The place is clean, the menu has something for everyone. The staff is happy to help, very informative and professional. I really like to stop in and get my smoothie, convenient location with good parking lot. Love the strawberry mango smoothie! read more

I've never left a review before but this Smoothie King location warranted it. The cashier had the audacity to tell me and my sister that we "ordered wrong" when she gave us the wrong açaí bowl. When we said we would keep it but make the other one the right one, it was half the size of the first! Not worth $13 at all. Additionally, the staff were swearing at each other the whole time we were in there, it was light hearted but not professional at all. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mokena, Illinois

An employee at this location, by the name of Danny, was incredibly rude towards me and had the audacity to jokingly ask if I wanted "Danny's special sauce" in my smoothie, i politely declined but I fear it was an ingredient that does not belong in a smoothie. I suggest that Danny gets fired asap. read more

Called to let store know I ordered off app to wrong location. Woman that answered phone said to call corporate to get refund, said she doesn't know phone number and that I would have to look it up online, and then hung up on me. Tried to call her back to let her know I would just pick it up tomorrow and she didn't answer the phone. If you are like me and want to complain about this location or any other location: (214) 935-8900, press option 2, and you will actually talk to a decent human being. read more

Why are these places in business? I just paid over $8 for a cup of basically peanut butter, bananas and strawberries. If you don't own a blender and are desperate for a smoothie I suppose I can understand but this is outrageous. Not to mention, the smoothie I bought stated it has dates and nonfat milk. It did not say anything else about those ingredients but I then saw the worker putting some kind of powder in the smoothie. When I asked what it was she said it was date powder and milk powder. Is that some kind of advertising loophole. I don't remember ordering powder. I will never come back here again! read more

Due to counterfeit money they don't except $20 dollar bills. So bring small denominations or use debt card.

Great Service, 80 per of my orders are online and my smoothies have been perfect. Keep up the great work

My smoothie was absolutely delectable and more. the service was fabulous 10/10, and everyone was so friendly. obviously love a place with some good service. but the smoothie rocked my world. it buttered my biscuit. it started my car. it lit up my light. it floated my boat. it painted my nails. it COOKED MY EGG. i've never had this particular smoothie before but all i know is i can't go another day without it's icy fruity goodness. thank you. truly. read more

Stopped in at 3:15 for a $5 Smoothie and walked into a hornets nest of people, but no fret, these young ladies rocked and rolled with a smile. The manager on duty barked his appreciation in a passive aggressive way, and hopefully they don't take offense cuz they are phenomenal!!!!! read more

I absolutely love smoothie king, but the one closest to me is extremely slow. I was the first customer in 25min after they opened and I've been waiting 20+min for two of their new bowls. Other customers have slowly trickled in over that time and the constant stopping in the middle of preparing one order to go take other customer orders is insane. I don't blame the single employee who is here but this has to be directed by something taught by management. A couple of other customer orders have been completed before mine. I'll easily be here for 30min as the first customer after having just spent $27 on two fruit bowls. read more

LOVE the number of plant based smoothies! Finally! Also, they open at 7am which is lovely. I'm from New Lenox and make the commute for them since there is no smoothie place open that early near me. The perfect wake up! Also, if you use their app and sign up it is easy to get rewards (and $2 off right away for doing so) read more

Literally the most unorganized Smoothie King I have been to. Ran by kids for sure who have a hard time just taking the order and getting it right. I love smoothie king but this place really has to get it together. read more

I had never gone to smoothie king until my Daughter started working there. Our family would order almost everyday spending $20-$40 at a time. There was a manager change in the midst of her employment that was not a good thing. She was a very negative person. My daughter started to then hate work. Once she quit, on good terms because of school and sports, they told her she could come back at anytime. We would still go in and spend money there pretty much everyday until the manager started accusing everyone of stealing. She then told my daughter she was not welcome back and could no longer come into the store as a customer. Smoothies def we're not tasting very good anymore in the end. Cleanliness was lacking and management was horrible. I'll spend my money at a diff smoothie king from now on. read more

Normally I don't write reviews , but I went to your store there was 3 ladies working. We walked in at 8:30 and I have 3 customers a head of me and we got our smoothies after 9:00 PM, the reason why is because the employee was very busy with an another employee from Chick-fil-a trading food with smoothies for FREE and they didn't pay attention to the customers, also the sink water was running the whole time while I was there , I noticed because I own a restaurant and I know it cost the owner or the company. ( water is not free) the smoothies were really good though. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review, but after reading other reviews I felt that I should. When I walked in, they greeted us, and I actually thought 4 employees was a lot. However, within minutes the place filled with customers. We all got our smoothies quickly, and the staff was very helpful. My smoothie was filled perfectly and tasted great. I will definitely be back. I got the blueberry heaven with the plant based protein. My fiancé got the daily warrior and says it tastes like peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He loved it. read more

This was my first time at Smoothie King and I really enjoyed their smoothies. I went on 1/18/20 around 11:30am and the lady and gentleman working there were very helpful. I had so many questions and the lady was very nice and patient. Very pleasant experience and help with knowing how to order and recommendations of add-ins. I ordered a Slim Mango smoothie and the taste was great. I definitely will be back when I'm in the area. read more

Mixed review, normally a quick in and out, but already waiting ten minutes and still 6 ahead of me waiting for smoothies. Only 2 working, sad to say. read more

Had the Vegan Kale Protein smoothie hanging out with friends. It hit the spot. Not too sweet and not heavy on the kale. I will definitely be going back. read more

Mokena smoothie king is not only expensive but ran by kids. They don't tell you about any specials going on and always forget what you're telling them. I asked for no milk and of course they put milk in my smoothy. I even went as far as explaining I have a dairy allergy. They just don't care! that's the bottom line. Staff turn around is also high. I would say do yourself a favor and visit nutrition hub instead. Way better!!! This store should be shut down or get some adult supervision. Super slow service as well. read more

My smoothie was perfect! Staff was super nice, also quick service and tasted delicious! I will be coming back!!

I love this place! I go in a lot and try new smoothies, and I'm never disappointed! Ethel and Jessie are awesome: they are quick, and super friendly!! One of my favorite smoothie places. read more

Great smoothies however the wait has been too long the three times I've been here. If you want a good smoothie, be ready to wait for it.

I LOOOOOOVVE this smoothie king!! It always brightens my day to come here and get a meal replacement smoothie or something just as a treat. The staff is well trained, friendly, learns the names of their customers, builds professional and platonic relationships and ALWAYS suits the needs of their patrons. They are knowledgeable about the nutrient rich and natural products they serve. I have better managed to meet my health and wellness goals AND better control my weight with the plant-based products they carry! I LOVE SMOOTHIE KING! read more

Should really consider having more than one person working during morning rush. People left because the wait was too long. I was only second in-line when i walked in and from the time i got in to the time i got my drink took 15 minutes. Probably won't be stopping before work again. Wish you had online ordering so i could just pick up and go. read more

My first experience here was outstanding! An amazingly clean and cool atmosphere. There were probably three workers that greeted me seconds after I walked in. One of the young men who worked the register (Started with a G but hard to hear with mask) had suggested the banana boat with some cocoa powder and it was EXCELLENT, had it out in minutes. Will be returning here. read more

The smoothie was delicious, but the customer service was not delicious. It was my first visit, with some questions. She seemed irritated after one question. She didn't make me feel wanted, as if I was bothering her. I won't be back due to the customer service I received. read more

BRIANS THE MAN!!! working his ass off behind the counter making smoothies!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE! I've never seen such amazing customer service skills. This place was BUSY and he was the only one making smoothies telling everyone to try theirs before they leave, if they don't like it he'll make a new one. He was so friendly and so polite to everyone waiting and walking in. I've never in my life seen anyone work like this with such enthusiasm and remaining calm with such a busy location! You're the man and keep doin what you're doin! read more

Smoothie King and its owner has been a great resource to the local community. In my time working with Smoothie King they have helped us to have a successful fundraiser campaign for the Black Student Union at Lincoln-Way East High School. In my experience, the owner has always been kind to us as well as his employees. Anytime we have been in the store he consistently praises his staff and encourages them to be great. When the owner attended a career panel at Lincoln-Way East High School, he was just as enthused with our students as he was with his staff. If you are looking for a GREAT smoothie in a positive atmosphere, I would recommend you go to Smoothie King Mokena. read more

One of the worse locations known to smoothie king. Beware the manager is completely horrible. Her name is Ethel and she does not know how to run a business. They messed up my smoothie multiple times. I asked her if I could get my money back and she said no. At my last visit I found a hair in my smoothie. This place will be reported to the health department soon. read more

Whoa, walking in the atmosphere was amazing , Maritsa and Asia were wonderful with greeting my brother and I.
