My friend told me about Focused Nutrition so I decided to try it out and I'm happy I did. It's great to meet people who want you to be healthy and active and are so inviting and warm. They talk you through everything from the shakes to working out to nutrition tips to just general conversation. In addition to the shakes and teas, Focused also offers workout classes throughout the week. On Mondays, they do cardio...Thursdays, Zumba. They also do workouts on the weekend.
