I go to the drive in for my $.99 iced coffee about 2 or 3 times a week. Well yesterday I was not going to stop but my truck decided that I was, it broke down in the parking lot. I went in and got my drink and the girl that waited on me was wonderful, cant say much for the Will County Sheriffs that were inside. I approached them to ask if they knew a place around for repairs. 2 men and 1 woman officer just shooting the BS and who steps up to give me a few ideas? Well it wasn't the (boys) They could of cared less or taken the time to ask if I needed any help. REALLY? I was on my cell phone trying to get some kind of help because I work in Frankfort and live in Justice. Thank God for a very caring lady (nurse) doing her paperwork stepped up and gave me a ride to my brothers house in Frankfort (he was in Florida) She did not only go above and beyond to make sure I was safe, she wanted to make sure I was in the house safe. I cant thank YOU enough, so much for serve and protect! Will County Sheriffs. I had never went inside the store before but you can bet your butt I will from now on. The employees and service was great and if not for providing a clean and comfortable place I would not of run into the nurse. I've been to a few Dunkin Donuts and I wish I had yelp'd them. They were easily one-star locations. But alas, this location is quite honestly the Hilton of Dunkin' Donuts! The one drawback is the loud Baskin-Robbins freezer and it's medium-to-high level hum across the entire lobby, but if you can get past that, the pricing is incredible, the sofa and love seat give it a nice Starbucks-esque quality and the employees were friendly and attentive. During Happy Hour, usually from 3pm - 6pm, 99 cents will get you a large iced mocha coffee, or a half-dozen donuts! What a great value!!! The coffee is not as dark a roast as Starbucks, but you can still taste the quality and incredible flavor. The service was fast and we received our entire order within 90 seconds! The Wi-Fi is free and it's super fast and reliable. I'd highly recommend THIS Dunkin' Donuts if you're looking for a quick coffee and snack. read more

I went in the other evening and ordered two 2-scoops sundaes. The young lady serving me put two of the smallest scoops she could find in each ... the equivalent of one scoop. I thought that perhaps she had not heard my order correctly, so I asked whether they were two scoops, she replied "yes." BR is good ice cream, but I will NOT be returning to this location. read more

This is the closest Dunkin to my work and every time I go there they either get the wrong order, overcharged or cut me off before I can even finish what I want to order. On multiple occasions I've gotten up to the window and the person at the window had no idea what they were making or charging me for. Really sucks that I have to find a Dunkin that's further away from my work in order to get good service! read more

This location is awful. When the take your order they are very polite, and repeat your order to you. Three days in a row I order large coffee with 2 cream 2 Splenda. The cup is even marked correctly. I take a drink and no sweetener. I can see once, everyone makes mistakes. However three times in a week is ridiculous. read more

I frequent this DD because it is so close to my job. But I will no longer be coming back. For starters, there is ALWAYS a line of cars wrapped around the building. Management clearly does not schedule enough based on sales, or the employees just really don't care about being prompt. There has never been a time where I didn't pull up to the order screen and wait less than five minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. You sit there FOREVER before they even say something to you, and that's even when there's no cars ahead of you! The coffee is usually so-so, but the last time I went there I ordered a medium iced mocha with just cream, and I couldn't even drink it. Tasted expired, old, and sour. Even tried to add sugar to it and it was just flat out disgusting. Having employees with horrible attitudes and no work ethic that can't even make a simple coffee right doesn't necessarily bring in the business. But seeing as I've been noticing these problems for the last 1 1/2 years tells me they don't plan on improving anytime soon! read more

The fact that I drink decaf is usually a problem because it sits around and you end up with either the bottom of the pot or an old tasting cup, but I have not had that happen to me at this location. As a matter of fact there have been times when I was told at this location that they want to make a new pot because what they have looks a bit old, and i appreciate the effort. read more

I'm thinking the "dunkinettes" at this location need to be retrained on what constitues an XL 'BLACK' coffee. It isn't like this is the first time one of them has screwed up my order of an XL BLACK coffee. More than once I have come home with my drive thru black coffee only to find it has creamer, flavors, sugars, and God knows what else was in that crap I ended up pouring down the drain. This particular day I came home only to fid that my coffee included 5 creamers and 5 sugars (as it was actually written on the side of the cup that went directly into my cup holder as I drove out of the drive thru after 10 minutes of waiting for the person in front of me to order dozens of donutes, sandwiches, and fancy drinks). YES, she was one of THOSE PEOPLE who should actually take their business into the establishment if they need to order that much stuff. I would sincerely appreciate it if you would inform your "dunkinettes" that if I don't order it that way I don't want my coffee latte'd, frappe'd, chino'd, or any other coffee option that is not BLACK! I am not a coffee drinker, that said I don't do Dunkin Donuts very often. I have probably been to this location about 10 times in three years, often with a specific treat in mind. More often then not I leave empty handed and usually very frustrated. For starters there is a MAJOR language barrier between myself and the employees and obviously I speak English. Nuff said. Secondly there is a major issue with pricing consistency. Order the same item three times and you will pay three different amounts. This is especially true with their food. Last but certainly not least is the CONSTANT lack of products. They almost never have what I want to order. If they are able to scrape the order together, it is offered to me minus a major ingrediant. Today I went to purchase two peanut donuts. I ordered, paid $1.78 for TWO donuts and waited about 3 minutes only to be told that they did not have peanut donuts. WTF. I was the only customer in the drive thru and she was the only employee in the store. I am at a loss as to how she could NOT know whether ot not she had my item in stock PRIOR to allowing me to pay for it. When I decided to forgo any other purchase she got really pissy with me.
