I waited about 5 min and in that time another customer walked in. Instead of coming back to the juice bar the employee on the phone hangs up and helped the customer who had just walked in. WTH!! I thought about continuing to wait but it really bugged me that I was passed over. As I was walking out I heard a " ma'am I'll be right with you." Yeah, right. Unless someone else walks in. Not the first time I've been to this store. They are usually very short almost rude and not at all friendly. I will not be returning almost rude and then passing me over is enough for me.

We were as patient as we could be in the beginning because we assumed she was new until we noticed that there was a mistake with the transaction. We asked for our money back and she told us to "be patient" and continued to be impatient with us. She sounded like she was on the verge of tears and her coworker was no help at all. All of this over a coupon, an argument and not even a correct transaction. We asked for the original receipt in case the money wasn't refunded to my card, but she refused and we were told to come back if it wasn't refunded and that she will remember us and that she works 7 days a week. Safe to say I'm NEVER going to the Munster location again, you're better off going to the GNC in Schererville.
