I stopped by 7 Brew today while I was out running errands. The line was very long, but that didn't bother me. Long lines usually mean a place is doing something right, and this was my first time visiting so I was excited to try it. The employee who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering how busy it was and how cold the day was. Great customer service like that really stands out. When I got my drink, I was asked to confirm that I ordered a large hot. I said yes, was handed my drink, and pulled away. I did notice the cup was sticky, but wiped it off with a napkin. When I took my first sip, expecting it to be hot, I was surprised to find the coffee was only room temperature. Because the line was so long, I didn't want to get back in line, so I ended up reheating it at home. That was disappointing, especially since I was really looking forward to it. My suggestion would be to make hot drinks closer to the time they're handed to customers during long waits so they stay hot. I'd still be willing to give it another try, as the staff interaction was very positive. read more

While the final service was great, my wait was prolonged because the order-taker prioritized chatting with customers over moving the line. As this chain moves into the Chicago, increased customer base is growing. My daughter loves 7Brew. This location recently open to long lines and huge wait times, which usually occurs with most new places opening in the neighborhood. Even the Frankfort PD can been seen visiting and picking up orders :-) The menu is massive and can be overwhelming if you just want a coffee. The service is usually fast (if you don't have a line). The frequent customer program is based your mobile phone number and easy to use. read more

I ordered ice tea with peach flavor. What I received was a large glass of ice water with some peach flavor. 2 unbrewed tea bags thrown on top. Zero tea color or flavor. You cannot brew tea in ice water. Total waste of money. read more

My experience at 7 Brew Coffee in Mokena IL was absolutely disgusting and I am still absolutely disturbed. First off I understand this is a new trendy place that I expect to be busy at, which is why I came at 10PM to avoid the busy hour. It was completely empty and STILL took 20 minutes to receive my ONE drink which they messed up on. The simplest order taking forever, just for them to make me feel bad about their mistake, just for them to mess it up AGAIN. At that point I didn't even feel like sticking around. I got my overpriced drink and wasn't able to enjoy it considering how messed up it was. One incredibly rude employee stuck out to me. She was a younger alternative looking girl in her early 20s with a bridge nose piercing, glasses and short hair. Her behavior towards me was HORRIBLY bratty and made me feel very uncomfortable to return to this place. She seemed problematic dealing with her other customers. During my what felt like hour sitting there wasting time waiting for my drink, I was able to observe her behavior and it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She was loud and had a nasty look on her face while dealing with other customers just trying to get their drink. I saw her roll a customers window down and pop her head into their cause causing a scene. On top of that, I even saw her at a point attempting to open that same customers car door. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Left a bad taste in my mouth without me even needing the sugary nasty drink. Be very wary about choosing to get your drinks here. Not worth it. Save your time, money, and save the trip running to Walgreens to buy headache medicine because that's what you'll need after visiting this HOT MESS. Get your workers under control 7 brew Mokena. I ordered a large iced sugar free brunette. After the long wait in line it was my turn to receive my drink. Prior to getting it, I was asked if I ordered the medium brunette. I said no, I ordered a large. The drink I received was almost pure cream. It looked and tasted like they added 6 ounces of cream/milk to make it a large. Not cool when I'm paying $7 for a drink and you ask for a tip PRIOR to delivering the drink. read more

Beware of 7 brew, if I could give it no stars I would. Spent 15 minutes in line for a hot caramel macchiato coffee. When I got the coffee it was cold. Spoke to the girl at the window. The coffee I received was a half a cup that I paid $12.00 for. I have tried to call the corporate office as there is no phone number for Mokena. You cannot get a live person and they don't call you back. I will not be visiting 7 brew ever again as I don't appreciate being ripped off. Love this coffee shop.. but I love their Fizzy drinks more.. you can create so many flavor combinations! I've tried a few secret menu options and they don't disappoint! Going to this location is extremely frustrating. I left the drive-thru today with no coffee because this is a recurring issue. I go at 6 AM when no one's there and I'm still waiting twice as long as people who have pulled up after me because there's no drive-thru process to keep track of who was there first. I like the coffee but due to the awful drive-thru I have to rethink coming here. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT WAIT IN THE OUTER DRIVE THRU LINE. Cars that got there 15-20 minuted after me got their drinks first. I have heard very good things about 7 brew coffee, I happened to be near this one in Mokena and decided to try it out, but before getting in line I looked over the menu to see options. Then we got in a short line. Someone came to our car promptly to get our order. The person taking the order was very rude and did not know sizing (this location just opened so many people dont know what they have) placed our order then waited the longest wait we had was at the window/cash booth. We waited 10-15 at the window for our drinks 1 hot latte, 1 iced. Coffee orders were ready sitting but not ours. As we waited I noticed the mess on the floor inside the building, drink makers stepping on ice and throwing drinks/ice in the floor drain, liquid all over the ground ( mind you it was not busy at this time and tons of staff) we the got our drinks 1 hot med German choc latte and 1 iced latte with toasted marshmello. The hot drink was room temp and the iced did not have any flavoring and tasted like grounds. I threw away the iced drink it was horrible. I dont know if this is a location issue or a company issue. read more
