It's been over two years since I went to Dunkin Donuts, and this has to be one of the worst experience I had coming here. There used to be much seats here, but they took out most of them and replaced them with a kiosk. They also don't have the donut menu removed, which I don't know why considering that it's a donut shop, unless you go to a kiosk to check the prices. Also, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty much, it tasted like hot water. The only good here is the donuts and probably some items. I think the issue is that the prices increased while the food quality is low, which probably made other customers turn away to go to other localized donut shops. I guess that there's still a trend that most nationwide fast food places with that kind of issue.
Okay... so I usually get my iced lattes and other iced goodies here but as of lately this new Tropical Guava Lemonade is my new summer addiction! This is sooooo good and refreshing! Plus I had to purchase these super cute cups. I am a sucker for cute merchandise:) (See pics for reference).
My go-to airport ritual - a Dunkin' Strawberry dragonfruit with oat milk refresher and an avocado toast, the perfect travel pick-me-up. Always reliable, always just right!
We dropped by for some donuts. It was early afternoon and they didn't have a-lot of stuff. And the donuts tasted old. We should have never got a dozen. Service was slow, and we were the only ones in the store. The glazed donuts were so sweet, the other location in Milpitas is better. Cleanliness was just ok. Would not comeback. 1 star I had a terrible experience at Dunkin. First, they gave me the wrong drink. I specifically asked for decaf and they gave me something fully caffeinated. And it was someone else's drink! I didn't find out until I was feeling the effects at work, and voila the sticker was a different name. As someone who struggles with anxiety, this mistake has caused me a full-blown panic attack throughout the day. It's not just an inconvenience, it's a serious health issue. On top of that, the bagel was rubbery, the tiny potatoes tasted like chemicals, and overall nothing was worth what I paid for. I won't be coming back. Food quality was low, order accuracy was worse, and I'm now dealing with the consequences of their carelessness. Never again.
Very clean place. The pastries, the donuts and the sandwich were great. As compared to the Hayward location, a hundred times better. The employees seem to care about the restaurant. We loved it! We are going back there.
Great location, right off freeway and near great restaurants. Large area for seating. Staff are good about helping customers. I couldn't find the new drink at other locations and here they always are stocked. I like the app to order ahead or that the kiosk for ordering is by register. My only reduction of star is the fact donuts are limited on choices by mid day.
I used to frequent Dunkin' all the time on the East Coast, so was happy to find it in the East Bay finally. I'm not a huge coffee/donut person but I would say the prices and options here are a little more affordable and to my tastes than Starbucks. The breakfast wraps in particular are pretty tasty and I love that it's never crowded (hate waiting in long lines, especially in the morning). The staff here are really friendly and I feel strong nostalgia every time I walk in. I've ordered several of their lattes (with soy or oat milk) and they're a nice pick-me-up if you need a little boost of energy to get through the day. Their doughnut selection is also on point. If you want something sweet to drink/eat but don't want to pay Starbucks prices, come here!
It is the closest location. Great donut and great coffee. As a matter of fact, they have a promotion which I saw before I went in. Unlike the last time, I was able to log on to their wi-fi. It was quiet at the lunch hour. As I said before I will return when I am in the area.
I've had a pretty good experience at this Dunkin overall. I always order ahead though. But it seems every time I order for me and my partner (2+ of the chipotle loaded hashbrowns) it seems like there's no chipotle added. It's a literal drizzle. Over 1-2 of the hashbrowns. When I go myself I get enough to be able to mix them and taste it. I hope this isn't happening often bc it seems stupid to pay extra for not enough to even taste it.
I was watching a video on YouTube that had a very large Dunkin' Donut coffee drink and I was just enamored. I wanted one so badly. So the next day, we satisfied my craving. Was it worth the price I paid? No not really. It kind of satisfied my craving but it was definitely super sweet. The donut holes were less than amazing. I would rather go to a local donut shop to pick up my donuts or donut holes. The service was okay. They were quite overstaffed but they seemed to be having a good time. Since it's the only Dunkin' in our area, can't complain. But very unlikely for me to come back again unless I'm somehow craving some random drink.
I'm usually not a fan of the corporate chain donut shops, since the donuts usually don't measure up to the local mom & pop shops. But Dunkin' has a huge fan following and is relatively new to the Bay Area, so we decided to give them a try. We ordered 10 donut holes (mix of glazed, chocolate, old fashioned), a Bavarian crème, and jelly filled. The donuts were decent, but not amazing. The biggest downside was they lacked the freshness of the local shops. I'm glad I tried Dunkin', I would eat it again if offered, but I wouldn't specifically seek them out.
Usually don't write reviews. But I am very upset and disappointed at this location. My location is Hayward and the drinks there are always so good and spot on. But today they did not have butter pecan so I was like ok... im in fremont today so why not go here? I get a butter pecan ice coffee with an extra pump of it and blueberry shots. And I order the mini stuffed bagels. When I received my order I was already let down. First off the coffee was pale. Not a good thing. And the ice?????? The ice had already melted and there wasn't even any in it. The drink tasted awful with very watery hints of the pecan and the strong taste of blueberry... not good. And for the minis they were sticky and not even warm?????? Yeah no thanks. If anyone wants a good location go to Hayward or any other location that says "on tap" . Very disappointed.

This is the Avocado Toast topped with Bacon. The ad picture shows crispy bacon bits/pieces not this half raw/half cooked bacon I received in the picture!!! It is unsafe to eat undercooked pork!!! I took the bacon off-3 stars because overall the avocado toast was good minus the bacon. read more

Don't order snackin bacon. They'll give you one piece and say it's worth 2.99. Didn't always used to be like this. Not sure what happened. read more

They've gone from best to worst. Donuts are stale every time now, weekdays and weekends. I always buy in the morning, they say they bake fresh every say but that hasn't been my experience. Even worse is they are very skimpy on the fillings, so much that the employees cannot tell the bavarian creme, vanilla creme, and chocolate creme apart. Fremont Dunkin gets these wrong on a regular basis. read more

What is Duncan Donuts? Well, its not on every street corner and its not Starbucks. Its also something people are willing to wait in line for. These Donut shops are not on every street corner so this means that they are more special and interesting. You also don't have to use words like 'grande' when ordering - there is no stuffiness or hostility that Starbucks is notorious for recently. Duncan Donuts is a place that does both donuts and coffee really well. Thats good to have - I can't tell you how many small mom and pop shops have good donuts but just drop the ball when it comes to the coffee. I'm a jelly donut fan and I've tried a bunch of the ones from here. They are good - more substantial than from Krispy Creme and they offer some more unusual varieties. My favorite donut though, to date, is at Whole Foods in Fremont. A jelly vegan that must be special ordered from a nearby bakery as I've never seen it at any other Whole Foods location. Besides Donuts and coffee they have so much more food along with a pleasant, no fuss atmosphere. read more
Great service but the food is so so. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar and it took them 3 tries to finally get it right. I was assuming they'd get annoyed the final time I had them correct my drink but they weren't bothered. They even bumped my cup size up for messing my drink up, score! I'm not a fan of their donuts; they have an odd texture to them. The glazed munchkin (donut hole), on the other hand, was delicious! Parking seems a little tight here. I'm sure it gets busy in the mornings... so plan accordingly! read more

It is so bad, I want to give it a zero but I can't. The workers working on September 15 around 10:50 were absolutely slow, rude and I witnessed one of them throw a milk at a mother and her baby. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked for a refund and didn't get a full one. Nice going Dunkin. First time going and I will never be going back. read more
I find ANY donut other than Krispy Kreme to be good. I like that Dunkin is open late and that they serve iced coffee beverages (my weakness). Unlike KK, they don't douse each of their donuts in that overwhelming glaze. And, what I do appreciate are the cost of their donut holes (or 'munchkins' as they call them) 10 for $1.99. I have been here twice already since they've opened less than two wks ago. This place is going to break my weight scale! read more

Dunkin' Donuts uses Arabica beans for their coffee and their blend of coffee tastes much better than Starbucks or Pete's coffee or any other competitors which is why I'm very excited about this location Plus this location is very convenient. This is the same group of franchisees who own the Half Moon Bay and South San Francisco locations with approval to open 26 more locations. Today at their grand opening, I had a chance to speak with one of the owners and got a good understanding of their brewing process which helped me understand why this is. As I stated earlier, this is a great location central to Fremont. However it does not have a drive thru and the parking here is a little selective because of neighboring businesses that compete for parking in this strip mall setting. Looking at the menu that is already on display, the coffee is the standard that we have come to love and expect. This is important for their brand because it is what is driving the business vs. the donuts. In addition to the standard fare, they have breakfast sandwiches and flavored coffees. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is located between L&L Hawaiian BBQ and Chick-fil-A in Fremont. Back in the mid/late '80s, there were Dunkin' Donuts in the Bay Area. By the early '90s, they all disappeared save for one in San Jose, and that finally went away in the late '90s. DDs have slowly started to pop up in the Bay Area (Walnut Creek, Half Moon Bay, South San Francisco). Today was the grand opening of their Fremont location. I didn't get there until noon, but there was still a relatively long line. The wait was approximately a half hour. The staff were friendly and helpful as I got to the counter to order a dozen Donuts and an Iced Coffee. I picked my dozen, and my drink was ready right after. The Donuts were yummy as was the Coffee. There is no drive thru at this location FYI. I'll be back again. read more

Went this morning, after breakfast.. since we needed something sweet and since we were in the area...(went around 12pm).. the employees that were, working this morning. Where super duper friendly and helpful... we ended up getting the 25 doughnut holes.. so worth it, it should last for a while haha. Well hopefully.. read more

I go to Dunkin' at least 2x a week for the lattes and munchkins. The service is always a hit and miss! Early morning the place is pretty clean but after lunch the floor is a mess. Parking is not so bad! Anyways, this review is mainly for the service i got today!!! I asked for light ice and i sure did get light ice and also less Coffee!!! And they weren't even busy so no excuse!!! read more

Maybe going to this place at 3pm is not the best idea. The chocolate donut was meh. The iced coffee was watered down :( Being a dunkin donuts fan, i'll give this place another try when i'm nearby. I can say the locations in the east coast are much more superior. read more
I absolutely love Cleo! She's one of the sweetest people. I love her so much. She went out of her way to help me get my order right. We need more people like her in this world. Having heard tales of Dunkin' , even seeing commercials on tv multiple times as a kid, really made me wonder what was the hype surrounding it, and if it was really as good as advertised? This morning was the day I tried my FIRST donut from here- I was filled with excitement and curiosity as my boyfriend and I pulled up through the parking lot. Reading multiple recommendations, seeing photos, and just preparing myself before ordering, we finally entered Dunkin' Donuts. Being a Fremont native, my boyfriend has never given Dunkin' donuts a try so it was a first try for us both. My first impression was how 'McDonalds' the dining hall looked. The menu is electronic (similar to McDonald's) and the seating was too much like it- it felt almost like the McDonald's of donuts! When it came time to order, we had a bit of a hard time seeing the available donuts behind our server, but it is purely on the fact the font is much smaller than it should be, and how you can't see the donuts up close. Compared to traditional bakeries, the donut case is completely visible and 'closed' to prevent too much air touching it- however, the exact opposite was here at Dunkin'. The donuts are stacked in trays and continuously touch air which, could make them get harder, or more stale, which crossed my mind immediately. With all of the 'unique' choices, my boyfriend settled for a chocolate, and I settled for a spring fling sprinkled donut. My boyfriend was curious and anticipated a winner from Dunkin' if he tried a few items- so in addition, he ordered a sausage and egg croissant, a vanilla bean coolatta, and hash browns. The hash browns were given to us very burnt, but with a line of 10 people it wasn't likely we'd get up to get them so we tried them anyhow. The coolatta was very icy, and less flavorful, but didn't pair too well with my donut. The winner was the sausage and egg croissant (in my boyfriend's words) but it wasn't something to go out of the way to come back for. I was genuinely surprised at the amount of people coming in and out with boxes of a dozen donuts- had they seen something I was missing? It was confusing, to say the least. Not to mention the prices are a bit higher if you're used to traditional donut shops. All in all, it was an okay experience here at Dunkin' , but I definitely don't foresee a visit in the near future. I am not a cheap person, but the quality fell short of the price tag, which didn't help the first impression it gave. read more

The veggie egg white omelet was really good. English muffin was so soft. Americano was good. I put 1 splenda and it was just right. Service was fast and nice. Wasn't too busy like when it first opened. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts. Hands down my favorite place to grab coffee or a quick donut before I study. Prices are really good and the service is always friendly. I always order their ice coffee with creamer and vanilla. Very smooth and not to sweet. If you don't like too much creamer make sure to tell them too add less or you won't get the coffee flavor. Service is always fast and efficient and they always make you feel welcome. There are enough tables and plug points to also hang out and study too. Overall I would recommend Dunkin' Donuts if you love donuts and coffee, plus if you need a cool new place to study! read more

Unfortunately, Dunkin Donuts doesn’t carry bear claw donuts. This is an IRONY that a famous national donut brand doesn’t carry this one very simple donut type that most small privately owned donut shop carries.

Yes, they do. However, I don't know if it is as good as it is in on East Coast as I haven't there in a very long time.

You are referring to the donuts right? There is! It's Bavarian Cream. That one is my favorite.
Does anyone know if there is choco butternut flavor donut at this location?
I didn't see it. They have the French cruller, jelly, toasted coconut, Bavarian, Boston creme, vanilla and chocolate creme filled. The rest were their usual flavors.
