Last night after dinner we attempted to grab some Krispy Kreme and fulfill our fat kids inside of us but they were closed so we went somewhere else instead but I still wanted Krispy Kreme today. When I looked up current deals for Krispy Kreme this evening as I was driving home, I saw they had six dollars off of any dozen and I thought it would be perfect to take advantage of their select signature dozen. I did just that and using the coupon code 6off, it came to $13 for a whole dozen of specialty donuts. I was a little upset to find out they were out of some of the key lime pie I had selected but it allowed me to select one of their new cocoa mania flavors instead so I went selected the chocolate chip cookie. (Did your back expand as well when you treat that too?) lol Do I need these donuts? No, I don't but I got them anyway and it's none of your business or how many I ate before I got home LOL Will I be back: most likely. Did I delete my app last month: yes, I definitely did. We see a "Hot donuts" sign on in front window when there's snow on the ground... uh, yes, please. We were hoping to swing in for some freshly glazed donuts. The donuts were terrible. My friend and I went to try the banana pudding donut, which was more yellow than I expected (based on the pics on the site) and did not have banana pudding kreme filling. The donut tasted like it had regular kreme filling inside instead of the banana pudding one advertised. Very disappointed. Tried a few other donuts, too. In my opinion, they were all a disappointment. When we first received the Strawberries & Kreme mini donut, it had a hair on it--very off putting to start. This might be one of the most disappointing Krispy Kreme locations I've ever been to because of the donuts. The service here was actually fast and friendly. They closed the inside/dine in so the only option was the drive thru. The drive thru was pretty quick and the person helping me out was welcoming. The big let down was the donuts. They do not seem to make them fresh at this location anymore which seems to make sense as they no longer have dine in so you could see the donut making process. I ordered 6 regular glazed and they were absolutely not fresh. They were cold and frozen like they were sitting in a fridge and not even the glass case/room temp it usually is. It's clear their location just gets their donuts shipped in cold. They do not make them here fresh anymore which is a huge letdown. At the very least I expected a room temp donut but to get a cold refrigerated donut is totally not worth it. The cold donut was hard not soft and the glaze was frozen on. The one product they sell is no longer fresh, if I wanted a bad frozen donut I would have gotten cheap day old donuts from the grocery store. Do not go here if you want fresh donuts. read more

I stopped at Krispy Kreme in Albuquerque, NM on HWY 528 aka. Pat De Arco HWY. It was around 8:00 PM. I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Penelope. She was easy to talk to and filled my birthday treat reward! I was impressed that Penelope and the crew had the store very clean. Doughnuts were still available for a few late night purchases. This was my first time trying Krispy Kreme. I ordered online, but when I got there my order wasn't ready. The customer service wasn't bad they ran out of boxes for my three donuts, so the guy put them in individual bags and gave me one free, which was nice. However, the coffee was absolutely horrible. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice coffee, and it was piping hot I couldn't drink it for almost 20 minutes. When it finally cooled down, it tasted disgusting. I tried adding sugar, but it still had a weird flavor. When I poured it out, thick blobs came out, and it made my stomach hurt. Fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts are hard to beat. They are impossible to beat when they are FREE! I would definitely recommend downloading the app to keep up with the special deals. We are new to the area, and NEED Krispy Kreme. On a very hot June day, me and my wife (who's got a bun in the oven) stopped in for a dozen. While I waited in line, my wife needed to sit down. Once I was finished, I turned around to notice she had a glass of water. The staff offered her water because they saw her being tired. Not to mention I was helped with my complicated order. The Krispy Kreme location on Route 40 in Catonsville, Maryland has been in our neighborhood for a number of years now. It replaced an old run down McDonalds that closed down in approximately 2015. I would estimate that this Krispy Kreme has been open since 2016. I have stopped in 2 or 3 times over the years. We stopped last Sunday to pick up a dozen of donuts and a box of coffee for an event we were going to that day. The experience was overall a good experience. The donuts were boxed up and ready to go in a few minutes. It took longer to get the coffee, I would estimate that we waited about 15 minutes for the box of coffee. The shop was busy and the staff were all busy working on orders so it was just a bit of luck that it took longer to get the coffee prepared. At the event everyone was happy with the donuts and coffee, everything was consumed and all of the comments were that the donuts and coffee were delicious and hit the spot so to say. I will be back if I need donuts and/or coffee for another event otherwise I'm trying to not keep donuts in the house at other times because I will just end up eating all of them. :) read more

This was our first and last visit. On a Sunday evening at 7 pm, the drive through line was long and was not moving. A car at the window was honking for his order that he ended up going inside to see what was taking so long. We decided to go inside and found it was empty, but then a line formed later. As we waited for our order to come out, which was only 2 donuts, other customers after us with large orders were getting theirs. We had to ask a worker to fulfill our order since ours was being ignored. There was no sense of any friendly and reliable customer service at this store even though it looked modern, clean, and new. This place is in dire need of better management. It was chaos not just for us, but for other customers with online orders that were not fulfilled upon arrival. Even showed the staff the order confirmation but they were persistent saying they have to pick up their own order and i can only pick up my own. If you want to start your day with extreme disappointment, this is your place! This is probably the worst experience I've had in a looong time. Typically, I can find a silver lining in any encounter. But, I honestly don't know how this place continues to remain in business. The establishment is in the middle of a parking lot and looks rundown. I wasn't even sure If it was open when I arrived. I had to peer into the windows to see if the lights were on. On top of that, the staff is incredibly clueless, cannot take basic orders, and is apparently unaware about how the rewards / app works. The donuts were damaged after being packaged and they only had a few of the items that were actually advertised. I tried to correct my order and what I was charged but only received confused blank stares. It was easier on my sanity to just leave and be thankful for the garbage that I managed to get out of the transaction. I could go into further detail of what was wrong with my experience but it would basically be a copy/paste of every negative review below. The pictures alone speak volumes about how the staff views their jobs. How am I supposed to present these donuts to my office staff since they already look like leftovers? I love Crispy Kreme. Horrible service and they hardly ever have original glazed donuts. Today I stopped by around d 2pm, I'm in line and see one car ahead of me. That car moved ahead, someone says through the speaker, hold on. That's what they said. The guy comes back on and said can I take your order. I ask for 3 glazed donuts, before I could get the D in glazed out he said we out. Yes, "We Out" he said we out of that and sprinkled donuts, no donuts holes, and so I said what is available. He said, lemon filled donuts, chocolate filled cake or something like that and that's it. How in the world is your location still open? Why is it open when you're not able to sell the majority of what the outside window shows you have. Maybe take down the menu and put up a sign that said out of stock, or limited options. That's like Popeyes saying they are all out of chicken but remaining open.... Who does that? The people who take your order are ghetto and rude. I didn't actually go to the Krispy Kreme location myself, but I had a friend who went through the drive-thru lane to pick up 2 dozen donuts. This location is still currently open during this COVID19 crisis. Both the drive-thru and pick-up line inside the store were incredibly long but understandable with all the special deals and discounts they're having. With a purchase of a dozen donuts, we were able to get a dozen strawberry glazed donuts for $5. The strawberry glazed flavor tasted delicious but my favorite was the chocolate custard filled donut. Even after sitting out for a few days, Krispy Kreme donuts still tastes really fresh and sweet. This isn't my favorite location (I like the gaithersburg one better), but they're not bad and they're consistent with how their donuts taste. read more

The doughnuts at the Salisbury MD location are always perfect. As you know, the store is drive-thru only, at least since the early days of the pandemic. There are always wonderful employees at the window! They get a lot of beach-bound customers, and everyone we know makes it a point to stop by in both directions! But here is the best part: THE STAFF MEMBERS. One young man who -- might still be in high school --?was expertly handling a LONG line of drive-thru patrons. Another time recently, a wonderful female at the window went out of her way to help us use a coupon we had. Such kindness and patience is rare these days! If you could please convey our thanks for the kindness and love these people show, we would be grateful. The world needs more folks like this these days. I have always passed this place but never thought to really stop in. I've had store bought Krispy Kreme's before and just couldn't get past the hype. Anyway, my nephew really wanted to come here so I obliged to the drive thru. Menu was large and easy to read. I do like how there were many pictures of the actual donut so you could get an idea of what you were getting. We opt'd for the 1/2 dozen for like $8. I got the Birthday cake creme. Good but sweet! The children all enjoyed the donuts they wanted. Person who was taking my order was extremely nice and PATIENT! Waited in line behind one car for 12 minutes and when I finally arrived to the order microphone, waited another two minutes before someone finally stated, "will be with you in a minute." Two minutes later, the male employee told me to pull up to the window without taking my order. I get to the window, and the same car that was ahead of me was still sitting there and had not placed an order. Waited another 5 minutes, and then decided to leave. My friends and I came here on her birthday around afternoon-ish and I thought I had a good experience. The parking lot was pretty much empty. They got my orders right and my friends got their orders correct as well.
