    Salmon Cheesesteak
    Erika J.

I went here cuz I heard they had good salmon steak and cheese. Order 2 for me and my husband, I ordered no onion on mine. And I ordered chicken wings and french fries for my kids with no sauce. When I got home, I realized that they had put onion on my sub and not just a little bit but huge cuts of onion. I also realized they didn't give me the macaroni and cheese that I ordered but instead me sweet potatoes. My kids wings were completely naked. I assumed that they were going to be fried wings w/breading , but they looked so bland. My kids wouldn't eat it. Which could be my fault for not asking. The steak and cheese was decent but for $25 I don't think I will buy it again.

The chicken & yams were good! The mac & cheese was soupy which was a disappointment. Also ordered collard greens which the few few bites were good. After eating and reaching the bottom the greens were like a spinach consistency. Weird .

I ordered the Big Mama's Chicken Basket. I ordered the yams instead of french fries. The chicken was so good, I devoured them once I got home. I should've ordered another side of yams. The food was delicious. This was my first visit, and I will be back.

Oh I really didn't want to give this place a bad review but this was the last straw. The fish was salty, the Arnold Palmer drink was diabetical. To make matters worse, my son went there for greens and it had a sour smell and looked gritty. I guess it was not enough that there was hair in my green beans. I'm sorry, the third time was it for me. Wear hairnets and use gloves when placing food!

While scrolling door dash I saw "The Melt Down" by Dennys. The menu only listed Melts. So I ordered a 3 melts. 1 for myself and 2 kids meal melts. My boys shared one and my daughter had her own. The melts are a nice size! Very filling and also tasty! They came hot and juicy! I highly recommend the Feeling Groovy Melt, so tasty! We had enough to save some for a snack the next day. Popped them in the oven and they were still on point! Great service, fast delivery on door dash's part. The you to the Denny for ensuring our order was correct! This location is always on point. While waiting for my order, I noticed the staff (who seemed pretty young, not saying that negatively, just observationally) loudly talking about not getting tips. Loud enough for the whole place to hear. That was my first sign that the atmosphere might be off. When my order was ready, they didn't call out the item or confirm anything, they just said my name, tossed the tied-up bag on the counter, and walked away. I watched them call other orders properly with names and items, so the contrast stood out. Regardless of how good food may be, customer experience matters. I didn't ask for a manager because I've worked in management before, and I know staff behavior often reflects internal leadership and environment. Still, it's something worth noting: even for quick-service or takeout spots, courtesy and professionalism go a long way. This interaction felt dismissive and honestly off-putting. I'm not writing this to be harsh, just to be honest. This is why I prefer to tip in casHopefully it's something the team can improve on, because small interactions shape the whole experience.

When I got an estimate and description of the cake it all sounded great. I was told there would be "monsters" on the cake and they would be edible, some trees and what not. The cake was $88.00. When I got there, the cake looked nothing like I was picturing from the conversation and it was very underwhelming, it had the logo on top, and ONE monster on the side and trees and greenery. The trees and greenery was fine but literally ONE monster on the side. I just did not expect to pay $88 for one monster. I am not one to discredit anyone's art but this was really ridiculous. . I addressed the girl at the front and she told me that they could add some sprinkles, a couple of monsters and that I would need to be charged 23 dollars AND I would have to come by several hours later to get the cake, I declined because it was the day of my sons party and his party was in just a couple of hours. This was a very sad experience and probably would not purchase a cake here again. Attached is the cake. Once I got home I added sprinkles of my own and a couple of picks to living it up. Giving 1 star because over all the cakes taste was good, but decorations and communication really lacked.

I know enough Spanish to speak to a 4 year old, so I was way out of my league! I noticed upon arrival that they have some baked good, grocery goods, and apparently hot dishes given there were a few tables where people were actively eating. I just kind of strolled around for a minute looking lost. There is no one readily available to help people like me with the deer-in-headlights look. I had hoped to try an empanadas but it seemed intimidating so I strolled over to the shelves where there were various breads, pastries and cookies. I was still a bit lost because I first saw people with trays and grabbing breads but I thought they might be employees. But after wandering in another circle I noticed a lady grabbing a tray and tongs. I then saw the little sign that said to use the trays and tongs for the baked goods. I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store. But all things considered, the baked goods were good enough that I may very well be back to sample other items.
