I have been eating at a Sardis for at least 20 years... I think longer. I'd go to the location in Gaithersburg. When they used to serve the green sauce in the little plastic cups it was the best. As they grew and added more restaurants they started moving to these flat labeled packs produced offsite. Not as good, but I think they were still initially more "green" and less mayo. Now they taste creamy and less herbal/jalapeño. I'll still eat the chicken. I just miss the good sauce. Did I say Sardi's is the best? They are.

The flounder sandwich is to die for, just as good as the one I had in Myrtle Beach! And the selection of sides is almost overwhelming.
