We did have a small issue with the air conditioning at our venue, and the staff was especially concerned about making sure our wedding cake was properly cared for. They kept it in a cool place until the temperature in the venue was comfortable enough to bring it out for the reception. We really appreciated that extra attention. The food was outstanding! Our guests had so many wonderful things to say about the hors d'oeuvres, and the buffet was beautifully prepared and presented. The staff was also extremely attentive to us as the bride and groom, making sure we had our plates, drinks, and even a piece of our wedding cake without having to worry about a thing. We would absolutely hire BMG again. The one area where our experience was less than ideal involved the rentals. We experienced some miscommunication, and we aren't sure whether it was related to being handed off to a different staff member/business manager midway through the process or a breakdown in communication on BMG's end.
