Like any other franchises, Paris Baguette can be a mixed bag. But I've been coming to this particular location since the pandemic and I've never had a bad experience here--unlike other locations. For starters this location is definitely a more pickup and go location. There is very limited seating and the space is also a lot smaller. But what they lack in space they make up in efficiency. I've never had an issue picking up anything here either through online orders or simply walking in to grab a cake. The staff are always on top of things. Now let's talk about the cakes. If you don't order ahead of time or reserve a cake in advance, then expect the consequences of not planning ahead. The cakes they have on display or the back may not taste the freshest. But in my particular case, I've been fortunate enough that every cake I bought from here was fresh and moist. The staff would even be kind enough to grab one from the back for me without even asking. I bring this up because for bakeries through put is very important on how fresh their products are and this location definitely goes through their inventory constantly. For mother's day they basically ran out of all their cakes so plan ahead for those big occasions. What I also appreciate is they are always able to do a special message for you free of cost, and I always end up tipping extra because you can rarely find this type of service at other cake shops. Because of their flexibility and availability, I will always recommend this location to family, friends and to you as well. Plan ahead and this place won't disappoint. Looking forward to continue coming back here.

We tried their cakes for Birthdays multiple times, which we're terrific! I like that they have a mobile app now to review their types of cake (many) and easily manage orders. They also make daily fresh pastries and a like their blend of sweets, classics, savories, and fusion choices. Lastly, they coffee is pretty solid too as they'll make fresh and with various options. This bakery was a nice surprise for me because I stumbled upon while attending my children's school event. Check them out!

Cute holiday decorations.

This location still has great pastries and drinks. Right now they have cute seasonal decorations on all their cakes including their slices. $9+ for a rainbow slice is a little bit much and the slices appear smaller in size then before :/ They have a good staff here though.

Unfortunately our experience was bad. I picked up a cake the night before and we sliced pieces today for Easter. One slice has a hair baked inside. Several pieces have been served and eaten before the hair was found.

Chocolate chiffon cake with coco crisp pearls.

The chocolate chiffon cake with coco crisp pearls is delicious! It's lightly sweet with the addicting crunch of the coco pearls. Thank you to the fantastic lady baker for decorating extra pearls on top. You made our Easter celebration dessert more special!

Love the vibe

The vibe is very cozy, smiling crew as you walk in... and I love the pastries and all. I just stop by today to grab and go... next time coffee experience. Follow up: Hello there, I do appreciate the place... but, I noticed parking is an issue... you'll get more business if you get a parking.. there's an adjacent lot specifically for parking ... just a suggestion...

Chocolate Tart

Wow, a great place for after dinner dessert and coffee. While in the Bay Area for the weekend we delighted ourselves with not just one but a few different desserts to share. You can order from the counter or pick up a tray and tongs and make your own selection. I chose a Chocolate Tart, an Almond Raspberry danish and a few Macaroons topped with decaf coffee to share with my husband. I quickly learned that if there is no decaf available order Americana, which is watered down espresso. Huh, who knew? Everything was delicious. Highly recommend. FYI PNW has this bakery!!

Always our go to spot for birthday cakes for our family. Consistent, cute and they write so beautifully! The cakes are also perfectly sweetened, soft and fluffy. I love the whipped cream they use. Their pastries are delicious too.

This is my first time buying from this location very disappointed. Eating half of it still not meet the curry yet. I usually buy from Pleasanton location almost everyday. Can't believe it not the same. I thought you guys should make the same Recipe.

Never again not for the drinks the pastries are ok over priced but good

Ask the Community - Paris Baguette

I'm trying to find a coffee/dessert place to meet up with a group of people while in town. Do they have a decent amount of indoor seating with large tables?

No, they don't have a large amount of seating here. They have some seating, but not really good for big groups.

Hello. Regarding the store business hours, do you guys (Fremont store) open on Nov 23rd and 24th? If yes, what time schedule is it? thanks.

Hello, 11.23- we are open regular hours 11.24- 8am-5pm

How do I request a cake to be made for a birthday (size, flavor)?

Hello Tina, please send us an email at parisbaguetteusa@gmail.com and include which cake and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Is there a standard size for a slice of cake? I'd noticed the cost has risen and I came home today with a cupcake sized piece of cake that I paid $7.00 for.

Hello Shiela, Thank you so very much for your message. We would like to have our District Manager speak with you about your experience. Can you please reply here with a good contact phone number or email? Thank you so much, we look forward to…

Hi Do you offer sugar free cakes?

Hello Chiran, thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately we do not offer sugar free cakes. If you have any other questions please feel free to email us directly at parisbaguetteusa@gmail.com

Hi! Which of your Cakes are alcohol /wine/ gelatin/ animal fat free?

Did u get an answer to this? I would also like to know and all muslims would like to know. So it should be public knowledge. List of all ingredients should be posted in their website but its not. Why not! Even the labels for pastries are not there…

Are they currently open during shelter-in-place?

Just drove by and they were open.

Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. I also knew it was Korean, so I couldn't successfully eavesdrop... boooooo. Very unique metallic artsy fashioned chairs make the space seem modern. There's merch in the corner and on a wall. You can get coffee drinks too. Service is excellent: the majestically tall staffer -- who I thought was manager but isn't -- was the kindest friendliest soul, very pleasant to chat with. Craftsman crew were mad busy, but always with smiles and ready to help customers. You won't find any bakery bites that are not delectable at Craftsman and Wolves. Kool yummy easy five stars.

The pastries are very okay with a lot of them being pretty dry or lacking filling especially the triple chocolate croissant. Overall, I have been to this location three times and the customer service has been absolutely awful each time. The second time they had a new hire who was being trained and was extremely pleasant but the barista had an issue with asking for reduced fat milk in the mocha as he said it would mess with the flavor which I said I was fine with but reluctantly decided to just have whole milk. The most recent time the person working the front was taking inventory and after seeing me at the counter continued with taking inventory which is completely normal and I wasn't extremely bothered by. However, when walking over he looked at me without asking me if I was ready and upon entering my order tossed his pen on the counter in front and the clipboard behind him. He then proceeded to stand behind the barista on his phone while eating one of the pastries. I genuinely don't know if he was in a bad mood but this hardly feels like the craftsman and wolves experience that people talk about. Probably won't be coming back due to the awful service despite the coffee genuinely being good.

The way I was spoken to made me feel like I was asking for free food instead of being a paying customer. It's really a shame because the café itself is beautiful and the pastries are delicious. I genuinely want to like this place, but when the drinks don't match what's advertised and the service makes you feel unwelcome, it really takes away from the whole experience. I really hope management works on both consistency and customer service, because this café has so much potential.
