Some of the promo pictures try to make it look bigger. The place is small. There is a nice variety of ice cream, desserts and breakfast sandwiches. It is one of the better priced food options. It is also away from the immediate casino floor so you can hear conversations. I would not go out of my way to visit but if you want a treat or something to eat, it is worth stopping by. read more

This is a cute little cafe located inside of the Live Hotel. When we entered the cafe. we were assisted immediately. We ordered two iced matcha lattes. The service was not bad. We decided to have our beverages inside the cafe. However, the table was filled with crumbs from a prior customer, so I had to clean the table before sitting down. The iced matcha latte was good and the flavor was consistent with other matcha lattes that I have purchased. The beverage was served in a Starbuck's cup, so I assume that they sell the Starbuck's brand. They offer a wide selection of beverages and other treats. The ambiance is cute. It is a small cafe with a few tables. The aesthetic is cute. It has cute, colorful artwork. With the exception of the table that we chose, the overall place looked clean. I passed by this place on my way in to the Ludacris concert. I wasn't really thinking about a drink before the concert but on the way out I was thirsty. Turns out I was one of about 20 people ordering at the same time since we all were thinking the same thing. Jada and Cypress were running the front like partners. They were efficient, kind, and courteous to all the patrons. Even though I only ordered an ice cream they still gave me really good customer service along with an and brief conversation. They were rocking and rolling like nobody's business. Shout out to a two person team and I'm sure one or two people in the back who were helping them prep. Give the whole team a raise. read more

Wouldn't serve me one scoop because there is "two scoop minimum." How is that when one scoop is on the menu? I suspect it's because they were serving out of Starbucks cups which required three scoops to fill the cup. read more

They donated desserts for a charity event. Christmas themed cupcakes and extra large variety of cookies. The desserts were totally a hit. This is tucked inside the hotel lobby. Oh my goodness I am sick to my stomach with this service. Definitely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced personally. I still feel like I'm in the twilight zone... It all began with a young African American girl who said her name is "Cierra", she walked up to me with a very off putting attitude. I assumed that this had nothing to do with me so I ignored it and began my order; I asked her if they had any waffle cones, she replied "we have bowls". I then asked " so you don't have any waffle cones or bowls?", she replied "all we have is bowls" in the rudest manner a person can speak. I said " ok" and then asked for a few samples which she seemed offended by, for whatever reason. She gave me 2 samples and then walked away on purpose for 3-4 minutes (I think she was hoping that I was going to walk away but I did not lol). She returned, minutes later and I asked for 2 more samples, she gave me the samples in a very sloppy way and then walked away quickly before I could even order! When she returned again (minutes later) I then tried to order but she refused to serve me! She said that " I look irritated" so she didn't feel comfortable serving me anything. Which was extremely ironic given the fact that I was obviously SO uncomfortable and confused by her awful attitude and actions. I then asked for her manager and she told me that her manager would be right out. I waited for 16 minutes. She finally came back and told me that her manager wanted her to serve me because she was busy closing up....?! I then calmly ordered 2 scoops of the coconut crème gelato. I was honestly afraid that she was going to spit in my gelato so I tried to watch her closely. I then paid her $7.42 for the gelato and she pretty much through my change at me. I still remained calm at this point and just asked her what her name is. In which she replied " it's Cierra" and under her breath whispered " you dumb cracker bitch" I was honestly waiting for a tv show host to pop out and tell me that I was being Punked or something. But nope, nothing. UNREAL. I think that it is safe to say that this employee is not professional, nor does she care about the current or future success of this business. I am definitely going back tomorrow morning to speak with the manager about this. read more

Cute lil spot. I came for coffee & was happy to see soy, almond and coconut milk available.

The only thing I tried at Luckies was a Black Milk Bubble Tea, and let me tell you - it was absolutely horrible. Three stars because the service was great (didn't catch his name but he was sweet as could be), but the tea was subpar and the bubbles were so gross I had to throw the entire thing away. I'm sure bubble tea isn't a top-seller there, but at $8+ a drink, I think it's fair to expect more quality ingredients for whatever's on the menu. read more

Excellent gelato!! Cant go wrong with the cake batter and the other stuff was really well decorated. They have 2 Vespa scooters and the floors are mosaic marble tile. Great spot to grab an espresso or gelato in the casino before some late night fun! read more
