It's been over two years since I went to Dunkin Donuts, and this has to be one of the worst experience I had coming here. There used to be much seats here, but they took out most of them and replaced them with a kiosk. They also don't have the donut menu removed, which I don't know why considering that it's a donut shop, unless you go to a kiosk to check the prices. Also, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty much, it tasted like hot water. The only good here is the donuts and probably some items. I think the issue is that the prices increased while the food quality is low, which probably made other customers turn away to go to other localized donut shops. I guess that there's still a trend that most nationwide fast food places with that kind of issue.

Okay... so I usually get my iced lattes and other iced goodies here but as of lately this new Tropical Guava Lemonade is my new summer addiction! This is sooooo good and refreshing! Plus I had to purchase these super cute cups. I am a sucker for cute merchandise:) (See pics for reference).

My go-to airport ritual - a Dunkin' Strawberry dragonfruit with oat milk refresher and an avocado toast, the perfect travel pick-me-up. Always reliable, always just right!

We dropped by for some donuts. It was early afternoon and they didn't have a-lot of stuff. And the donuts tasted old. We should have never got a dozen. Service was slow, and we were the only ones in the store. The glazed donuts were so sweet, the other location in Milpitas is better. Cleanliness was just ok. Would not comeback. I usually like Dunkin' but not here. Private lot in front

1 star I had a terrible experience at Dunkin. First, they gave me the wrong drink. I specifically asked for decaf and they gave me something fully caffeinated. And it was someone else's drink! I didn't find out until I was feeling the effects at work, and voila the sticker was a different name. As someone who struggles with anxiety, this mistake has caused me a full-blown panic attack throughout the day. It's not just an inconvenience, it's a serious health issue. On top of that, the bagel was rubbery, the tiny potatoes tasted like chemicals, and overall nothing was worth what I paid for. I won't be coming back. Food quality was low, order accuracy was worse, and I'm now dealing with the consequences of their carelessness. Never again.

Very clean place. The pastries, the donuts and the sandwich were great. As compared to the Hayward location, a hundred times better. The employees seem to care about the restaurant. We loved it! We are going back there.

Great location, right off freeway and near great restaurants. Large area for seating. Staff are good about helping customers. I couldn't find the new drink at other locations and here they always are stocked. I like the app to order ahead or that the kiosk for ordering is by register. My only reduction of star is the fact donuts are limited on choices by mid day.

I used to frequent Dunkin' all the time on the East Coast, so was happy to find it in the East Bay finally. I'm not a huge coffee/donut person but I would say the prices and options here are a little more affordable and to my tastes than Starbucks. The breakfast wraps in particular are pretty tasty and I love that it's never crowded (hate waiting in long lines, especially in the morning). The staff here are really friendly and I feel strong nostalgia every time I walk in. I've ordered several of their lattes (with soy or oat milk) and they're a nice pick-me-up if you need a little boost of energy to get through the day. Their doughnut selection is also on point. If you want something sweet to drink/eat but don't want to pay Starbucks prices, come here!

I've had a pretty good experience at this Dunkin overall. I always order ahead though. But it seems every time I order for me and my partner (2+ of the chipotle loaded hashbrowns) it seems like there's no chipotle added. It's a literal drizzle. Over 1-2 of the hashbrowns. When I go myself I get enough to be able to mix them and taste it. I hope this isn't happening often bc it seems stupid to pay extra for not enough to even taste it.

It is the closest location. Great donut and great coffee. As a matter of fact, they have a promotion which I saw before I went in. Unlike the last time, I was able to log on to their wi-fi. It was quiet at the lunch hour. As I said before I will return when I am in the area.

It's not even warm. And sticky? Gross.

Usually don't write reviews. But I am very upset and disappointed at this location. My location is Hayward and the drinks there are always so good and spot on. But today they did not have butter pecan so I was like ok... im in fremont today so why not go here? I get a butter pecan ice coffee with an extra pump of it and blueberry shots. And I order the mini stuffed bagels. When I received my order I was already let down. First off the coffee was pale. Not a good thing. And the ice?????? The ice had already melted and there wasn't even any in it. The drink tasted awful with very watery hints of the pecan and the strong taste of blueberry... not good. And for the minis they were sticky and not even warm?????? Yeah no thanks. If anyone wants a good location go to Hayward or any other location that says "on tap" . Very disappointed.

    Bavarian creme and Jelly-filled

I'm usually not a fan of the corporate chain donut shops, since the donuts usually don't measure up to the local mom & pop shops. But Dunkin' has a huge fan following and is relatively new to the Bay Area, so we decided to give them a try. We ordered 10 donut holes (mix of glazed, chocolate, old fashioned), a Bavarian crème, and jelly filled. The donuts were decent, but not amazing. The biggest downside was they lacked the freshness of the local shops. I'm glad I tried Dunkin', I would eat it again if offered, but I wouldn't specifically seek them out.

I was watching a video on YouTube that had a very large Dunkin' Donut coffee drink and I was just enamored. I wanted one so badly. So the next day, we satisfied my craving. Was it worth the price I paid? No not really. It kind of satisfied my craving but it was definitely super sweet. The donut holes were less than amazing. I would rather go to a local donut shop to pick up my donuts or donut holes. The service was okay. They were quite overstaffed but they seemed to be having a good time. Since it's the only Dunkin' in our area, can't complain. But very unlikely for me to come back again unless I'm somehow craving some random drink.

Does this location offer free senior coffee to people 55 and older?

Does the box o joe come with cream and sugar?

Are the donuts made there, fresh every day, or are they brought in from another location?

    Yes

I don't see any bear claws. Do they have them here?

Unfortunately, Dunkin Donuts doesn’t carry bear claw donuts. This is an IRONY that a famous national donut brand doesn’t carry this one very simple donut type that most small privately owned donut shop carries.

What munchkin flavors does this location have? How often does it change? Thanks!

Hello! This location has glazed, jelly, powdered, chocolate and blueberry. Other flavors can be made by custom ordering with advanced notice. Thank you!

Do they have Boston Kreme in this location? Is it as good as it is in East Coast?

Yes, they do. However, I don't know if it is as good as it is in on East Coast as I haven't there in a very long time.

    There is no bavarian flavor?

You are referring to the donuts right? There is! It's Bavarian Cream. That one is my favorite.

Does anyone know if there is choco butternut flavor donut at this location?

I didn't see it. They have the French cruller, jelly, toasted coconut, Bavarian, Boston creme, vanilla and chocolate creme filled. The rest were their usual flavors.

The remodeled bank is really nice and there are fun areas on both stories to explore. The windows and old bank architecture are particularly nice and you get really nice lighting throughout the day. Will be back to try their pizza based on how good the breakfast was. Breakfast Burrito: Probably the best we've had in our area. This is our taste but we don't like them too big. Avocado, eggs, sausage, and potato wrapped in a thin tortilla. The salsa this came with was excellent. My wife and I actually split this and it was perfect portions for us. Coffee: Cappuccino and Halo Beriti Pour over. You can see their timers and equipment so you know you are in for a nice cup of coffee. The only ding here is I actually asked for a flat white and the person working that day said it was the same thing as a cappucino. The cappucino was so good I was fine but I do like more coffee taste than milk which is why I asked for a flat white. Pancakes: Very well made with apple and whip cream topping, the kids ate way more of this than we thought they would. Yogurt: With granola, blood oranges, and pomegranate. We finished the whole thing, it was a very interesting blend of toppings that paired well with the drizzled yogurt.

For starters this location is definitely a more pickup and go location. There is very limited seating and the space is also a lot smaller. But what they lack in space they make up in efficiency. I've never had an issue picking up anything here either through online orders or simply walking in to grab a cake. The staff are always on top of things. Now let's talk about the cakes. If you don't order ahead of time or reserve a cake in advance, then expect the consequences of not planning ahead. The cakes they have on display or the back may not taste the freshest. But in my particular case, I've been fortunate enough that every cake I bought from here was fresh and moist. The staff would even be kind enough to grab one from the back for me without even asking. I bring this up because for bakeries through put is very important on how fresh their products are and this location definitely goes through their inventory constantly. For mother's day they basically ran out of all their cakes so plan ahead for those big occasions. What I also appreciate is they are always able to do a special message for you free of cost, and I always end up tipping extra because you can rarely find this type of service at other cake shops. Because of their flexibility and availability, I will always recommend this location to family, friends and to you as well. Plan ahead and this place won't disappoint. I got the black sesame, churro, matcha hazelnut, chocolate hazelnut, melona and the blueberry cream filled. Let me tell you these donuts are perfect if you dont like anything too sweet. My mom who usually splits one donut over the span of 3-4 days to finish, ate her entire blueberry donut in one sitting without even sharing. They do recommend that you enjoy them asap or to place them in an airtight container so they don't dry out. I did not do so, so my donut dried out (eating a dry but delicious day old donut as i write this). All in all my experience was amazing and I will definitely be coming back to try that guava donut if its there!!! I also recommend checking out and exploring their website. They have a gallery of the donuts they've created and case studies of how they come up with their flavors!

I prefer the saigon coffee, but to me, it was pretty comparable to vietnamese coffee found at any pho restaurant. I had the jasmine longan fruit tea. The only shop that sells longan in a fruit tea that i know of. I would come back for this drink. The popcorn chicken was crisp and not soggy like other shop's. I would recommend this snack. But what i REALLY love from here? The macaroons. The flavors...excellent. The size...excellent...for its price. Each of the flavors i have chosen from here (thai tea, ube, pandan coconut, birthday cake, blueberry cheesecake, salted caramel, and passion fruit) were great. This would be the place to get these flavors in my opinion! The shop has nice seatings. If i was still in college or needed to work in a cafe, id choose to work here. The only con is exiting the parking lot. You cant turn left and if you can, you have to drive around to a light to turn left.

TLDR: good matcha and coffee, coffee definitely on the strong side; plenty of indoor seating, music…read morecan be a little loud; has wifi, restrooms, and small amt of parking 1. Atmosphere Very bright, warm, spacious interior that is well lit due to st-facing windows. Music is relatively loudly/lively. 2. Drinks / Food a. Banafe - 9/10 - banana cream very delicious and authentic! but I think the coffee was a little too strong for me b. Banacha - 10/10! - super well balanced, and again the banana tasted fresh / authentic (not artificial!) c. Saigon Coffee - 8/10, a bit watery and a little too bitter for me d. Ube Coffee - 9/10 - well balanced and delicious! 3. Amenities Plenty of seating, although mostly for smaller groups. Mixture of chairs and bench seating. Outlets along the perimeter.
