I know this Dunkin'/Baskin (like most locations) are hit-or-miss when it comes to service, but the past two visit through the Drive-thru have been pretty good. I will admit our orders are simple, a scoop of Chocolate ice cream in a cup and a medium hot coffee with various flavor shots. And we usually come around 8:30- 9:00 at night when there is no line. They stay open late unlike the one on Lakeside which closes whenever they get the notion-lol. The server guy sounds a little cranky, but I think it's a part of his natural voice. Our orders were correct-no sweetened "swirl" instead of unsweetened " flavor shot" like we get at other Dunkins. So for a late night coffee or ice cream run, it does the trick! read more

I understand why this location is rated so low!!! My experience was GREAT. The store was empty and my orders (3 lattes) were made quick tasty and powerful! However, one lacked the liquid sugar that was requested. (Please listen to my order when I place it. There is no one around (drive through or inside, so there's no excuse.) It's obvious that this location uses a little too much espresso when making a latte, but if that's how you like it...You are all set. However, again, it speaks to and promotes inconsistency. As I got my items and began to leave, there were 2 customers that had come back to have their drinks remade. The staff was more than willing to do whatever they needed to do to make the beverages better for those customers. To me, that rates highly. The fact that the beverages weren't made "properly" speaks to some possible inconsistencies. read more

This location used to be my favorite but now it's ok. It's a hit or miss for me. When I order an unsweetened iced tea and ask for equal sweetener sometimes they forget and sometimes their bagels are stale. I would bypass the one near my house to come here and now unfortunately it doesn't matter if I come to this one or the location near me. It's not totally bad but I will come here if I'm in the area. read more

used the drive thru this morning around 9am. I wasn't given my total, just told to come around to the window. I get to the window for my food and i had to ask if the total on the screen was for me or not. He didn't even Tell me my total, i had to confirm myself. I work up the hill, so one weekday afternoon I walked down to meet a friend and snag a few donuts, a flatbread and a coffee. Dead inside, no one in front of me. Two men were taking drive-thru orders (I think?) and refilling things, and also just doing whatever it was that included not acknowledging I was even there. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes (in that time my friend arrived) with no one else around before a worker came to take our order. No apology for the wait. Once the order happened, him and the guy that prepared the food were friendly and fast. Food and coffee were good. Maybe they need a bell on the counter or jingles on the door if that will remind them that they are literally there to assist customers. read more

I am finally done dealing with this horrible Dunkin Donuts! I been going here almost every week day for the past year cause I live close. For the past year about 1 out of 5 times I end up with a completely different coffee than what I ordered. This NEVER happened at the Dunkin Donuts where I used to live. The people at this store are either completely incompetent or truly just don't care. Also if you order in drive thru they just say "drive around" or sometimes say nothing when you complete your order. I never heard any employee hear in a YEAR say please or thank you. Not once. First off if Yelp gave me the option to give a quarter of a star I would. This Dunkin Donuts would get a 1/4 of a star just because they serve coffee. I have boycotted this establishment for approximately 5 years for the following reasons: 1) I was served a 1/2 a cup of vanilla chai tea. 2) the 1/2 dozen donuts I had ordered were all stale. 3) The employees were all sarcastic and disrespectful. 2 weeks ago my husband and I thought that maybe I should break the boycott and give them another chance to see if service had improved. At the drive through the DD employee told me that none of the donuts were fresh and that the best time to buy was in the AM. I appreciated the honesty but, "COME ON DD, none of the donuts are fresh?? Such a poorly operated establishment. Although I've grown up loving Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes, the hassle to order these days isn't worth it! I try to order in the store, and pick a design in the book on the counter, and I'm told I can't order in store, I have to order online. None of the options I wanted were online...I can't talk to a live person to ask questions. This store doesn't even make their own cakes...they send me on a wild goose chase to find the actual store that makes the cakes, and the store that DOES make the cakes won't answer their phone EVER. My Google review got deleted so posting here.. Do not bother going to this location after 8pm. The 2 guys that work there do not want to be there and refuse to serve you anything other than a scoop of ice cream. If you ask for a milkshake you won't get one. I have been told milkshakes aren't served after 8:30pm, I've been told we don't make them at all because customers complain they melt too fast and they don't want to deal with it, they don't want to clean the blender, and most recently they said the manager told them "don't make milkshakes" because they don't make a profit from them. The Google hours say they close at 12am (it's on a college campus) and the door says they close at 10/11pm. It's a crapshoot if they are open for business. They say they close at 8:20, 9:10, 9:40, 10:15, random times depending on if they feel like working that night. You would be better going to any other Dunkin/Baskin if you don't want to waste your time and gas driving to this location. These 2 guys should stay in bed and management should find replacements for them. read more

If I could give half a star I would and that's only because the iced coffee I ordered was actually decent. The service was horrible! The clerk was very rude to the family in front of me. I was right behind them and he saw me. After they ordered he walked away. So I stood there for about 5mins thinking he would come back and he didn't. I generally just get a cup of coffee using the drive thru. My expectations are only to get my coffee and go. They always recognize me and ask where I've been - very friendly...one would think I go 7 days a week - the reception is what keeps me coming back. read more

A long time customer at this location, I was so happy with my visit today that I had to let other people know. In dire need of a pick me up, my group walked in earlier today and we were greeted by a row of smiles as the cashier welcomed us to the store. We ordered and proceeded to enjoy our coffee and donuts, all of which hit the spot. After leaving I realized I left a personal belonging behind. Retracing my steps I frantically arrived back at dunkin donuts fearing the worst. To my relief I was again greeted by smiles as an associate recognized me and revealed my long lost item. This place used to be nice. The last two times I went, the garbage in the dumpsters behind the building by the drive-through were overflowing and crows were picking at the garbage. It was disgusting and it smelled. After I ate my breakfast sandwich hashbrowns and drank some of my coffee I spent a significant amount of time in the ladies room at work. My most recent visit all I ordered was a coffee. When they handed me my order I told them it wasn't what I ordered and they began arguing with me telling me was what I ordered. Once I receive my corrected order I left. I was only able to drink about a third of it before I was in dire need of a restroom. I never made it to work that day. The worst DD I've ever been to. When I entered I started to looked my opinions to see when donut that I wanted. I took a look at the chocolate frosted with sprinkles and it looked over cooked and dry. As a member of the service industry, I like to think that I am a very polite, patient, and understanding customer. I've seen all sorts of crazy, irate, and downright awful customers in my 5 years of customer service experience. This is the first time in my life that an employee of an establishment has driven me to be one of these customers. Unfortunately I did not ask for the employees name, but you can identify him by his pronounced unibrow. He was completely rude, I asked him to wait for a minute so I could decide what to order and he interrupted me about 3 times before I finally said "I'll let you know when I'm ready to order, thanks." After I decided what to order, I then attempted to order and when I was finished, he kept saying "and....and....AND?" as if this would make me add additional items to my order. He also yelled "I ALREADY GOT THAT!" at me when I asked if he had heard my request for a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I then pulled to the window and was so infuriated that I voiced my concern. Words cannot begin to describe how bad their iced coffee is. It's all bitter. Tastes like literal chlorine from a pool. And you cannot even taste the actual coffee. I'm fully convinced they just add cream to pool water with ice and sell that as their iced coffee. I've gotten coffee from here a total of 3 times in my life and the taste has not changed. In fact, it's gotten worse. I was naive. I kept thinking, "maybe if I give them another chance!" DO NOT give this Dunkin a chance!! You will waste your money and your mouth will hate you afterwards. Unless you like the taste of chlorine and old coffee creamer mixed together, I suggest you avoid this location; however, if you're a fan of pool water coffee, knock yourself out! There's a billion different Dunkin locations near this one that are a thousand times better. I recommend the one on Reisterstown road by pizza boli's. I always get the correct order there. read more
