Dunkin' Donuts has gone through a complete transformation with their variety of Refreshers. It's not the same because you think of it for coffee, donuts and breakfast sammies. It's even better because now you've got a flavor fair for lunch and evenings with the endless Refreshers. We came during their newly-advertised happy hour from 3-6. They offer any kind of Refresher drink for only three dollars or you can get an iced coffee for three dollars. Refreshers can be made with green tea, black tea, lemonade, limeade (tart), water, seltzer water, dairy cream, almond milk or oat milk. There are endless combinations. See my kiosk video for reference. The Strawberry Protein Refresher is delightful. I got the mango pineapple refresher with limeade. It was tart so then we added oat milk and I loved it. read more

While there are times where the service is not the greatest, I do prefer to go before 1 pm when I know I'll be well taken care of and my order will be accurate. And if the order isn't accurate just let them know and it won't take long to get your order right. read more

Just your decent, standard Dunkin located in the Cipriano Square shopping center. I have used the drive thru and have gone into this location. I remember receiving stellar service at the drive thru but then mediocre to poor service in after walking in. I like how spacious the inside is in here compared to some other locations. The area does not get as busy as some other locations and is in a more laidback shopping center in Greenbelt/Lanham area near NASA. read more

Never noticed this location before - maybe it's new? Then again, I don't usually come this far down on Greenbelt Road. They're located in Cipriano Square Shopping Center right across from NASA. Today I placed an order through the mobile app for my free coffee (yes, free)!! There's a current promotion for DD Perks members running through end of January, Monday - Friday, one free medium hot coffee per week so why not? I ordered one of the new blends - the explorer batch (medium roast with dark berry notes)...this was my second time trying it and I liked it. I recommend it by the way! My 3 star rating is based on the length of time I waited in the drive-thru! After placing my order I arrived at DD and joined the line. I didn't notice that many cars ahead of me, but yet I waited over 10 minutes before I got to the window to grab my order. By the time I tasted my coffee it wasn't as hot as I would have liked because it was probably just sitting there. Next time, I'll just forgo the drive-thru and go inside myself! read more

Rode pass this location many times but never stopped. Once inside, it was nicely decorated with holiday cheer!! I love that they had a lot of staff working diligently to get the line outside down. I ordered two of my usual(1 for me & my mom), the maple sugar bacon croissant sandwich, a large/small decaf coffee and hash browns. I couldn't wait to take a bite. My anticipation lead me to THE MOST tasteless sandwich. I always get this from another Dunkin so I know what it should taste like. This sandwich is $5 by itself and I expected more. The bacon wasn't chewy & caramelized nor was it peppered. Hash browns weren't crunchy at all. Only thing that taste good was the coffee. It was a nice clean store but I won't be returning for food. read more

BEWARE. I was assaulted by an angry male employee! I was followed OUTSIDE of the store by the staff member with the gray/denim jeans. A large cup of iced coffee was forcefully thrown against my chest because I knocked over a beverage (that didn't even splash on him.) The other staff member on duty alongside that clown played his dutiful role as a foul mouthed hype man, perpetuating the belligerence. They continued to tear up the store and throw cups around which lead to additional customers walking around in a hazardous store with spilled beverages everywhere. The sad thing is the customer who was before me in line was treated HORRIBLY as well and he was as a foreigner who could barely communicate. I saw three little old ladies enter the store on my way out and my heart goes out to them. I truly hope the elders weren't encountered with the same ignorance that I suffered from those fools! read more

This is for location 5900 in greenbelt. I had a very disturbing visit early in the morning. I there for 12 minutes after I got my a whole group of people came in and they were serviced before me. Look, I come to this Dunkin' because it's on my way to work everyday. It was great my first few times. But recently whoever makes the drinks doesn't even care. I get an iced caramel coffee everyday- and it tastes different EVERYDAY! Im writing this review for today especially because my experience today was so bad. I ordered on the app a breakfast sandwich and a bottle of water. When I got to the drive thru window they told me they didn't have bottled water so they could get me anything else. Naturally I went with my go to a caramel iced coffee. When I say this was the absolute worst drink they've ever made me. I had to dumb it out it tasted like old coffee. I couldn't even turn around to tell them to remake it because i was running late for work. That's why I decided to make a review so hopefully they could see. I would give them 0 star....it is 8:05 on a Sunday February 19 and they clearly say they close at 9pm. I just walked thru the drive thru and asked "y'all don't close at 9pm?" The people who work here seem pretty nice, and the coffee is generally good, but as someone who loves chocolate frosted donuts, I hate opening a bag to discover nothing but melted chocolate all in the bag.I'm not sure if their mix is too watery or if they aren't giving the donuts enough time to dry, but this messiness happens almost every time I go. On some occasions ordering a Boston crepe means the chocolate will be melts and the middle will also be undercooked. Please work on this! read more

Their sweet tea is now my favorite and at only $.99 for any size and flavor, I'll be there several times a week. My first ever last ever experience with this slop shop. I went in for a donut however there were no donuts so I attempted to order a sandwich. I inquired the type of cheese on the chicken backen cheese sandwich. The unprofessional person behind the counter said she didn't know what kind of cheese but there was no chicken on the sandwich. So, I asked was it bacon made from chicken, chicken-bacon, instead of chicken and bacon. She said no, there was no chicken they do not serve chicken only bacon. That should have been my que to leave, no donuts at the donut shop and no chicken on the chicken sandwich but I didn't follow the clear sign that something was really wrong. I ordered another sandwich , black pepper caramelized bacon, egg, and cheese crossaint. The info said extra bacon. I opened the sandwich and there were 3 broken chips of bacon, not black peppered caramelized bacon, more like bacon bits bacon, on this sandwich. I opened it because I didn't see any bacon. The three bacon pieces together was not equivalent to a strip of bacon. Definitely not extra bacon. I asked the same manners-challenged female associate what extra bacon meant. She said regular bacon is four pieces extra bacon is eight. I said this sandwich doesn't even have one. That's when she explained it wasn't strips of bacon but actually pieces of bacon. I have 3 pieces of bacon, maybe a whole half a strip. I haven't even gotten to black pepper and caramelized. I asked for my money back after the rude thing opened the sandwich with the same gloved hands she was playing with her hair, closed the sandwich and handed it back to me. I said why would you put your hands all over the food and then give it back. She stated because it isn't a gourmet restaurant. TO BE CLEAR IT IS NOT. She refused to refund my payment and stated she isn't a manager. I asked her to contact her manager she said she couldn't. I asked for her manager's information again she refused. So, no donuts, no chicken on the chicken sandwich, no black pepper bacon, no extra anything, no manager, no manners, no refund. I called the police to the location and made a report because they refused my refund. She said both her registers were broken. Don't go to Dunkin when the Customer Service phone line is down, you will be on your own trying to navigate a maze of sloppy customer service on a bed of nothing else. read more

I get frustrated when they burn my bagel. Ok first time it's ok cause probably an accident. Second time ok, I forgot to tell them to toast it light. Went here this AM to grab my normal order I always place my orders on the app so they're ready when I arrive. When I pulled up my order hadn't even been made yet even though I placed it roughly 5 mins before I arrived, and they made a mistake, no biggie so I returned and explained to the lady she forgot some items on my order she abruptly walks away and checks the screen when I had my receipt in my hand once she sees she made a mistake she doesn't even apologize or anything she just makes the items she forgot no very friendly customer service read more

Dunkin' Donuts has nice coffees but the person who made mine carelessly did it. My drink had way too much milk and I could barely taste my coffee. The donuts were delicious. They were quick with my order. I just didn't like the taste of my drink read more
