The food is amazing, and the staff are excellent and super nice. Service is pretty quick depending on the event and amount of customers.

You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!

I recommend making a reservation if you're coming on a weekend morning. They had beignets as a special and those were tasty. A little crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside with powdered sugar on top. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was ok. Service was lackluster. We did not see our waitress after the food arrived and had to flag someone down to ask for the check. There was no butter in the table for toast- we asked a food runner in lieu of the waitress but did not get it.

My TOTAL bill today was 38% higher than the prices on the menu. Maybe it's time to get new menus???? The food is great here. The staff that work here are all excellent, caring people. I'm gonna cover a lot of ground here and I will say that I would gladly give the FOOD four stars. Everything was delicious and very fresh. Now.. for the ... quirks. The parking lot is kind of small and if the place is crowded it may be tough to navigate if you've got a larger vehicle. The floor setup feels like something from a time gone by when ppl were smaller. I myself am NOT a small person and my other party was seated before I arrived, in a location that was going to block access to other patrons by service staff. Luckily the crowd started thinning out. The menus have not been updated in quite a while and there's a sign on the door as you enter that lets you know the menu prices aren't current. Either do a QR code with current pricing or update it - clearly your patrons show a measured displeasure at what they're ordering not matching what's on their checks. Something I thought was cute/whimsical - when they encountered a birthday patron, they played a song. Never heard THAT particular version. It was loud. I was kinda digging the honeycomb/bee themes. Our server struggled a little bit when the crowd was thickest but she was really nice and we took it easy on her. All that being said - would I go back? Sure, if I could get a better seat and the staff wasn't overwhelmed by the morning rush.

Double T Diner - Classic Diner Feel, But a Mixed Benedict…read more This place is run well. Everyone was friendly, precise, and on point. It wasn't very busy this morning, so the whole experience felt calm and very classic diner. If you've got a sweet tooth, this is absolutely your spot -- the pies and pastries look a cut above most diners. I went with the Eggs Benedict. It comes fully covered in hollandaise with a side of potatoes. * Potatoes: Bland. Seemed boiled and barely hit the grill. No crisp, no browning -- just rushed and warm. * Eggs: Properly poached. No complaints there. * English muffin: Basically out of the package with no toast. Definitely ask for it well-toasted if you order this. * Canadian bacon: Barely warm. The dish came out so fast it felt preassembled. * Hollandaise: Surprisingly sweet, lacking that savory, lemony balance that usually cuts through the richness. Because of that, the whole plate ate kind of soft and one-note -- almost like a pudding trying to be savory. Not a failure, just not what you want from a Benedict. This one was a little disappointing for me personally since this is the first place I ever had Eggs Benedict as a teenager, so there's some nostalgia attached. The Save The vibe, atmosphere, and genuinely good service are what keep this in the 3-4 star range. It's comfortable, welcoming, and still feels like a place worth coming back to -- just maybe not for that dish. We'll return and try something else to see if it earns a regular spot in the rotation.

First Watch -- Savory Wins, Sweet Still Searching…read more After completing a 3-peat, here's my conclusion: The savory items at this chain are my cup of tea. The coffee is bold and strong, and for the price, getting a full pot that keeps you going without needing refills is a great value. The drink selection looks limited at first, but they quietly offer some very tasty juices. The kale apple stands out for me -- not normally my thing, but it works. I think there are better places for pancakes. I think there are better places for French toast. That said, it's still worth trying them -- what's missing for me might shine through for you. Where First Watch really wins: * Bacon Egg & Cheese (artisanal level good) * Million Dollar Potatoes (upgrade every time) * Crispy regular bacon * Sausage breakfast plates * Thoughtfully built savory options These plates feel crafted, not just assembled. The atmosphere brings a modern diner / brunch vibe that fits perfectly with what people are looking for today. Bright, busy, and comfortable. Location tip: Try not to sit near the kitchen -- it gets loud with staff conversations. Service is mixed * Some staff members are excellent * Others feel more transactional If you're ordering eggs, go scrambled or omelette over over-easy. Mine were undercooked previously, and it's an easy fix. Good coffee Strong savory menu Modern brunch vibe Some inconsistency Sweet items not standout (for me) That still lands First Watch at 4 stars. And with the lack of strong brunch options nearby, this is currently top dog for me. Still searching for that great French toast and pancakes.
