There's some worth getting and others that aren't among these. It seems like it's pretty basic. Lots of teas and protein shakes to choose from. Teas are the better ones to get in my opinion. Much cheaper compared to the protein shakes that are mostly just powder mixed with ice. The prices for these are still kind of high though. It's $4.50 for a small one. They also have a few snacks like the protein cake pops. It's $3.50 each. These make good presents for a health nut friend in need of a treat or something more interesting to munch on.
