Double-T Diner in Glen Burnie, MD ... many of my friends know of this diner and almost none of them have ever visited it. Why is still a mystery to me. HUGE menu. GREAT specials. GIGANTIC plates. All for a decent price. All sandwiches and burgers comes with cup-a-soup and Fries. Can't beat that! Burgers are better than Honey Bee... You should visit sometime.

Overcooked omelette and rubbery mushrooms (canned?). Hone made thick cut bread is great!! Bacon was cold.

I like this diner, the servers and the managers and I do come regularly to this clean location for breakfast and to the Annapolis location for dinner/desert. However... ...the prices continue to be higher than they should be for breakfast. This morning I had a veggie omelette, side of sausage and coffee. My bill was $27. So, after a 20% tip I was at $32 for breakfast. That's nuts. Omelette was $17. Coffee was $3. I think the sausage was about $4. + tax. $27.11. Barring that strong price complaint which keeps me from going more often... they have the best link breakfast sausage around. The coffee is good. I don't like their bland breakfast potatoes but the toast is nice and thick. I love a good diner and this one is well managed. Bring your kids for the pies and pastries! NOTE - this review is for 2/2025. I am not sure if the omelette price went up due to an egg shortage. I was not notified of any increase nor did I see any signs.

Tons of cars in parking lot - thou not the cleanest lot. Thought there would be wait, was seated immediately. Decor very much old-fashion diner - super cute. Service was friendly and quick. Nice bonus, a lot of the entrees came with a side cup of soup - though average at best. Family got fish sandwich, pastrami wich, chix pot pie and bbq wich - again average at best. Portions are huge, so many fries! Best item was the bread pudding - daughter raved.

    Prime Rib, crabcake.

I have been going to this Diner for years and I have never had any complaints. I usually get the Prime Rib and its cooked to perfection every time. I swear it's the best I have ever had. The picture I am showing will also show my boyfriend's food which is a crabcake, he absolutely loves it, says it is the best around, filled with lump crab meat. I also love their ranch salad dressing, and let's not forget about the fresh hot challah bread they serve. Always receive top tier service at this location.

I was served this mess at 830 pm March 17, 2025. This was 20 bucks.

I don't write reviews lightly, but what happened at Willy's has crossed every line of safety,…read moreprofessionalism, and basic human decency. My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

I was a little put off that all of the seating is booths, which can be a little uncomfortable to the people I dine with, who prefer more space between themselves and a fixed table. We were told to seat ourselves. We did. it took a couple minutes for us to be acknowledged by one of the five or so servers who were bustling about. Service was friendly and fairly attentive. The Maryland Cab soup was good, with a lot of crab and a decent amount of spiciness. I had a French dip type sandwich with fries. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy, they were served kind of soggy and cold. The au jus for my sandwich was literally cold. That said, the food was basic but good. This is a standard decent diner. I don't know what the reviewer who said this place is in "the hood" is talking about. It's on a well-lit strip of road with car dealerships all over. No need to stress over the location at all.

In fairness, the place was busy but that also is typical on a Sunday around noon. We had a party of 5 and had to wait approximately 20-30 minutes to be seated. We received our coffee and waters however there were no spoons in our napkin of silverware so we had to use knives to stir in the creamer and sugar for the coffee. The waitress also brought a drinking cup full of half-n-half to the table for us to use in our coffee. This made quite a mess since pouring from a drinking cup resulted in drips and spillage onto the table. It was busy so we could not get the attention of anyone to ask for spoons after we realized they were not in the napkins. Jokes of course ensued about whether we were to use our fingers to stir our hot coffee. Later, when our entree's arrived, they had put 2 separate orders onto one plate and even though we requested fruit on the side for our french toast, the fruit was on top of the toast. These were all little, irritating things which combined made the dining experience memorable but for the wrong reasons.

You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!

Funny thing is the night they offered that, I had made it for my husband and he had the leftovers for his lunch, so he opted for a salad that night. In the restaurants defense, as someone that makes the dish, it takes some space to marinate the meat for a few days and maybe that's the problem....but honestly I tasted the gravy on her dish and it was great, so I understand her disappointment and maybe Jimmy's needs to reevaluate having that or finding a way to accommodate other diners. So we went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We are always looking for places to eat on the weekends, and there are just not enough breakfast places in the area. We walked in at around 8 and they still weren't real busy. We got a nice booth and were served coffee and our server got our order pretty quick. Johnny's is diner like, so everything is on your table ready to go....and what I really liked is that I didn't have to ask anyone to get a Tabasco sauce for me. It was already on the table! Both my husband and I ordered sausage and swiss omelettes. They both came out cooked done and hot with just the right about of cheese. I know a lot of places we go seem to be skimping on that, but we want to taste it in our bite and we did! Our server refilled our coffee and was very pleasant. There is nothing like the hometown vibe that are in small restaurants and this one is no exception.
