Spill my whole order. I can't believe it. Went on the free wings and my whole order was in the bottom of the bag. Got home and very disappointed. I waited a hour for the order at that. Shock that my order was overturned in bottom of the bag is crazy! read more

Wingstop - My order was in the bottom of this bag. On the free wings promotion going on. - Chicken Wings Near Me - New Carrollton, Maryland

Wingstop is my favorite go-to wings. I usually get plain wings or recently the new Mexican Street spice flavor. So good. I usually order ahead of time so by the time I arrive, my order is ready. Quick service. They do get a bit busy, and it's a popular location, so pack your patience. My only con would be the area. It feels a bit unsafe (random weird people outside). Just keep your "head on a swivel" and be aware of your surroundings as you exit and enter your car. read more

yesterday, i went to Wingstop New Carrlton and Deonta has amazing customer service. It's hard to find great customer service. However, Deonta did not disappoint. He read my order back and kept me informed of the process. Great Job!!! read more

Slowest service ever. I placed an online order and selected ASAP - 16 to 21 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told there's a 30-minute wait. It was about 40 minutes later, and my food was finally ready. All I ordered was 10 wings. The young lady at the register was actually nice and friendly, but the other employees had an attitude. I was told they had to wait to bag to put my food. This was absurd. I told them I'll take the food without a bag. It was in a container! He wings were good but for the terrible wait time and the price, not worth it. I'll never visit this place again!!! read more

Amazing boneless wings and sauces!! With wings like these the chickens could probably fly around the world. Meaty and thick. Crunchy, not greasy. Wing stop knows wings. Stopped by 20 minutes before closing. Last customer of the day. Boneless wings only. Got a meal deal with fries and a drink (strawberry doctor Pepper). $15 for the meal. Got two sauces for the wings which were served in a carton successfully separated by wax paper. Honey mustard was very honey, no mustard. And I think they gave me something different than Korean bbq as it was sweet, no heat. Fries needed to be fried. They were limp. And no ketchup, or bar b q sauce, or anything to bath those limp sticks in. read more

This wing stop is by far the worse wing stop ever. I tried to give them another chance last night and the wings were old and hard. They also give u old fries. I truly hate that this is the only wing stop in my area. I literally through my food out. Do not waste your money here like i have done so many times. I will also be writing to corporate because something needs to be done about this place. read more

This was my 1st time trying them & the wings were delicious.. My French fries were seasoned & they were cooked too long.. I was disappointed with the fries read more

The business was somewhat run down. The food was average. The good part, the people where customer friendly.

Walked in and no one acknowledged me. I stood in line for 15 minutes and not a word outside of 10 minutes in they asked "is anyone here for pickup", I said no and still no service or acknowledgement. It was not busy. It was a Wednesday, March 19th I walked in around 5:55pm. There were three workers 2 women and one man. The fact that no one acknowledged, gave a wait time nothing, they saw me, looked me in the face several times and worked as if I wasn't there was enough that I will never buy wingstop anywhere for myself or my family. My brand loyalty runs deep. I only need to be treated that way once. What kind of training do they go through? I walked out. I'm not going to yell or beg to be serviced when my dollars are what project restaurant opening and upkeep. Terrible service. I'm shocked because I just haven't experienced anything like this. When you are spending your hard earned money at a place the least they can do is say hello. read more

Food is always great but they short me out of one of my wings . I received five not six . Check ur wings before you leave the premise . You pay for them so you should receive them . It was an oversight but I will always check now read more

Wingstop - Lattes lemon and herb combo meal with side order of Hawaiian wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - New Carrollton, Maryland

Want wings? Might as well go to Shoppers and just get it cold and heat it up. Went here for lunch, ordered wings and it took almost 20-30 min for 2 orders. Maybe not their fault as they lack the staff. Seems like they are doing one order at a time and not maximizing their efforts! I would have forgiven the service and timeliness of our order if the wings came out delicious. But, alas 3 Strikes and you're out!! Wings were chewy and dried out. Not tasty at all. Buffalo Wild Wings is further out and is definitely better. Wing----Stop! Don't think I'll come back here. ****The Good**** - Order taken fast but that's bout it! ****The Bad**** - Lack of staff means your order will take a long time. Even if you are 1 of 3 customers there. They apparently do an order by order wait. ****The Ugly**** - The wings are dried out, small, and tasteless. Well not tasteless really cuz you can ask for Cajun, hot, etc. but even with those spices and sauce, the chicken itself are dry!! Do yourself a favor and just pass! read more

Our Office orders here often. But today the food was especially good as well as the SERVICE! After having some issues online with the order, the Assistant Manager Simona was so helpful, and after letting us know and explaining thoroughly that all deliveries were made through a third party (I thought I was selecting a delivery order) She offered to deliver the food herself! Talk about going the extra mile! The owner of this franchise is lucky to have employees like her. Thanks again Simona! read more

This place has the best wings I've ever had. I'm from New Jersey and I was a bit scared to try Wingstop. I tried the parmesan seasoned chicken and it was amazing! It was fried hard and cooked to perfection. The flavor of the wings were delicious. They always have little specials going on so be sure to ask. The staff was very nice and they worked together as a team. The only problem I would say is that you wait a little bit for your food because it is made fresh. I do not mind but other my see it as an issue. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back. read more

Food is great and restaurant is clean. Wonderful customer service. My first time but I will be back

This wingstop used to be my go too spot, well over 4 stars but as of late their service has been horrible, the taste and flavor have been horrid and different. Just tonight I found a hair on my wings and my "lemon pepper dry rub" was wet, nasty, and gross. read more

Chicken is very fresh and the fries is better than the chicken with the seasoning, Louisiana rub is the best, they dont fry your chicjen to long and hard, which that i hate, the customer service is the best, and very nice, i will chose them over America best wings anytime for wings, the only reason i give it a 4star is because the prices are a lil to high for 8 wings combo its 13.00 dollars that's alot for 8 wings in fries but other than that its very good, I Always wanted to know why do buffalo wings cost more than a full wing and its half of a wing size somebody please tell me...lol lol This is very interested i really wanna know are we getting robbed..lol read more

Bryan was excellent today fantastic customer service, this wing stop was better than anyone I visited in the area

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is ghetto, the wings are not good, the manager is inappropriate and it's a terrible experience. Will never order from here again. Complete disrespect. read more

I will never ever return to this location ever again. My wings was so old and drench in alot of cooking oil. Customer Service was horrible. I had to throw away all the food I ordered. Can you give a ZERO! The worst customer service in the area. Just moved over this way (Lanham) and I've never seen so many people that act like they don't wanna work. Don't eat here at nights. They have you sitting on the phone for 20-30 minutes while they play around in the store, then get back on the phone to tell you they are closed and they don't take orders after 10:30. This has happened several times. Talking to the "store manager" was pointless. This store needs a whole new staff. Imma just sum it up. Go to Wendy's. These kids don't want to work. read more

I came here the other day to buy a dozen of wings and the person at the register was very rude from the beginning and did not greet me. When I asked her for a dozen of wings she said that she doesn't even know what a dozen is? I told her a dozen means 12 wings. Anyway I sat down and waited for my order, in the meantime another person just walked in, this time the same cashier greeted the customer with a friendly Welcome to Wingstop. I was surprised and sad to know that there are still people out there who treat others differently for their way they look or speak. read more

Customer service is the worst, never answer the dang phone.the wings are ok, but they need better employees!!

As I walked in the restaurant the employee came from the back saying "y'all need to stay y'all asses at home " then ignored my presence and went to do what she was doing then she decided to look up at me roll her eyes and then go back to what she was doing.
