After searching for so long to find a caterer that would even come remotely to our budget, finding…read moreNatasha was a miracle. Natasha was very professional and organized, and her food was delicious. We didn't even bother trying to find other caterers after going to her tasting because we knew this was it. Her staff was professional, and everyone raved about how good the food was at our wedding. My only critiques are: 1) We also booked with Natasha given the fact that she mentioned to us that she usually had a lot of leftovers. This was important to me because I know my family can eat, & so I even bought to-go boxes to account for this, to which Natasha said was fine. On top of that, since we were doing a buffet style, the price is dependent on the number of guests. The lowest tier was supposed to feed up to 100 people; w/ our estimated guests being over the 100 person range, we had to pay a bit more to go up to the next tier (which was supposed to feed 120 people). During the last week of the wedding, we had a lot of people drop out, but I chose to keep it at that tier since I figured it would be too late to make any changes. On the day of the wedding, we only ended up with 96 guests. But we barely had any leftovers left! Mind you, this tier was supposed to feed up to 120 guests, so had I chosen the tier for 100 people, I'm afraid we would've ran out of food. Also, mind you, the servers gave out the portions, not our guests. 2) On the day of the wedding, instead of the cake table being the navy satin we had discussed, she had made some changes and made it ivory instead. I was fine with this decision because our cake table was standing right next to our navy sweetheart table, so it might have been too much navy, but if you are someone who wants everything done your way, you have to make it clear, or it might get changed. Overall, I could not have asked for a better catering team. Everything was delicious, and I want some of that food again!

I reached out via the request form on the business website and received a phone call within 24 hours of submitting my request. Chef Jennie B was genuinely interested in creating a one of a kind menu for my celebration and provided insightful recommendations to keep my menu cohesive and unique. The business even offers serving-ware purchase options. Truly a quality, one-stop-shop catering experience. Leading up to my housewarming, Chef Jennie B communicated regularly to confirm my menu selections, confirm intended number of guests and dietary restrictions, and schedule a time for delivery. When delivering, Chef Jennie B and her team were communicative, professional, and friendly (it was my first time hosting a large group in my space and I had lots of questions about set-up, reheating, serving, etc). I'd also like to compliment the business's pricing and invoicing process. Pricing was discussed thoroughly and I was never once pressured to make decisions that would compromise my budget. Invoicing and payment were completed seamlessly online via a secured website. My receipt was provided immediately for my record. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing! Months later, My guests still ask about the mac and cheese balls, chicken kabobs, and vegan stuffed mushrooms. Overall: This is a local, woman-owned business I will gladly work with for any occasion. I have proudly recommended Chef Jennie B to anyone who asks.
