Had the Paris island dream tea and the honeybun cinnamon tea and they were both horrible and flavorless. Went back to get the drinks remade with some more flavor, the girl was very rude and said she can't control our tastebuds. The peaches and cream dirty soda was very good but in my opinion this place was a huge letdown after being so hyped up. read more

After driving past this place, so many times And also my boyfriend's daughter kept talking about the place. I finally checked out the joint that everyone is talking about luckily for it to be a late Saturday afternoon driving through the line was actually easy the other night I drove past the line was way back into the parking lot of Floor&Decor. I ordered the Blondie breve something like a iced coffee, cold brew type of flavored coffee I had to say, though, although the service is very quick and impressing as far as my coffee go, I wasn't impressed at all. It was overly strong not too strong. It just tasted like a flat flavor flavored coffee so I didn't understand the hype about this place but it's definitely overrated. I'm cool. I'll take a PASS. I'm going to stick with the other coffee people. read more

Wanted to try out 7 brew after seeing so many new locations opening. I waited about 20 minutes on a Friday morning for the 4 medium drinks for $17 deal. We ordered 2 hot coffees, 1 iced cinnamon roll coffee, and an iced matcha latte. The drinks were wayyy too sweet and milky to me. I would say this is very similar to Dutch bros or even Dunkin. Not for me, but staff was nice, and the line moved relatively quick even though it seems long when you're waiting in the parking lot across the street. read more

I was seeing what the fuss was about a few weeks ago and it's just average. I wanted to try their cold brew with white chocolate since Starbucks and Dunkin don't have those options. The music was entirely too loud, I couldn't even hear the person talking taking my order or giving me my order. I decided to go a second time since Starbucks parking lot is always congested if I happen to go when busy. I tried to turn into the establishment today and saw some worker doing TikTok dances in the entry way. At first I thought it was a random person under a manic episode. She turned me away and I couldn't roll down my window in time to ask because someone was behind me and I might have caused an accident. I saw someone far away with an iPad just standing there so not sure what was going on. Didn't know you could refuse business while the business is still open. I only go over in that area for Lobby. I will not be going back if I know I may be turned away. I'm actually glad I was though, did not need any coffee anyway. Saved some money. read more

This place is set up so dumb. You can't just turn in to it,you have to get in a "staging area"! Half of the time these young girls aren't even paying attention to pull you in. This place just puts u a bunch of syrups and milk in a cup even when paying extra shot of espresso I really tried went more then once over there disappointing with this place but the other 7brews locations are amazing overall but this place not good at all this one horrible even the workers this one worker was telling me that she will give me espresso shot to pour in to my cup instead of just fixing my drink like so rude I will not be going back and I'm not only one that had very bad experience my friends and family say the same things about this place very sad... read more

I love this place!! Before this store opened, I had to drive all the way to either Mokenas location or the Lockport location, but this location is fantastic!! Even though they just opened, I have been almost every single day and their service is amazing! I have never seen one single employee in a bad mood! They are all so happy, excited to serve you , and seen to enjoy their job! As a food service manager myself, these employees are doing fantastic!! Not to mention their drinks are amazing . Horrible experience! The staff directing traffic is extremely rude and do not know what they're doing. Made the whole experience horrible. Will not be coming back it was chaos and there was no reason for it. Extremely rude man directing customers in the parking lot . It's a shame that is who they have representing their brand. I love 7 brew don't get me wrong, their drinks are amazing and although they're super busy the staff is always trying to be nice and fast with their customers. I went for maybe the past 5 days and out of those days i was charged for an extra drink that I did NOT order and i've been charged an additional 1-2 dollars even though i distinctly remember that my total was around $7 and was charged more than that. I love the drinks I love the service, but I do not appreciate being overcharged. read more

Stopped by Seven Brew Coffee and the service was honestly great. Everyone was super friendly and the drinks came out fast even with a line. Coffee was really good too -- definitely one of the better drive-thru spots I've been to.
