So good! Love the service :) and the lines not bad!!!! Love the cruller and love the study area

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' that I have ever experienced. It's a shame because it's the closest to where we live. We have been ordering here for about 2 years - mostly delivery. More than 50% of the time the order needs to be corrected or something in the order needs to be included that's not. We expect something to be wrong at this point. After a few months break from this location, my boyfriend and I said we would try and order something today and see if the quality was any better. Unfortunately, it was not. It was the worse. They forgot my drink and my boyfriend's sandwich did not include the egg. In previous experiences we have not had espresso added to drinks, cheese not added, almond milk switched with regular, or cappuccinos were not foamed - literally, everything you could do wrong with an order has occurred with this location and our orders. It really is a shame because we absolutely love Dunkin'. The one a few miles down the road is amazing. When we go on road trips we ALWAYS go to Dunkin' because it feels like home. Unfortunately, this is for sure the last time we will order from this location. If you choose to order from here, you most likely have to go in and check your order before you walk out. Also, try the drink to make sure everything you asked for is in it before leaving. Never again. read more

I ordered half a dozen of donuts which is $8. Then I saw my statement today that they charged me for $20. Before I paid, I checked how much I owe. It was less than $8 but I dont know how they were able to charged me $20. I could be their honest mistake, but it still not acceptable. They didn't ask if I wanted my receipt either read more

This particular employee, Robert, was very inconsiderate. He was slamming things onto the machine and rather than using an ice scooper to scoop ice into my cup, he used the cup to directly scoop the ice out of the machine. He looks like he doesn't want to work and his work ethic is poor. He also didn't fill our drinks entirely. Overall, bad customer service from him. read more

Rude when I asked about adding sugar to my coffee. Instead pointed me to the packs of sugar with an attitude. Ladies were talking to what it seemed to be another coworker who was off the clock instead of helping costumers out. read more

First time at this location and I was very disappointed. I came in at 8:45 in the morning and they were already sold out of most of the munchkins and half the case of regular donuts was empty. I understand that they sell quick but why weren't more being made? They didn't give me the option to wait for the next batch so they were done for the day? This location closes at 10:00 pm so I find that hard to believe. On a more positive note, the guy who helped me was friendly and apologized for their lack of selection. We just walked out of Store with the most disgusting experience visiting a new place which suppose to provide a delightful experience! We received a coupon page in mail which indicates getting coffee and Donuts at a promotional rate. They not only didn't honor the coupon but also wanted us to pay full price for coffee to get an old/dated donuts baked @ 5:00am since they had ran out of the selection we wanted. Then it came a surprise that won't have cream, milk and other condiments out to help yourself but instead they control it behind the counter!!! Lastly they were clueless on how much the refill costs and it was all and all the lousy experience. We ripped up the coupon and walked out the door. Initially had an error with my order, but one of the managers (Rob) was very accommodating and friendly! I spoke with him on the phone and he was very understanding about the situation. Once I went back, he redid my order and even gave me a donut. Rob was very professional and friendly about the whole situation. He took the time to explain the error and we talked for a couple of minutes. If you have any issues, I would recommend calling & talking about the situation as I did. :) read more

Unfortunately, the store manager or owner has yet to hire more assistants. They are woefully understaffed for the morning and lunch crowd. I have seen many people just give up and walk out as the looming line and wait for food is intense. The workers are great! There are simply not enough of them. read more

Every time I come here there is always a machine down or not working or even in cleaning mode. Came in this morning and one of the employees in a blue shirt a girl said oh sorry we're out of milk for a few hours. Like really ??? How are you a doughnut and coffee place but have no milk for your customers. Someone should have gone to the store the moment they found out to accommodate their guest's. This is very bad guys, j manage a restaurant nearby and what I have found out that we are out of items that are used we make emergency decisions and go to the store and buy it to have it in stock. This is the reason why I haven't been coming here for about a month and I decided to give it a second try and this is what happens. read more

I just ordered an ice caramel macchiato with 2 egg and cheese wraps. OMG these are perfect. Macchiato has a strong coffee taste which I preferred over Starbucks any day. And the wrap were really tasty and cheesy. read more

Store is pretty small but clean. It's honestly like any other Dunkin I've been to, but I would say this one is understaffed (at least when I went). There was only one employee there and she had to take the orders as well as prepare the orders, which obviously makes the wait time much longer. I felt bad for her, it seemed really stressful but she still maintained a friendly attitude. I'd come back here! Super convenient from school. :) read more

Walked in on Sunday morning at 9:10. There was ONLY 1 person behind the counter and 4 people waiting. Are you kidding me? Sunday morning and only one person tending customers in a donut shop. I waited almost 10 minutes before he finished with the drink order for the first person in line. I left, Otherwise I had to wait til lunch time to get my turn!! Last time going in there!! Terrible and rude service! Uninspired and slow service - ordered coffee, they made it completely wrong (asked for sugar and no sugar), then I made the effort to bring it back and they were rude that I was asking them to fix it. They tried to add sugar to my cup that I was already drinking from (unsanitary) and used a metal spoon that was common on the counter. They actually didn't add sugar even after all that and I threw it out. read more

one of the employees had long acrylic nails and her nail was literally submerged in my drink, she tried handing it to me with the foam from my drink still on her nail. if i hadn't seen it i would've drank it unknowingly which is so gross. like if you're going to work in food with long nails at least wear gloves, she then proceeded to remake my drink and spill it everywhere and had to make it a third time and had me waiting there for 10+ mins. read more

The worst donut shop i have ever been to! Our office was so looking forward to having a donut shop so close (we work at the university) - what a disappointment. Arrived this morning at 8:30 am - there were no glazed donuts in the case so we asked one of the staff if they were sold out - he said he would check the back. He came back and said he would pull a couple for us - we were happy thinking they were coming hot off the press. Got back to the office and I am sure they were at least a couple days old. The worst donut I ever had. My co-worker asked the girl behind the counter for a maple bar, " a what?" said the girl, "maple bar"(along with pointing to them in the case) - 4 times it took before the girl understood what she was asking for (nope, she has no accent, as American as they come, they both were!!!) Did these employees get any training?? So disappointing..............beyond words....................... read more

Service was the worst. Visited on 10/29 at 5:48 am to pick up an order placed through the app. Main Doors were closed, had to walk around through the back door and young lady told me they were closed and opened until 6, mind you their opening hours are 4:30 as stated on the Dunkin app, Yelp, and their doors!! I asked if I could get my order as it was on the pick up section. She replied with "I guess", horrible attitude and hostile environment. Was I supposed to surrender my meal? If the app allows me to order my meal, i should be able to pick it up and they should be open! Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my sandwich while receiving dirty looks. This review is for Katherine, the store manager, and the nice cashier who were working today. Dunkin corporate has terrible customer service and could honestly learn from the great service provided here. Dunkin has been doing free coffee Mondays and has not been giving me my rewards on my account, despite the numerous emails they send me to go redeem my "rewards". I talked to their customer service guy Eli who said for my troubles he would give me a free drink which he NEVER did, as I found out when I was late for school, which made me even more mad. Not only had I not gotten my free coffee Monday but I also was not given the free drink I was promised. Katherine kindly offered to fix this situation for me, and was very understanding, which makes me feel more confident I can trust this Dunkin to make things right. She quickly made me a delicious iced coffee, which I was pleasantly surprised by since I am pretty particular about my drinks. I didn't even have to wait that long and since I was already late, I appreciate a lot. Thank you Katherine and that super nice cashier girl working at this Dunkin location. You guys truly have wonderful customer service. I would give the company zero stars if I could but the employees deserve the five stars for their great and kind service :) Thanks guys! read more

Aweful DD. Third time here for an afternoon coffee break. Last time too. Always slow-poor customer attention and minimal choices of doughnuts to choose from. Sad when your cashier is nowhere to be found for any period of time. I get a small mom & pop doughnut shop trying to keep food waste to a minimum, but having only three or four choices is not what the DD experience has ever been about at 4pm in the afternoon, unless it's in LaGuardia airport and 100k traveler's grabed their coffee & doughnut on the way to their flight. read more

Worst service ever. I went into redeem my tmobile Tuesday. Tabitha who was working there at the time tells me I can not do lite ice on my item because it's a tmobile Tuesday item. I then asked her if that's her opinion or dunkin donuts policy and she said it's her opinion and would proceed not tell me her name and wasnt wearing a name tag... Very rude... Their iced coffees are pretty good. Nice outdoor seating, with a fireplace. The donut holes are really good!!

Wow! This place just opened up at University Town Center and I can already tell it's better than the one on Jeffrey. There is nice outdoor seating, a large selection of donuts, and a great setup. I got in at 9:50 just 10 minutes before closing time and the Boston creme donut and frozen caramel coffee drink were still both great. The Boston creme was a bit dry with the chocolate spread, but the filling inside was amazing. Sweet not too sweet but sweet enough. The frozen caramel coffee drink is perfectly made for any coffee lover. The perfect balance of sweet and an underlying bite of bitterness at the end. If you dont like the bitterness of coffee however I wouldn't recommend this drink. The drink is strong, with a bit of sweetness to compliment it. I would definitely give this place a second go and hope to try more drinks and donuts at this location. read more
