I will no longer support this Dunkin location. I visited this morning and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant along with a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. I specifically asked for the croissants NOT to be toasted dark or hard because I have had this issue several times at this location before. Sure enough, when I checked the bag, both sandwiches were dark, hard, and overcooked again. I went back inside, and as I walked in, a young lady standing near the drive-thru window turned to another employee and started laughing. It honestly seemed like she already knew why I was coming back in. I was then met by who I assume was management, who insisted that "all the croissants look the same way." I explained that I visit other Dunkin locations and do not have this issue. Instead of listening, he kept going back and forth arguing about the sandwiches. I finally told him to just give me my bag back because I would be writing a review. Only then did he offer me a refund. Customer service and food quality at this location have gone downhill. Also, make sure you check your donuts when using the drive-thru because I have received stale donuts before, and you almost always have to ask for napkins. There are several other Dunkin locations in the area, and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

On the morning of 10/3/2024, I went to Dunkin' Donuts (receipt time stamped at 7:36 AM). I had a simple question about a blueberry bagel and brown sugar cold foam, only to be told those items weren't available. I ended up ordering a small cold foam, five munchkins, and a bagel for my girlfriend. When I got to the window, I could clearly hear the person who took my order openly mocking my question and laughing with another employee. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I asked the person handing me my order what they were laughing at, and they froze, visibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they didn't even give me the coffee I ordered. I had to park, get out of my car, and go inside to get it myself. Once inside, the person with the headset just pointed at my coffee and said, "THERE." No apology, no effort to fix their mistake--just complete rudeness. I am furious. I choose Dunkin' over other coffee options in the area, but after this humiliating and disrespectful experience, I'm seriously questioning that decision. This was beyond unacceptable. read more

I came here a week or so ago to get a small cold brew with oatmilk, simple order, right. I didn't specify if I wanted extra ice or no ice, just standard ice. When I picked up my cold brew there wasn't any ice in my cup. The cashier looked at my drink and he looked confused as well. I asked for a cup of ice and he told me it was extra. I said ok, as I was pressed for time. My cold brew was disgusting and the customer service was subpar. That day I decided I would start making my own coffee at home and I purchased a coffee maker. The only Dunkin that's been consistent is the location near Stevenson. I will visit that location when I can. Otherwise I will make my own at home or go to Starbucks. I've given this location so many chances. From stale donuts and bagels, to weird tasting hash brown. Im uninstalling the app and also unsubscribing from the emails. I'm over this location and that's it. On the bright side, I will be saving money, gas, and time. read more

So, Dunkin' is popping up all over along the vicinity of Northwest Expressway!! I mean there are 2 in nearby Reisterstown, and 2 others in Owings Mills. This is a brand new location-along Red Run Boulevard, where there are many offices and businesses. They are bound to get a lot of the work crowd, especially now that more folks are returning to physical offices in 2021. As another Yelper mentioned, it's interesting to see the "Dunkin" logo without the "Donuts". This is in a small strip center ( in front of the Self Storage tower) with a few yet-to-be-leased storefronts and a Geico office. We went through the drive-thru. When we asked for decaf, the staffer was a bit distressed. Sorry, but they didn't have any ready. But I need decaf and hubby needed his Regular. We asked " do have you any you can make?" He hesitated. Thought we'd back down I guess. But it was 40 mins. before close, not close enough for them to fight it. So the staffer agreed as long as we knew it would take longer. Yet, it didn't really take long-only maybe 2-3 minutes longer. We are plain drip coffee people, so I can't tell you how well they do their Cold Brews or Caramel Iced Macchiato. And we didn't get food this visit. Store inside was fresh and clean when hubby went in to grab my decaf. Donuts were displayed in a case and looked pretty fresh even after 6 pm. I have super high expectations for my donuts. And it appears my go to Dunkin location down the street has some new competition. This store is in a strip retail space. It's currently at the end of the parking lot with no other visibly open businesses on the strip. With that said I've been riding by for months avoiding the desolate area. And after a pleasant delivery experience I decided I would try the drive thru. My order was prepared quickly and during two evening visits my items still tasted fresh. Only downside is the donuts don't seem to be as large and fluffy as my experience down the street. read more

This location has very friendly employees, yet STRANGE practices. I've been at least 3 times a week since the opening of this location about a month ago. They've been out of almond milk, at least once a week. Hopefully, once they get fully into the swing of things this won't happen as often. Also, they're currently using espresso cups for regular coffee, but they're using the lids of the regular coffee cups at other Dunkin locations. I honestly just don't understand it. I've had coffee that hadn't been closed properly handed to me through the drive-thru and guess what? IT SPILLED ON ME. Today, they decided to double up on the espresso cups. The coffee still spilled on me. Also, they charge extra for swirl flavors and almond milk. I know each location is independently operated, but I still HATE locations that have extra charges. It's pointless!! Hopefully, they work out their kinks in the next few weeks! I love Dunkin, I just hate having coffee spill! read more

If you're looking for a sustainable place to buy your coffee, this might be the Dunkin' for you. There are no styrofoam cups here -only paper. It doesn't keep your cup of joe for as warm as you may like it however. Order ahead and pick up from the counte in the rear of the store. The donuts are displayed in a glass case so there is no need to worry about flies or air getting to your favorite breakfast treat. You might even choose to eat in or drive thru. It's just my go-to for all things coffee. One of my favorite seasonal flavors is back. BUTTER PECAN!! Although coffee wasn't the goal this morning, how could I not? Stopped by today to grab a Teacher Appreciation gift card for one of my daughters teachers, I agree with them and feel like America truly does run on Dunkin' so we are hoping to keep her awesomeness running during this school closure. I gave 4 stars only because I have not physically been inside this location but the customer service has always been pleasant and they've gotten my order correct each time, so no complaints here. It's just plain good coffee with a yummy flavor selection if you're into flavored coffee. I'll update my review once I'm able to actually venture inside. read more

I was charged twice for my order. The cashier admitted the mistake and I could clearly see the double deduction on my account. The manager refused to acknowledge it and did not try to do anything to remediate the situation. He acted as if it was my fault and not his problem, which suggests to me that he doesn't mind stealing from customers. I was so repulsed by this experience, I will not return. It's sad that I have to drive out of this area to go to a decent Dunkin' Donuts. read more
