This food truck comes to my job frequently, so I've eaten here a few times this year. They prices are ok, I would argue they are a little on the higher end, compared to the portion sizes. The service is fast and friendly, with is expected for a food truck. I am not a big BBQ person, but I have tried the loaded fries and the nachos which they top with brisket, chicken or pork. The truck is pretty consistent, there was only one time that I wasn't completely happy with my order, because my fries were greasy and soggy. Today, I had the brisket nachos. The taste was very good, although I wished my brisket was served warmer. All and all, Menke Boys BBQ is a quality food truck. Perfect for a quick grab and go lunchtime meal. Ribs were very good, tender and flavorful. The Mac and cheese however looked very good but just tasted like buttered noodles. It definitely needs more cheese or a stronger cheese and salt. Overall I would come back. read more

Food Tastes Good no complains on preparation however. Why promote a $25 platter and give skimpy portions at a food truck event. Seriously, I got 2 platters and left a 20% tip for your employees just to open my platter and feel disrespected to be honest! Step up the game portions are beyond weak!!! $65??? Absolutely fantastic. I enjoy the hideaway, famous daves, and mission, but they cannot compete with the menke boys brisket. The bark, peppery rub, and delicous bbq sauce (tangy with a nice apple finish) are a full on assault on your taste buds. I grabbed a pound of brisket for my wife and I, and I ate nearly all of it myself, so I shamefully had to run back (in the heat, belly full of brisket mind you) to get more from the truck to cover my bovine blunder. I wasnt even that hungry, it was just so good. Beautiful smoke ring, super juicy, nice mix of lean and higher fat content slices. The wife of the owner/smoker is very friendly, apparently they started as a hobby after he developed his method for 13 years and only have the one truck. I hope they expand. Best BBQ I've had in Maryland hands down! Menke Boys catered a graduation party for me and the food was the hit of the party. Brisket is flavorful and cooked to perfection. I got in trouble for smacking my mama after tasting it. Pulled chicken was equally as good and made for great sliders. Let's talk about the sides....I'm very skeptical about ordering collard greens from anyone not Black and from the south but, Andrea assured me they were on point. She ain't lying! My family grew up on Southern cooked collars greens and they destroyed the tray. Now, I've never done crack but i can only assume that Menke Bros cream of corn is the culinary equivalent. I caught my cousin licking her fingers like "Two slice Hilly". The Mac n cheese went so fast i almost didn't get to taste it. I really on had one problem with the food and that's that i didn't order more to eat the following day. I will definitely be using Menk Bros at my next event! read more

Opted for the French Toast, which has a nice sugary coating that's as much a texture experience as a flavor one. It's not super cheap, but for fancy donuts, it could cost a lot more than it does. The prices were a bit higher compared to other Greek trucks I've tried, but the portions were huge. You will certainly not go hungry here. The food was out in no time. I ordered a chicken gyro (grilled pita, chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, tzatziki) and greek fries (french fries toped with feta, oregano, lemon, special sauce). The gyro was good. The chicken was chopped up and seasoned well. Some bits of chicken were very dry and hard but I believe those were the ends. There was a good amount of lettuce and tomato and plenty of tzatziki. There's nothing worse than getting a gyro with little or no tzatziki sauce. The pita was soft and fresh. The fries were delicious. I didn't know the portion would be so big or else I would have eaten them for my meal. I believe you can add chicken or gyro to the fries, so that's another meal option. The fries were hot and crispy. None were soggy. There was plenty of their special sauce smothering the fries. If lots of sauce over your food isn't your thing, you may want to ask for it on the side. They also provided a TON of huge chunks of feta, which made me happy. I love feta. Besides gyros, they also offer rice bowls, platters, souvlaki, salad, sides, baklava, and a few sodas and bottled water. The young woman who took my order was friendly. Overall, I'd certainly patronized this truck again. I'm glad I stopped by to try it.

The actors were clearly enjoying themselves and while sometime it was a bit corny, it was so funny. My husband and I had a great time. And there was even a prize to be won. The views from the water were beautiful. Once the mystery was over we ventured onto the top and took a few photos and hung out. We had a chance to talk to some of the actors and they were so nice and fun. They clearly enjoy this job. I would recommend this as a wonderful date night or family fun night or even as the previous poster mentioned wonderful for a small wedding! The service was really that good!

I am a very picking person when it comes to the meat I eat. Menke Boys BBQ has the best meats I have ever had. Always fresh, cooked to perfection and never any issues with bad pieces. We have used them for several parties (baby shower and birthday parties) and will continue to use them going forward. The pulled pork is the best I have ever eaten. The sauce is delish as well. Buy a bottle to take home Yummy! All of the food is awesome. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed. The owners are great people as well. If you're looking for a Food Truck that specializes in good, old-fashioned belly-filling grub, look no further! With specialties like pulled pork sandwiches and melt-in-your mouth brisket, Menke Boys BBQ will have you licking your chops! We found them at a food truck event earlier this month, and then recently ordered a tray of pulled pork (think affordable catering) for a big, back yard get-together. I was in Maryland traveling, and I was looking for something local to eat. I found and ad for Menke Boys BBQ, and I thought interesting so I went to try...it was the most amazing bbq I've ever had. The ribs had a great flavor and the brisket had an even better flavor and they where incredibly tender. For a food truck this one has a huge and impressive menu. At the end of the shower all everyone was asking was where the food came from and where they can get some of their own. There are not words to describe the flavor and tenderness of the ribs especially when paired with the mac and cheese, which is the perfect amount of cheese and sweetness. I got the loaded fries with the pulled pork and a side of collard greens. At first I was worried about the combination of toppings on the loaded fries, but my mouth was joyfully delighted. I ran into this bbq truck a few weeks ago at the Baltimore harbor. I have tried bbq all over the country so I was anxious to taste. The brisket is by far the best I've ever had.
