Never noticed this location before - maybe it's new? Then again, I don't usually come this far down on Greenbelt Road. They're located in Cipriano Square Shopping Center right across from NASA. Today I placed an order through the mobile app for my free coffee (yes, free)!! There's a current promotion for DD Perks members running through end of January, Monday - Friday, one free medium hot coffee per week so why not? I ordered one of the new blends - the explorer batch (medium roast with dark berry notes)...this was my second time trying it and I liked it. I recommend it by the way! My 3 star rating is based on the length of time I waited in the drive-thru! After placing my order I arrived at DD and joined the line. I didn't notice that many cars ahead of me, but yet I waited over 10 minutes before I got to the window to grab my order. By the time I tasted my coffee it wasn't as hot as I would have liked because it was probably just sitting there. Next time, I'll just forgo the drive-thru and go inside myself!

Rode pass this location many times but never stopped. Once inside, it was nicely decorated with holiday cheer!! I love that they had a lot of staff working diligently to get the line outside down. I ordered two of my usual(1 for me & my mom), the maple sugar bacon croissant sandwich, a large/small decaf coffee and hash browns. I couldn't wait to take a bite. My anticipation lead me to THE MOST tasteless sandwich. I always get this from another Dunkin so I know what it should taste like. This sandwich is $5 by itself and I expected more. The bacon wasn't chewy & caramelized nor was it peppered. Hash browns weren't crunchy at all. Only thing that taste good was the coffee. It was a nice clean store but I won't be returning for food.

    The employee who assaulted me

BEWARE. I was assaulted by an angry male employee! I was followed OUTSIDE of the store by the staff member with the gray/denim jeans. A large cup of iced coffee was forcefully thrown against my chest because I knocked over a beverage (that didn't even splash on him.) The other staff member on duty alongside that clown played his dutiful role as a foul mouthed hype man, perpetuating the belligerence. They continued to tear up the store and throw cups around which lead to additional customers walking around in a hazardous store with spilled beverages everywhere. The sad thing is the customer who was before me in line was treated HORRIBLY as well and he was as a foreigner who could barely communicate. I saw three little old ladies enter the store on my way out and my heart goes out to them. I truly hope the elders weren't encountered with the same ignorance that I suffered from those fools!

I would give them 0 star....it is 8:05 on a Sunday February 19 and they clearly say they close at 9pm. I just walked thru the drive thru and asked "y'all don't close at 9pm?" After I saw a family walk out...I was told the lobby closes at 8 and the drive thru at 9 so I say "we'll what doughnuts do you all have" this little girl tells me "we don't have any doughnuts"man why do you all even hire ppl who represent you all that way?

The people who work here seem pretty nice, and the coffee is generally good, but as someone who loves chocolate frosted donuts, I hate opening a bag to discover nothing but melted chocolate all in the bag.I'm not sure if their mix is too watery or if they aren't giving the donuts enough time to dry, but this messiness happens almost every time I go. On some occasions ordering a Boston crepe means the chocolate will be melts and the middle will also be undercooked. Please work on this!

I got this delicious raspberry sweet tea at the Dunkin @ 8727 Greenbelt rd where the old k-mart was. I love this stuff. Best around.

The service at this Dunkin' is 5 star. I am new to Dunkin'. I had questions. They took time to answer all my questions. Their sweet tea is now my favorite and at only $.99 for any size and flavor, I'll be there several times a week. I guess the menu and donuts area the same as all other Dunkin donuts so the service is what makes this spot so good to me.

I ordered a latte and some beignets for the road with white chocolate sauce, and OMG - so so yummy! I loved my little piece of NOLA in MD. & my next time in the area, I will for sure be returning. This location is super fitting too, with a lot of customers coming with their laptop or workbooks to not only eat and be served, but to use the space for their own personal development.

This review is about service and class and who I will and will not trust to prepare what I consume…read more I ordered a Velvet ice with oat milk. The woman taking my order added "no whip" because she assumed I didn't want dairy at all. When I asked for the whip they, with a nasty attitude, told me I had to pay extra. That didn't make sense to me considering the photo shows whip cream included. They started having a conversation in the back about me for making this simple request pointing out what their menu shows. I then pulled up the menu, waited in line again, and I showed them the menu and the mobile app which both show whip included and which you actually have to deselect it and neither has an additional fee. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so." For the record, the tip I left was more than the 70 cents so that obviously did not land well. Throughout this dumbfounding experience, I was standing there, my voice calm, not raised, in a store full of my customers (after I patiently waited in line a second time) at 10 months pregnant. We all have bad days, but on so many levels, this cannot be acceptable at any point. To insult someone to try to win a "debate" over a non-issue in an industry where some of us remember "the customer is always right," is despicable at best. I hope someone finds a training opportunity in this, but I will not return to ever find out.

AunTea Boba's drinks are so good for not having to drive to either college park, dc, or Annapolis for a boba drink. I recommend the Mango Marble with Star Jelly if you are craving something sweet. From the inside, a cashier flagged me down, so I know where to order. I chose tiramisu. I wanted to try something different since they had the usuals, that I have had before. It took some time, to get it. Being it was my first time, I had no idea where to pick up my drink. The cashiers both evaporated into thin air. Then I saw the woman who came after me, got her drink after me. I was like, order for Shelly? The employee with the tarantula eyelashes ( she had no name tag) Just pointed to the drink that had been sitting. No one ever called out my name or number. Yet these employees want a tip each time you pay? The drink wasn't in a marked Aunt TeaBoba. It was in a plain plastic cup. No decorations or anything. The drink itself was awful. Didn't even taste like tiramisu. Completely watered down & looked nothing like the poster. Highly doubtful that I'll return. Bad service and product.

We stopped by the cafe for a couple of beers before heading back to our part of MD. I think we originally wanted to have a meal there, but the patio was full so we went to another location for lunch. I thought New Deal Cafe had a decent variety of draft beers. Ok, so the selection included three IPAs and one lager. However, IPAs are my beer go-to so it worked for me. The service at the bar was great. Our bartender, Renee, was quite hilarious. I got the sense that this is local "where everybody knows you name" because the customers seemed super social with each other. Looking forward to our next New Deal Cafe visit.
