Maple bacon added chocolate syrup and peanut butter glaze

The truck was gracious enough to come to my neighborhood and setup on Mother's Day. It's a mother and son run truck which was great to see. The customer service was outstanding, the son ensured the orders were accurate before they went out to the folks. He was also pleasant to talk to and nice. Since it was only the two of them cooking the donuts to order, we had to wait over an hour to get the donuts. Totally worth the wait and understandable. I also don't think they thought they would have as much business as they did. My neighborhood has the amount of folks as a festival and we all love food trucks. I loved the many flavor options and you can create multiple flavors to your hearts desire. Since they are mini we went hog wild with ordering. The donuts were hot and made to order. I LOVE freshly made food. Out of the flavors I picked. My favorite was the lemon cream cheese one I created. Then their strawberry shortcake and lastly the maple bacon concoction I did. I'm not a big s'mores fan so I wasn't extremely excited about this one. It was very good. No complaints. Everything was delicious and I will definitely be reaching out to them to have them return to our hood.

You know when you were little and you exclaimed, "I love (insert whatever it is you love here)" and someone would respond with "If you love it so much, why don't you marry it?" Is it possible to marry these donuts? Yes, they are THAT good. There's a reason why they consistently have a crowd of people waiting for donuts. They're made to order and you can tell. Their toppings are plentiful and fresh. I ordered Vanilla Glaze, Death By Chocolate (chocolate ganache, chocolate syrup, chocolate Jimmies, mini chocolate chips), and S'mores (chocolate ganache, marshmallow topping, graham crackers) - all were delicious. The donuts are light and melt in your mouth. You can't eat just one. Go on, I dare you!

Really great flavor for donut holes, they did a great job of being very generous with the amount of glaze they put on the donut. TIP: eat it with a spoon! Especially on a warm day, the glaze melts off of the donut and into the box. This way you can scoop up that glaze and get the proper "glaze-to-donut" ratio. My personal favorite and recommendation is the cinnamon roly poly. It's tasted like a sweet cinnamon roll and the two glazes used complimented each other perfectly! They also offer unlimited toppings so don't be afraid to load up! Very delicious bite-sized treat for a summery day.

Glazey Days Donuts participates in my church's Food Truck Tuesday's. Every other Tuesday 4pm-8pm they can be found at The Church at Severn Run, April through October. They rotate with other trucks. People come just for Glazey Days! They see the bright yellow truck and head straight there. I do know you can find them around town plus other food truck events. The donuts are miniature, hot, made to order. There are so many different combinations. Reeses, strawberry shortcake, almond joy, maple bacon, bavarian creme are some of my favorites. 6 mini donuts are $3.50. $6 for 12. I've been known to have their donuts for dinner! 6 is the perfect amount! Prices are reasonable, donuts are delicious. One of my favorite food trucks. If you see their Yellow trucks around town, go!

Awesome donuts, fresh and good choice of topics! We had these donuts at a fundraising event and I see how it would be popular at an employee event and treat for employees as well as possible customers! Highly recommend them!

After walking around and trying a few savory things like bacon, schnitzel, and a raclette sandwich, we decided to end the night with something sweet and stopped by the mini donut stand. The first thing that caught my attention was the long line -- which is always a good sign. The second good sign was being able to watch them make the donuts fresh right in front of you. I'll happily stand in line any day for fresh food, especially when you can see the whole process and watch the magic happen. I went with the cinnamon sugar mini donuts and wow... they were so good. Fresh, crispy on the outside, warm, and perfectly sweet. The only thing I wish I had with them was a cold glass of milk -- although I'm not sure if they offered that. Honestly, I'd come back to the market just for these donuts. Eating them fresh right on the spot is definitely the best way to enjoy them, but they'd also be great to bring home and pop in the air fryer to get that crispiness back. My friend got a different flavor (I can't remember exactly which one), but both were incredibly fresh and the kind of treat that makes you want to keep coming back for more. Next year when the market returns, this stand is definitely going on my must-visit list again. After enjoying all the savory food at the market, these warm mini donuts were the perfect sweet ending.

You can taste the difference compared to the typical fair donuts; these are light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The variety of toppings makes it fun to mix and match, and everything is made right in front of you. The staff is super friendly and always serve with a smile. Perfect for a quick treat or to share with friends -- though you'll probably want to keep them all to yourself! Highly recommend if you're in the downtown area craving something fresh and fun.

Just last Friday I made a purchase online for pumpkin spice cake donuts. Well, when I arrive to pick up my order they ONLY had regular glazed. Let me say that again, they ONLY had glazed and NOTHING else. They actually had the nerve to seem upset that I declined to substitute glazed for pumpkin spice. I inquired about a refund and the manager Russ was a straight up jerk. Just rude and dismissive. I could say more about the interaction, but that sums up the unprofessionalism. On a previous occasions when I've came to get their strawberry glazed, they have no glazed because the machine was broken or something. I've had coupons that they've refused to honor because (in their words) they don't accept digital coupons with barcodes that are provided by corporate. They only accept them if you print them out. The manager who was rude on that visit was Quanie. I give up. I've tried to give this location chances and they continue to fail me. The inside is closed or the drive thru is closed. This place is bipolar. They were great when they opened but have completely gone downhill. With the poor customer service and lack of available donuts, they'll probably be closed by the end of the year. No way they survive.

UPDATE: 2 1/2 weeks later... DD corporate reached out about a week or so ago to ask if the local franchisee contacted me. They mentioned high standards for customer service. I responded that I hadn't heard from them. That was DD's last correspondence. So yesterday, I notified them of the continued lack of contact and that I was deleting the app and my account. DD used to be a different company that cared about their product and customers. They wouldn't sell donuts that weren't 100% fresh. They're more concerned with gimmicks and trying to be trendy, instead of offering the value, the service, the selection and freshness that made them a household name. At over 50 years as a customer, it has been made very clear that I, along with those my age who remember what DD used to be, are no longer the targeted consumers and it shows. I had asked customer service to give me one reason to remain a customer. They offered no reason, so they're history as far as I am concerned. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do not use the app to buy for pickup at the drive-thru. They have no mechanism in place for you to pick up your order without waiting in the same line as those ordering in the line. I ordered 2 donuts, a sandwich and coffee last Sunday. I was a half mile away and was there in under three minutes. There was a line of about 6 cars and I saw no signs about drive-thru pickups, so I got in line and pulled up to the order board. I said I placed an app purchase and the young lady told me to pull around and up to the window. I got out of line and drove up to the car behind the one being served and asked if he would let me in to pick up my order. He said no, that he was next in line. I responded that I ordered through the app and the server had just told me to pull around to the window. He was insistent on being next. So I opened my door, got out and stepped between cars. Once the car in front left, I stepped up to the window and got my order. The owner/manager looked at me like I was going to rob him. But the server kindly handed me my purchased items. I was very annoyed, but polite. I wasn't rude at the window. After the female driver of the black Escalade lunged the car at me as I was going back to my car, I guess to try to startle, maybe make me jump and drop my food, I just smiled and told them to have a nice day. This prompted the man to call me an asshole. I could see his point, even though he was blind to mine. My old response would have been to tell him that would make us neighbors. He'd either get it or he wouldn't. Instead I decided to say a prayer for the couple. This wasn't about them and it wasn't about me. It was about DD not having the mechanism to be able to fulfill app purchases at the drive-thru. This all happened over the course of 1-2 minutes. I was home in less than ten minutes from when I ordered the food. When I went inside, I found my coffee almost at room temp and my 2 donuts stuck to the inside of the bag, losing most of the icing during removal. At that point, I decided to file a complaint with DD through the app. The app said I would hear back from DD within 48 hours. It's 6 days later and nothing. I have even sent an email to customer service. I asked in the email for them to give me one reason to return to any DD.... Radio silence.... Crickets.... I've been a DD customer almost my entire life. I remember a wide selection of larger, fresh donuts. There were no stale donuts served. They were trashed and replaced with newly baked donuts on a time clock 24/7. The prices were fair. The coffee was good (still is, if they can keep it hot). So I won't revisit a DD anywhere, at least until I get a response from them. If they cannot give me one good reason to stay a customer, I won't.
