I went to this nutrition shop a few months ago and now I'm addicted. The shakes and teas are delicious and healthy, but the service is what keeps me going back. The staff is amazing and the owners Sheva ( who is a nurse by trade for over 20+ years) and Jasmine ( who is a PTA by trade) are so pleasant and inviting. Their career back grounds make them extremely knowledgeable on the services they provide and they are always offering their clients educational resources you need along your journey. I appreciate them helping guide me on my weight lose journey with their healthy menu options and look forward to many more drinks lol. Oh and let me not forget the ambiance/ facility it is so bright and clean that I tend to stay awhile in their seated area to have my drinks. And they have different events for their clients that include, 21 day weight loss challenges, step and fit, sip and paints and the list continues. If you're on a weight loss journey or just need a place with great tasting, healthy teas and shake, this is your one stop shop. -Addicted Loyal customer read more

I have had THE best experience with Nutrihub since the new owners took over! Their prices are amazing as well as their customer service is the epitome of customer service. They educate you if you have any questions and they are very accommodating with vegans which I think is so cool! Im currently doing their detox challenge and they are constantly checking on you and holding you accountable which is what I need! Definitely recommend!!! read more

Nutrihub Nutrition - two drinks on a table - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Merrillville, Indiana

Just finished a work out a Planet Fitness and decided to stop in to Nutrihub to try out one of their healthy teas. When I walked in I was not greeted...I had never been there before so I did not know anything about their drinks. They did have some menus at the cash register that I looked through. Absolutely no help from the staff though as far as what to choose, what I was looking for, what my goals were. The drink itself was OK...I chose one of the cold tea's with mango as my aloe and green tea. I think this place has potential to be a good business but they need to step up their game as far as interacting with the customers and getting them as soon as they step up to the counter. Pump your customers up about the drinks and what they can do for their bodies!!! I didn't feel like there was any interest in that at all. The girl at the register was obviously new so she did not know anything about the transaction. Understandable. Everybody has to start from somewhere. But I think you need to be a little more trained before you get put out front... Customers walking in establish a first impression of a business the minute they walk in and I was not impressed. read more

Oh my goodness, TERRIBLE experience. My friend and I went for "shakes" and to find out about the other services. Staff could NOT be more rude. The young woman was more interested in what her friends were posting on Insta and could hardly be bothered to take our order Took our drinks to go. Should have inspected them before paying: friend found some kind of nasty looking black chunks at the bottom of her cup that was definitely not food Do not recommend. Stay away. read more

I am obsessed with the specialty teas from this nutrition shop! My go-to order is the pomegranate lift off with blue blast tea-- it gives me an energy boost and is sooo delicious! They also have 3 different sizes which is the best when I'm wanting more! And last but not least, the employees are always kind and are so great about having my drinks ready when I call them in on my way to work. Highly recommend this shop!!! read more

Employees always nice and my shakes are delicious..... I recommend upside down pineapple and blue berry cheesecake .... fast service

This is probably one of the least likely places I would ever go for a shake. The service has personally been the worst I've ever witnessed. It was so bad I had to make a yelp just to express my opinion and yes I had to because it was so bad. The way they treated me was absolutely unfathomable. Do not recommend. Take your time and money elsewhere. Management has done nothing to deal with the staff. Overall this "establishment" gets a 1 out of 5. Very unprofessional. The employees would talk very loudly about other employees and definitely contributes to the low rating. read more
