I love this boba tea. It is really sweet, but when I'm in the mood for a sweet boba tea this is the place to go. I love the pandan flavor that is my favorite. It is a perfect balance of creamy and sweet. Definitely will recommend this spot if you are in the mood for a sweeter bubble tea.

We were in the area visiting family and wanted some Boba drinks and decided to check out AunTea Boba. I have been to a lot of Boba shops but this is the first time I have been to a Boba shop that was inside a BBQ take out restaurant. I got the Black Mix Milk Tea, Taro Smoothie, and Oreo Smoothie (all with Honey Boba). The smoothies were for my girls (7 & 9) and they enjoyed their drinks. My Black Milk tea was good. The honey boba was good but the tea flavor was a little weak and it was really sweet. The young lady behind the counter was very nice. Overall I felt that it was just ok.

I really like this joint. I ordered the Halo Halo and I really enjoyed it, I was really surprise to find the flavors so well balanced. However, I was not a fan of the red beans in this drink, I love them in the sesame balls or tiyaki but I wasn't a fan of them in this drink. Would definitely try again w/o them My mom had the Pandan one it was so nice, wonder if like some sort of Oreo slush with Pandan would like be a thing to try out, idk just a thought. The popcorn chicken was very good!!! My sis loved it heck I was eating it too cuz it was so addictive. Now, I don't know if the Ube cake is sold by aunteboba or supreme bbq but like Tres Leches was my fav, no more. It's this Ube cake I don't even know how to explain how good that cake was!!! Obsess & definitely need to know if they will sell me a whole Ube Cake! Either way you get the best of both worlds in this location! I wanna try other items next time I'm in the area.

Decided to stop by since it's fairly close to me (15 mins). It was pretty good, just too sweet for me. Which is saying a lot since I love sweets. When I got home I cut it with lots of ice and a little water. I'm sure I'll be back to try them out again.

The staff here are very nice. It was my first time here and the place was clean and they had lots of comfy seating here. I ordered there Thai tea boba drink and it was really good. It does come with brown sugar in it which makes it taste very sweet. It was about $7. You can ask to have the drinks without sugar. This boba tea is definitely good though. They made it pretty quickly. Would come back.

Yummmm! I love that their is a Boba place not too far from me. Most are in Montgomery County or Virginia so this was a treat to stumble upon. Auntea Boba is the BOMB! Did not disappoint. I ordered the Taro Tea Boba it was just sweet enough with just the right amount of Boba. Boba was well flavored subtly sweet so it was perfect. Also may I mention they have a BBQ attached and it smelled heavenly, they had lots of meat options and sides. I will definitely return I want to try to TigerMilk and the Tiramisu Boba... yummm!

The quality has really gone downhill since when they first opened. The drinks are watered down and not as sweet even when I ask for 100% sugar. The drinks just come in a plastic cup without the auntea boba label now. The boba consistency is not the same and you don't get a lot of boba in the cup.

PG County this is where we can get some boba tea which is nice. I ate here and got some drinks, the fries are good they taste like normal carry-out fries, the macaroni is buttery and tasty. The jerk chicken was good and the smoked wings were okay. The boba texture is chewy and they are sweet and yummy. This was my first time with milk tea and i'll be back for sure. Staff was super nice and efficient. Food was hot and fresh.

I got the Strawberry Matcha Tea and it was so delicious! I highly recommend. Make sure to adjust the sweetness level if you don't like it too sweet. This is my new favorite bubble tea spot!

The boba here is so great. It is pretty milky and a bit sweeter than other places. The service is nice. No complaints!

Decent Thai tea and coconut milk tea. The place is really odd, inside of a bbq carry-out. But I enjoyed my purchases.

Pretty cafe over in College Park. Get their Hong Kong Style hot milk tea with no toppings and…read moreyou'll get your drink in this niiiice glass bottle to-go! Pretty good drink, not too sweet. Smooth. Cozy vibes here perfect for an easy morning coffee/tea or study sesh. Plenty of parking in the back. Honestly will go back just for these glass containers. Recommended!

Ive had more than my share of milk teas here in the US, overseas in the land of boba, Taiwan, and…read morein HK and this place sadly fell short of what it could be. First, their location is very inconvenient unless you are on foot, which may be great for U of MD students, but if you are in a car, its a disaster when it comes to parking. This business even has a sign saying ask about a parking pass and they are not responsible if your car is towed. This alone makes this place already super unattractive. I fought my instincts and gave this place a try, but honestly, felt like I wasted $12. They have a digital kiosk where you can order your drinks and I chose a HK style milk tea (hot) with less sugar and also a jasmine milk tea with boba. The ordering for the jasmine tea was weird because it has an option to choose $1 extra for boba but if you scroll a little further down, you can get boba, no extra charge. I thought that was a bit sneaky, which I didn't appreciate. I waited about 15 min and then my order was ready. The HK style milk tea was supposed to be in a glass container but I only saw the sign after I ordered that they didnt have glass containers. That really sucked. The other issue is that when my HK style milk tea (hot) was ready, it was barely warm, which also was disappointing as it was a bit cool outside and I wanted something hot to warm me up. The HK milk tea also wasn't that great either, nothing special. I've had HK milk teas for about $2 elsewhere and they were great, but this was overpriced and lukewarm. I wont be ordering this again. The other drink seemed OK as I ordered it for someone else. I also thought this place was kind of dirty and could have been more clean. Not sure why the windows looked so dirty. I found the place kind of gross and it just didnt feel as clean as I like businesses to be. Overall, a pretty underwhelming experience. You get one chance to make a good impression especially when there are so many boba options available. I definitely wont be coming back here again.

Also, highly recommended and super tasty are the chicken with basil and ginger on rice, ground pork on rice and hard boiled egg, and the tomato shrimp on rice. I would give it a 4 just because it's local business and it's Taiwanese (satisfy my cravings for…read morehome food) but tbh it's a 3.5 probably, not the best of food and taste but it's decent. I had sooo many meals from here since I went to UMD. When I crave for rice dish or a cozy beef noodles soup, I always go to this spot. Honestly, it's not up to par as to Taiwanese restaurants in Rockville, but it's also not mediocre and it's quite good value for the price. One thing I have to give it a solid 4/4.5 is the popcorn chickens and fried snacks, it's huge in portion and taste very close to actual Taiwan flavor. It always comes out piping hot and juicy. Very satisfying. On the other hand the drinks are meh, I'd rather walk a little further for other brand's boba milk teas. It's more of a food cafe than for drinks. I would recommend for students and staffs at UMD, but I won't go there if I have to purposely drive to this place. I believe there's better somewhere else but it's very convenient and solid lunch for UMD. (UMD don't really have too much Taiwanese food options, this is about it)
