It's been almost 20 years since I've been able to get some Honey Bees because I now live in California. Well needless to say I am happy now. If you have never had a Honey Bee, you are missing out. Oh and the wings and chicken are great too!! Get the Honey Mustard and/or the Buttery Old Bay wings. Thanks to the staff at Cluck U for the great service and they even have arcade machines and game systems for the kids to play. I pray I can make it back sooner than 20 years.(I will for sure). Had taste for a fish sandwich tonight & this place came up on Yelp! The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. I was literally the only customer tonight. Food was made to order and the cashier threw in some honey bees for dessert which was nice of them. The "honey bees" reminded me of beignets. Paired really good with some powdered sugar and hot tea! My fish sandwich was ok...fish could use some seasoning...asked for tomatoes but they forgot them...all in all 6/10 for the Fish-Wich & fries. 10/10 for the honey bees lol Happy Yelping! read more

I went here at the last minute because I was soooo hungry and they were the only spot open. They were about to close the kitchen but Ramez was so kind to make me a fish sandwich and some fries. I was so appreciative. His hospitality and kindness is unmatched. And the food is fresh and tasty. It comes out hot every time. I came back again on a Saturday and I was greeted with all smiles and kind words. Ramez even made me some honey bees while I waited. The staff are very friendly, and I rarely have to wait for my food when I order ahead. However, the level of salt in the food is unbearable. I last ordered my New Year's dinner of chicken wings and shrimp, all we could taste was salt! Cluck U Chicken has been a favorite in the past but until they cut down on the salt, we'll have to pass. read more

Everything is absolutely delicious. They say "it's an addiction" and it's true! Be warned! Lol. The burgers are amazing. The fried mushrooms are perfect. The chicken is crispy. Haven't tried the fish yet, but I hear it's quite good. Their signature sauce is uh-may-zing! Like I want to dip literally everything in this sauce. Which comes in pints! Typical chicken spot. It's now called "Clucksters" if you're ever in the area. Overall you can't expect too much from these drive by chicken spots. I would've chosen a different flavor instead of Cajun - it has this bbq but sprinkled cayenne taste..maybe the original buffalo would have sufficed....also 1 blue cheese sauce for 10 wings is crazy !! Hush puppies and cake also underwhelming...however I'm willing to go back and potentially try the chicken wrap. Also, super Sidenote the soda machines were not synced. Much better chicken than KFC & more reasonably priced. We found the staff very friendly. They said our order would be ready in 15 minutes but it was slightly more than 5. We split a 4 piece meal without honey. It was nicely crispy & tender without being overly greasy. The small mashed potato side was more than enough for 2. Small onion rings order had about 15 and were nicely crispy and yummy dipped in honey mustard. The only disappointment was the biscuits which were fried refrigerator biscuits & 2 came with the 4 piece meal. It was a nice intro to fried chicken but even frozen biscuits would be better than frying the Pillsbury dough boy's. read more

But it hits the spot and prices are good. The Roman was easily the best - delicious garlic sauce and melty mozz cheese. Orders take about 15 minutes to make (when not busy). My friends and I came in to this spot just because we were in need of a new halal spot, and I was expecting it to be a pretty average, run of the mill fried chicken joint. However, the chicken is actually delicious. It comes with at least 12 different sauces to choose from, and I especially liked the sweet chili and honey mustard. Also the owner was super friendly and gave us fire sauce recommendations. Finally the restaurant had great vibes, with a couple of arcade games hooked up to tvs in the booths that you could play, and the interior design was pretty cool. One of the first times I've been to a Cluck-U and not drinking. Thoroughly enjoyed this place, especially the nostalgia from my younger days. The chicken tendies are solid, especially the 9 piece 2 dips for $13.49. Much more chicken in them than a 15 piece at B-Dubbz and better tasting. 9 pieces is more than enough for one person, in fact I had to save the other 4 for later. The Caribbean jerk and Cajun sauces were good, but I could've gone hotter. I decided to be safe instead of going full metal hot and choosing a 911 or Thermonuclear heat. Definitely a great spot for everyone. Also, their fries are top notch. read more

I thought Cluck U Chickens had all closed. I guess this one was perhaps bought out and is the updated version. Yes, they still have the honeybees!! They are still good! The menu has more than chicken, so that was surprising. We ordered 3 piece chicken, so I asked for the honey mustard sauce on the side. The honey mustard sauce is not as I remembered it. The chicken was good. The cooked it fresh, so there was a bit of a wait. That was ok. You can eat in, if u choose to. It's not the biggest place, but there were some families eating inside. Next time I go there I'll try the wings, like I used to always get, when I first moved to Maryland. read more
