Great customer service. I love that you can swing through the drive thru. They move fast so they aren't causing you to wait long. The coffee is tasty and the vibe has been on point each of the occasions I've stopped past. I have even paid it forward and paid for the cars in line behind me. Stopped here on the way to the dog park. Doing construction on the back right near the drive thru window. Little chaotic getting to the drive thru window cuz of the metal plates in the road. Friendly staff and ordered quick once the window was answered. Got a hot caramel macciato and a strawberry sprinkle, my favorite! The weekend crew at the Dunkin' in La Plata, MD is truly disappointing. For the second weekend in a row, I ordered hot coffee and received it cold. The young employees need to take their job more seriously, or management should consider bringing in the weekday crew on weekends. Seems the donuts ha e gotten extremely small in the last year or so, and they don't taste fresh...that was my wife and I thoughts...the kids still said they were good...I prefer Donut Conection or Krispy Kreme...they taste alot fresher. read more

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. Whenever I order a bacon topped avocado toast they just give me a regular one. I wouldn't complain if the price was the same but the bacon one is more money, so why am I never getting what I paid for? There's been many times where they won't give me half of my order. This is usually my go to Dunkins after my sons karate but today they failed me! I will admit they are great at following my cream and sugar request but today they scarred me for life! My small coffee was getting me through my dragging morning of a late night and early morning start sipping along just great and then I reach the bottom of my cup to be greeted with a mouth full of coffee grinds that made me gag and scared me half to death while driving as to what in H E double hockey sticks just entered my mouth. Complete trash. No greetings no manners and rude. The place was not even busy and two members working have no courtesy. just now at 9:50 am on Friday the 25th of august there was one car in drive through and one customer inside. Not only did we wait until we both had to ask if our order online was ready but then they didn't even say hello. Just what's the number. I gave them the name since I didn't have the email or text confirmation. I went back to find it. Then she just hands it to me with nothing as it's all melted ice. I asked can I get more ice, she rolled her eyes at me so I just left. Shame our society excepts this type of attitude for employees and serving people. What a joke this area has become !!! read more

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I made an online order and went to the drive-through to pick it up. And they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a croissant sandwich, they gave me a bagel sandwich. I took the order back to the restaurant and the employee told me that I grabbed the wrong bag. I grabbed the wrong bag that she handed me out the drive-through window! Unbelievable. But, what I have come to expect from La Plata.... No common sense and no customer service. I come to this Dunkin' Donuts often in the morning cause it's on my way to work, and it's very quick. There's almost always no line, and I'm in and out within a few minutes. But for something so simple, there's enough cons to lower my rating for this location to just 2 stars. First, I got a breakfast sandwich from here once and there was a black hair in it. I know accidents happen, but it's just gross!!! Second, I still get Iced coffee from here all the time, but for some reason they don't stir the sugar in ! Every single time my first gulp is a gulp of sugar grains... gross. And the straw is not strong enough to stir the entire coffee because of the ice. I'll still come here because I love their iced coffee, but usually I'll just go to chick fil a unless I'm low on time. read more

if I could give this dunkin donut a 0 star, I would. This is the second time I ordered and picked up at the drive through. the donuts that i picked were not included in the dozen donut. my little one was so excited on our way home only to get home and see that the donuts were totally wrong. we never eat chocolate, 7 of the dozen donuts were verities of chocolate donuts including filling donut and in addition, the donuts were so cold and hard. I felt like crying with my child. I was so frustrated. I called the establishment back to let them know that they gave me the wrong dozen donut, and the person that spoke to me didn't show any sign of empathy. Went to the drive thru, please raise the menu up because it is way too low to the ground for passengers and some drivers to see. I couldn't see any of the food choices at the bottom from the passenger seat...I would have gone inside if I knew I wouldn't be able to see what was available. I come to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every single day. The iced coffee is NEVER made the same! It is either too sweet, not sweet enough, does not have enough ice, or does not contain the turbo shot that I clearly paid for. I have ordered the breakfast tortilla with egg and cheese and it ALWAYS tastes like chemicals. Today against my better judgment I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Literally there was a smear of cream cheese on my bagel! Upon further inspection, I found a long piece of plastic in the cream cheese on my bagel.
