A new employee was handing my daughter her drink when it slipped and fell to the floor. She hadn't fully taken hold of the cup before it was released. When she spoke with the supervisor on duty, she asked if she could get a replacement. Instead of offering one, the supervisor told her she would need to pay for another. My daughter explained that she didn't even have a firm grip on the cup when it was handed to her, but the supervisor (a female) still refused to make it right. She understandably declined to pay again. This was disappointing, especially given the many positive experiences I've had here over the years. I've already left a message for the owner/manager and hope to speak with them soon. Once we've had a chance to connect, I plan to remove this review. Staff is nice, and they aren't abrupt with kicking us out the second it hits 10 PM (like Starbucks the very second it's closing time, they will practically yell at you to get the heck out of there).
