When I called the Prince Frederick location to make them aware of the error. I spoke with the manager on duty, who stated he would not be able to provide me with a refund. When I asked for name of owner, manager would not provide me any information only stated an email would be sent to request refund. I didn't have confidence of my refund being processed. It was good, but I wish I had known it came with an egg on top because I would have ordered over hard instead of the over easy that it came with.
