There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. E3 then informs C2 there was no coffee ready and more is being made. Employee three appears. Does nothing but stand behind the counter. Becomes obvious neither E1,2, or 3 prepared for lunch customers, checked coffee status. C1,2, and 3 are all standing at the counter waiting for their orders.
