I used the drive through for the first time and was pleased with their customer service. I don't remember the gentleman's first name but he was friendly and made me feel good whenI jokingly said I shouldn't be having a shake. He reminded me that we should treat ourselves while we can because we DESERVE TO and that anything in moderation is good for the soul. Also, he told me about downloading the app to get coupons / treats, which i think it's a great marketing strategy. It is truly humbling to spend money at establishments where I feel seen and appreciated. This is my second time coming to this location and it always appears to be clean and popular. Thank you to the gentleman at the window for making me smile read more

I love having this Bruster's in my neighborhood. Sorry about the bad pic, kinda dove in before realizing that I had forgotten to take one. My family & I come here for everything - shakes, blizzards, cones, cups... and everything in between. If I could nitpick one thing it would be that there's usually always a wait, but it's never anything too bad. The staff is always really friendly, and I've never been unhappy with their product. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Partially eaten double chocolate chunk ice cream - Desserts Near Me - Odenton, Maryland

This Bruster's location needs serious improvement in customer service. I waited 10 minutes in the drive‑thru with no acknowledgment, even after attempting to communicate multiple times. This has happened before,my previous visit also involved a 10‑minute wait, though I was eventually served that time. Given the heat and humidity, keeping my AC running the entire time was frustrating and wasteful. When I was finally helped, the staff member showed no apology or courtesy, only attitude. Consistent delays and lack of basic customer service make this location very disappointing. read more

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are from, but I didn't have any concerns or issues. Actually, this was my first time time at a Bruster. I went on my lunch break. This is attached to Jersey Mike. The ice cream that I selected was delish! So the guy at the window was nice. Service was prompt. I tried a sample of the Pina Colada. That was too sweet for my liking. I just loved the Brownie Fudge Sundae. Just what I needed to satisfy that craving. It was quite larger than I expected. So I actually saved the rest for my after dinner dessert. They do have two tables with an umbrella outside to wait for your ice cream if you please. Or you can choose to eat there. The only other dining in would be to eat inside of Jersey Mike. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Omggg, this was super delicious! Brownie hot fudge Sundae. Jun.11.24 - Desserts Near Me - Odenton, Maryland

Every time I come here the drive thru line literally takes forever!!! It makes me not want to come back. I love the ice cream and people are friendly but I've been to other Bruster's and this one is the only one around here but, hands down, the slowest ever. During my most recent visit, there were 5 cars ahead of me when I entered the line, one person got impatient and left the line before they even had the opportunity to order and it took me a total of 25 minutes to get my cone. That's absolutely ridiculous. It's like that every single time. I won't be coming back for that. They can do better than that. read more

They really skimp on the ice cream. They try to pass off one and a quarter scoops for two. Since day one. And when it's brought to the managers attention, they argue the case and barely put a tablespoon of ice cream more on it. I would not recommend going here. I would just go to Bowie town center where Jose, the manager always takes your issues into consideration. read more

I absolutely love this ice-cream shop. It's conveniently located in Odenton. I love the Manager, she is so friendly with a bubbly personality. The surroundings are beautiful and clean. But most importantly the ice-cream is amazing. Not too sweet and plenty of flavors to choose from. read more

What is wrong with this location?! They skimp like crazy on the serving size (less than half of what you get from Glen Burnie) Placed my mobile order 40 min before I actually got my ice cream. Waited nearly 30 min for it! The ice cream is good but the service and $ to value at this location is not good. read more

Ice cream was amazing , the young lady work today wasn't friendly ! She came to the window after i had been standing there for a little while . She opens the window i say hello she just looked into space . read more

I have only gone to this location one other time and it wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't negative this time it was totally negative. I waited six cars deep in line to get my mobile order and at that point they requested that I get out of the line and come to the front window because they were busy I refuse to and I asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund because they said they can't do that with a mobile order and directed me to dispute it through my credit card company. They have the worst service I have ever experienced at one of these places however the Glen Burnie location has great customer service. read more

My daughter picked up 3 orders for us today in a waffle bowl and the scoop of ice cream in the bowls were laughable. I know this is a new location so it's my suspicion that they train these employees to skimp. My hubby who had two scooops was still looking bare in his waffle bowl. We will stick to the location that we had been going to in Glen Burnie. Very dissatisfied with this evening with ice cream portion, and this coming from a gal who eats very small Meals. If I'm saying they skimped, trust me they skimped. read more

Horrible customer service kids playing around working there asked for a manager to make a complaint manager came to the window with employees snickering in background then closed the window. when asked for corporate number i was told by manager that he didnt have number then the person i was filing a complaint on told me to google the number which leads to a dead end . very unprofessional doesnt belong in Odenton ! read more

Good ice cream but horrific customer service . By the time you get your ice cream, it's melted ! It's not the staff ; it's the cheap ass owner. read more

We LOVE Bruster's! I'm Dairy Free so it's such a joy to have an ice cream shop in the neighborhood that serves such a variety of flavors. So far I've tried the Dairy Free Strawberry, Dairy Free Coffee, and Peach Sorbet and they're all 5/5! Super flavorful without the stomach issues! My daughter also loves their cookie/chocolate ice creams and my partner loves their Blast! The service is always amazing and the staff are super accommodating and friendly! read more

My family has always loved going to Bruster's in Glen Burnie so we were ecstatic when this one opened 5 minutes from home. Sadly they are just not the same. The portions are incredibly skimpy compared to GB for the same product and they are so much slower. Tonight my brother got into an argument with one of the employees because he was missing an item from our order. They begrudgingly replaced it but when my brother got home, we found that the other items in the bag were not even correct. We got the wrong flavors of ice cream, and how the heck do you make a banana split that has NO BANANAS?! I'll be making the half hour drive to Glen Burnie from now on. read more

Love the ability to walk up to the window or do drive thru at this location. They are always quick, friendly and accurate with our order! They also have seasonal flavors which are exciting to try every time we visit. read more

Ice cream was very delicious! Service was very contactless but the location is questionable...

good luck getting anyone to take your order. waiting in drive up for 10 min then stood in line. ended up leaving with several others. won't be back. read more

Just returned home from Brusters and threw away our Snickers blast. For $6.99 plus tax X2 i got two cups of vanilla cream with chunks of snickers (thinner than a shake) We usually go to the Glen Burnie location but was excited to have this location within a 10 min drive, but I don't think I will return. I don't know how the employee making the blast though it was acceptable, im pretty sure they mixed it to much because when I first got the blast they were frothy at the top. For $14 plus tax it was a waste of my money and I defiantly don't recommend ordering anything other then a simple ice cream cone. read more
