to add my own Matcha when I got home. So here we go again. If they could just learn some sort of consistency that would be great. One time my ice coffee tastes great the next it's got zero coffee and nothing but cream and caramel squirted in. And ask for an extra shot and god knows if that finds its way in. People you baristas shouldn't have this hard a time with making a consistent cup of coffee. Jesus it's not that hard. How do I do it 5 days away week without you? If they get it right, then it's an average fast food breakfast experience. Unfortunately they never seem to get it right. Drive Thru orders are consistently wrong, either because items will be forgotten or the staff will replace something you order that they don't have with something they deem "similar enough", but not what you asked for. Drink quality is super inconsistent, especially their iced teas. Issues happen even during slow hours which is when I usually order. Cashiers and DT staff are generally hard workers and really nice and understanding, which is a shame because there's gotta be someone back there messing up the pipeline ruining it for everyone else. If it wasn't right next to my house, I probably would never go here. read more

Terrible service all around, went in this morning for 2 boston creme donuts and a coffee and was treated terribly by the front desk guy - he was overall rude and literally THREW my donuts in the bag with no napkin and just pilled them up in the bag. Bottom Line: Typical Dunkin' Donuts with a drive through. This Dunkin' Donuts does a slammin' weekend business as evidenced by the drive-through wrapped around the building. If you are feeling brave, you can park and cross over the drive-through line to go inside. Service was friendly although I did find there to be a bit of a communications barrier with one of the employees. Never again... the food is either burned, incorrect or undercooked (I had all of the above today..) I asked for a bacon eggs and cheese sandwich but to use a croissant please and they said "okay".. I received a burned bagel and literally two skimpy pieces of bacon, and it was cold. The hash browns were undercooked I had cold pieces in the center of my hash browns and there was no crisp to them whatsoever. Just completely disgusting. My macchiato on the other hand was good... but, I'm 9 months pregnant and was CRAVING a good sandwich and hash browns... this experience ruined food for me today. And to think I paid $11 for this stuff is disturbing when I could have gotten a croissanwhich from bk for around $5 and it would have tasted 1000x better.. just saying. Went twice in one week both times around 9am during the week. Both times ordered the exact same thing and both times the orders were wrong the donut was stale and the ice coffee not even close to being right. Here's what I was trying to order a small caramel iced coffee just cream no sugar. One of the times I got a weird drink with tons of sugar and creamer , some caramel but no coffee and A stale Boston Cream hard as a rock. The second time the drink had an inch of sugar in the bottom but no caramel in it along with a stale Boston cream hard as a rock. I never realized how hard it was to make a coffee also I noticed that the store charges more for the coffee and donuts than any Dunkin' Donuts in the area. read more

This is a horrible Dunkin'. Terrible service. If you order something different in your sandwich, such as using a different sauce or if you say no cheese, they tell you "okay" and don't actually do it. I even reminded them at the window about my order and they said okay again. Drove away to find out they did not complete it as I asked. After coming back inside to have it fixed, I was given attitude and they lady did not even say sorry. Every single time they mess up my order, without fail. I usually go to the drive-thru. The caramel latte I order is okay if its on the weekends, but forget it if it is during the busy weekday morning. My coffee is always made right and exactly how I like it and they are starting to know me and know exactly what I'm about to order. This Dunkin Donuts is hit and miss. Have had issues a few times with the coffee flavor being off. The staff are always nice and pleasant to deal with. The drive thru is crazy in the morning and the parking lot is a mess. If you go in, park across the street in the shopping center parking lot so you don't get blocked in by the drive thru line. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has a very rude drive thru lady that takes orders. Before you can finish a sentence she yells "ANYTHING ELSE" several times as if they're rushed with customers. Meanwhile, they have no customers inside and there is no one in line at the drive thru. Nobody likes to be rushed when they're giving an order especially when they have no customers. It's not like a sandwich and a coffee is such a huge order that I need to feel rushed. It has prevented me in the past from getting more items. How about a calm, "Does that complete your order?", after the customer is done speaking. Not too much to ask, right? Now, I just left and they messed up my order so bad that I will not be returning to this location ever again. BE WARNED! Went to get the new Fries. After having them somewhere else and sampling them here I will never get anything here again. There was hardly any cinnamon sugar on the fries. It wasn't in the bottom of the bag either, so it never had enough to begin with. I feel sorry for the people who live in the area that have to go past this store to get to a decent one. read more

This is the worst Dunkin ever! They don't know how to make drinks. I feel like they use stale coffee to make the iced coffee. I went this morning to order my iced coffee and I said "can I also...." and the ignorant lady whose always taking order goes okay, $2.96 pull around... oh because I didn't want food. They are always so sloppy too, coffee always spilling down the side of my cup. Ask for napkin or them to wipe it off and they give you an attitude. They are higher priced. For nasty coffee. The last three times I've visited this location I had bad experiences. 1st visit he tried to keep my change I sat there for 2 minutes thinking he forgot but he continued to just stare at me until I asked him for my change and he continued to just stare at me then I did the math for him and told him he owed me 89 cent.. Which is not much but think if he did that to every customer that went through the line. 2nd visit I ordered a extra large coffee, when I pulled up he had an extra large and small coffee and proceeded to try to give me the small coffee and I asked "is that a large?" He laughed and still continued to try to hand me the small.. And I said that's not what I ordered and he still laughed and continued to hold the small out the window to me and laugh and finally I just pointed to the extra large and said I think that's mine. he finally gave me the extra large coffee 3rd visit today.. I ordered a regular coffee and hot latte only to receive a cold latte in a coffee cup designed for hot coffee. read more

I went in here this morning to order two iced coffees with skim milk and Splenda and a reduced fat blueberry muffin. Very simple order. Once my order was rung up, I handed the cashier my DD rewards program card to get points for the purchase. The cashier thought it was a gift card and told me that I had insufficient funds but then I corrected her and told her what it was. She was still having issues with using it and had to get a coworker to help. They still couldn't figure it out and had to involve the manager. They were all very sweet so I felt wrong at yelling at all of them this early in the morning. The manager tried explaining what was going on but at this point, I just wanted my stuff and get the heck outta there. I can't deal with stupidity this early without caffeine. I'm not even sure if I got the points for my purchase. What's even worse is that my coffees were made wrong - it was made with cream and sugar AND they gave me a FULL FAT chocolate muffin and not my reduced fat blueberry muffin. I didn't realize till after I left. Oh god there goes my weight watchers points for the week. I've been here before and they've been fine but I guess they were just having an off day. I would have left a 0 if that was an option. Today my husband went throw the drive-Thur. The original lady who took his order was great, repeated the order back and everything. When my husband gets to the window to get his order, everything is wrong! Wrong items in the bag, missing all of the drinks and some food items even though the order was repeated back to him. He was then informed he owed more money since he wanted more food- no he ordered the correct amount of food, they incorrectly wrote it down (although not sure how when the Original woman whom he never saw again repeated it all correctly back at him). This took forever! To top it off, a nasty customer behind us gets out of her car and comes up to pay and get her order since she was in a hurry and told us we should have went in- that obviously isn't DD's fault, however the reason we were taking so long was DDs fault. We usually go to the other location on Mountain rd and they are very quick with never forgetting anything. We will NEVER be back to this location. read more
