The cashiers were fine but the cooks took forever to make a simple sausage egg and cheese croissant made me late for work.

This location leaves much to be desired. I have now given the drive-thru three tries, and will be avoiding this location from now on. The first visit, they assumed my order was an iced version I had ordered without double checking if I wanted my order hot or iced. Since it had been the first time, it wasn't a big deal. Trip two and three through their drive-thru have cemented the decision to not visit this location again. Trip two resulted in a 5-min wait at the speaker where you wait, and then proceeding to wait an addition nearly 15-min before the line moved at all after that. After trip number three today, honestly not sure how they're still open. Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of this location. read more

They gave me stale donuts at 1 pm in the afternoon. I was just reminded that this is not the 1st time this has happened. A year ago I stopped here around 9 am and the donuts were stale then as well. You can get a hot cup of coffee a possibly warm breakfast sandwich and stale freaking donuts. read more

I was a long time customer of this establishment however, after my Sunday morning visit, I'm done. I will only be going to the business for GAS ONLY. I ordered a pack of their peppered bacon and it was cold. I would have gone back in to alert the staff however, I would have been late for church. Lastly, my husband and I use to enjoy the ice cream, until again, after getting back on the road, the jamoca almond fudge ice cream was hard as a rock and the fudge was even harder. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with no egg and a caramel frozen coffee. After I ordered, the lady at the register did not tap the screen to prompt for payment. Instead, she left and made the order, then after 15 minutes of multiple employees walking right by is and not asking if we need help, the lady on the next register, who had also been standing there and looking at us, asked if we needed help. I am very unsatisfied with the service at this location, and will not be returning. Updated: today I went to Dunkin and asked for 2 scoops of rainbow sherbet. We get to the window and the lady walks up with ice cream and says "cherry jubilee" and we said we asked for rainbow sherbet. She proceeds to argue with us about what we asked for even after being told what was on the receipt. We finally receive the ice cream and she has an attitude and as we ask her something, she closes the window. read more

Apparently stores hours mean nothing anymore post Covid. I arrived at this location at 7:33pm and the door was locked despite the hours posted online and on the door indicating they closed at 8pm. It was obvious they started cleaning long before7:30, as the lights were out in all the cases and there was nothing on the shelves. The two workers inside didn't even attempt to acknowledge my presence. If you all don't want to stay open until 8pm, officially change your hours! Making prospective customers waste their time and gas is bad for business. I will certainly take my business elsewhere the next time I want ice cream or donuts. read more

In MD for couple months to help my brother setting up his new location. And whenever I am at a new place, I hope it is a place that has Dunkins donuts. And at Waldorf I did find this location, happy it is here, wish they could be little more professionals with their services. As someone who drink their ice cofee once a day (And even more if it is a hot day), what I got here is not even close to what I am used to from Dunkins. This dunkin sucks. I've tried giving them a chance more than once but they always manage to get my coffee to be disgusting. I normally don't go to this location but this morning, it was the closest one to me. I went through the drive through and had a mobile order. I always get cream and sugar with my iced coffee. When they hand me my coffee, it was black...nothing was added to it. I had to then go inside and ask it to be remade and the lady said "sorry ma'am, we didn't look at the ticket." How did you not look at the ticket if it was placed onto my cup? Also, even after they "fixed" my drink, it was still disgusting. read more

I have a good experience here most of the time. Lately in the past year or so there customer service has been less then what I was accustomed to in the past. I have to repeat my order multiple times and the checkout persons have little to no personality. The one big issue I have, and this may be due to management decree, is the weighing of my ice cream! I used to order quarts of fresh pack, rum raisin and butter pecan and the container was completely filled. Now the container is lightly packed with lots of air space!!! I brought this to the attention of the manager. I even had cell phone pictures for his review. When I order ice cream now I to go inside and request they pack it tight. The guy does a good job and some of the ladies. But if I use the drive thru it will be lightly pack and disappointing. I make most of my ice cream purchases at BRUSTERS now. I am sure they lost more then a few customers due to their light packing policy. Maybe management is listening. read more

This one sucks! Went there this morning I didn't eat but my kids and husband had a sandwich that looked dry. Well my husband spit his back in the bag it was so horrible. Not to mention they left off something off my order but I was going to let it go until I took those dry sandwiches out the bag. And that's IF they speak English and get your order correct--no guarantees on that, best to plan for them to mess it up. Never make the same coffee twice. One day it will be all cream. Next day a cup of straight sugar. In my picture above was a dark roast that was completely white and when I complained they gave me another one the same color and told me "I should ask for less cream". I asked for normal cream and sugar. Which was explained to me as "3 table spoons" each. The drink was straight water and cream with little coffee flavor. read more

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!!! So! I stop here for Coffee usually every day, I get the same coffee every time. The two people I normally encounter are the worst. Their attitudes are terrible. I go between 4:45am-5am weekdays. The girl is very mono toned and rushy, sometimes I feel like getting a bagel and I can't because she has already said okay drive around. The guy DOES NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS, he kind of just grunts and looks at you like you're crazy. This morning I go and there are different people, okay cool. Speaker guy completely gets my order wrong, I had to repeat my self. I get around to the window and this little woman takes my card swipes it like 5 times says it doesn't work (not declined) so I was like okay so I give them a DIFFERENT card to try, she looks at me a swipes it 5 times and gets an attitude saying that it doesn't work. Thankfully this other girls came over to try at a different terminal, only to be told she "thinks the credit card machines are down" just frickin' great. This place needs some new, nicer, smarter employees. I don't know how people get through life. read more

i go here at least once a week because its the closest obe to my job. A few things i'd suggest is the way they make their iced coffees. It is not mixed all the way and all the sugar goes to the bottom. They should have a training on how to make better iced coffees. Also, sometimes their staff are unattentive to the costumers. One time I went, they were full staff and not busy at all but I still waited 10 minutes before someone took my order. Even if the cashier isn't your station, at least have the decency to try and look for the person who is in charge of the cashier! All of them were just talking and goofing around. Went through the drive-thru around 8:25, I rushed there because Yelp says they close at 9.. a lady spoke and asked me if I wanted to try something, I said no and proceeded to place my order.... I got no response at all. So after a minute or so of saying "hello" and waiting for someone to respond I pull up to the window. No one is there and this light by the window is off. I can see a young lady with a bun standing at another counter watching me looked confused.. I then noticed the hand written sign stating hour change. Why begin to take my order just to completely ignore me? Why couldn't the young lady come to window and apologize and let me know that they were closed, she started taking my order so that's the least she could've done, but to ignore me was completely rude. read more

I don't get to go to dd often but when I do I come to this one because it's the closest to me but after this morning I'm done. I usually get an iced caramel latte light ice extra caramel and the last 2 times they've messed it up. They charge a little extra for extra caramel but I don't mind. But my question is why charge extra if your not gonna do it? My drink couldn't possibly have anything extra in it. It looks like a watered down version of what I'm suppose to get. Whoever's making the drinks needs to be retrained but I refuse to spend any more money here if I can't get what I want read more

I come here for ice cream. I love chocolate cookie dough ice cream as so does a whole lot of other people. 90% of the time they don't have it. I have never been able to get a prepackaged quart. It is so bad that if I really want cookie dough ice cream, I call ahead to see if they have it before I make the trip. The apple spice doughnut is good. read more

This dunkin donuts is horrible the employees make the drinks how they feel like and not how its supposed to be made and then have an attitude if you ask them to remake it. I ordered an ice coffee and received tea with milk, on another trip i received water down coffee with only caramel flavor, half of the time I order a mocha coffee coolatta they don't put any coffee base in it. Another time i guess they didn't finish cleaning the collation machine and received a soapy tasting coolatta. I usually just ask them to fix it or remake and most of time it is not a problem once they remake it or add what was missing but a few days ago I was told it would be 1.00 to fix my drink.... so after that I've just been going to another location. Today I was in the area and ordered a few drinks as usual because I buy coffee food idea tea for other people in my family... but today this short chubby guy claiming to be the manager had a real stank attitude and had the audacity to call me a bitch and that I was holding up the drive thru line, he also continued after I said I'd be filing a complaint that its just gonna come back to him and he doesn't care about my complaint. Mind you I ordered 4 brinks but only received 3 & the iced coffee i order was missing the coffee.... this dunkin is horrible ... you have a problem with giving me my full order and fixing the drink ... you must be crazy!!!! read more

Absolutely in love with the service my friend and I received today. Mike made our milkshakes and he was fun, upbeat, friendly, and FUNNY! He definitely made my milkshake with love.
