I was able to find while I was in the area the one in Evergreen Park closer to me shut down :-( This one is maybe about 12 miles away so it's not that close and I no longer receive email coupons to my phone I opted out of the text message is this place as you know can be pretty pricey for smoothies but when you're on-the-go and you want something relatively healthy you sometimes have to give back to yourself in a way that will be beneficial my purchase of today was a veggie and fruit smoothie what kills Apple strawberries and mangoes and it was mostly kale to me for his and I opted for a larger size so I was at about $7 or so next time I might just stick with what I know and that is the dreamsicle I absolutely love it customer service was pretty good here read more

One of the few Jamba Juice location that is easily accessible in the area. This site sign is hidden as you head North-bound but you see it when you head South. Plenty of parking and customer service here is the best. If you want jamba juice during their operating hours you definitely shouldn't come here because SURPRISE, they will be closed!!!!!!!!! You guys need to pick a time to close and stick with it for real. I'm sick of going at 7:15 when it clearly says it closes at 8 and everything being shutdown. I even called and asked if you were open and your employee still answered the phone saying he closed early because someone called off. I'm sorry but literally at what other job do you get to close whenever you want. NONE because then no one would be in business. If you don't want to stay open until 8 fine!!! but then CHANGE YOUR HOURS!!!!!! Don't you people get paid hourly? So you're telling me you are paying people an extra hour to sit there and hide in the back while you're supposed to be open because they don't want to work anymore???? JJ has a wide variety of juices, teas & smoothies made 7 different ways from Sunday using super, fresh ingredients. You can get 'em rich & creamy or fresh & fruity! There are all kinds o'flava combos fit for the most finicky juicer! JJ also offers a limited food menu too but I think you should just stick with the liquid theme at JJ since it's called Jamba Juice not Jamba Bread.  I don't like to drink my daily caloric allowance & I don't go to JJ a whole awful lot, but sometimes I actually don't want ice cream, gelato or fro-yo & a smoothie from JJ is a nice, pseudo-healthy "in-between liquid & frozen option" that hits the spot! My JJ o'choice is the classic, Aloha Pineapple Smoothie which is pineapple, strawberry, banana & Greek yogurt. I get it in the "Light option" which means it's 1/3 less the calories, carbs & all the other crap but definitely not light on flava! These fruits are the perfect, juicy marriage blended together for a thick, creamy oh so tropical-tastin' smoothie! This guy will have you sayin' Aloha, he's my fave! I can't speak for other JJ locations but the service at this JJ in Orland Park, IL, da best jam SW burb o'Chicago is very good. The Juicer is always juiced up & friendly & patiently answers all my juicy questions! The inside of this JJ has ample seating, is super clean & is bright, cheery & very juicy! I was not at the Jamba in Orland for years due to long lines and waiting. The smoothes were OK. I ended up having a conversation with one of the management team members and she convinced me to try it again. It was a great experience and the Caribbean passion tasted great! The goods: excellent service. The employees are always friendly and welcoming and don't treat you like an idiot if you ask for substitutions or have questions about the menu. Also? The sourdough pretzels are pretty tasty. The okays: The other food items. Ditto for the smoothies. Sure, they're healthier than a milkshake, but they're really nothing to write home about. They are refreshing and healthy but the price one pays i do not feel that the price is worth the taste to me. I came in rather late in the evening on a weekday and it was blatantly obvious that I was an intrusion on whatever everyone was doing. I'm SO jealous that Chicago has Jamba Juice and St. Louis doesn't! I stopped by during my visit for a smoothie. They have a little bit of something for everyone! I decided to go with the Apples n Greens smoothie, which had Apple-Strawberry juice, carrots, spinach, bell pepper, spirulina, kale, lettuce, peaches, mango, banana, and ice! Whew! It was quite delicious and refreshing. The only thing not refreshing? The cost! Almost $6 for a medium sized smoothie. While my heart is not happy that St. Louis is without Jamba Juice, my wallet is very thankful. read more

To me, Jamba Juice is just okay. It's hella expensive and the calories are cuhhhh-razyy! A couple summers ago they had smoothies with coconut water that were low in calories and very refreshing. Wish they would bring those back! In all, it's a fine smoothie but I've had better (Paradise smoothie in Tinley?) for the price. read more

Wow this place has gone downhill. Anna rung me up for my drinks and I actually had to say hi to her. Super unfriendly. As I was waiting for my drinks, she was asking the guy at the register what free boost he wanted in his drink and I realized she didn't ask me. Knowing that they have to input into the register what free boost a customer wants, I realized she didn't ask me and probably just put in whatever she felt like since she didn't want to bother asking me. I wonder if I even got one. Not cool. The employees seemed tired and like they'd rather be anywhere but there. It's a shame because usually everyone is friendly. I LOVE the pomegranate pick-me-up, the mango-a-go-go, and pretty much everything else I've had (thanks for sharing, friends). The workers aren't super friendly, but I also don't care. I got an Apples And Greens and the mango bowl for lunch yesterday. As always the shakes are good. I was surprised by the mango bowl though. That's new since the last time I've been here. I actually wanted some oatmeal but they were out so I settled for this and I have to say it was really filling despite also being healthy and nutritious. So this location is awesome!!! When I arrived I was greeted by the staff. As I approached the counter to order, the store was clean and well maintained. The person who took my order paid close attention to my multiple orders. She made sure restate the order and the changes. The staff then made sure that they made sure to incorporate everything that I asked for. The tables where clean and the floors appeared to freshly mopped. As I paid for the order, the cashier was extremely friendly and made sure to provide me a smile and a farewell. This is a great stamp for the company. This is a must go to location. read more

I was out in Orland Park last night on a job and saw this Jamba Juice on the way home. Sweet! I think, as Jamba Juices are hard to find outside of downtown and I was craving a Strawberry Wild. I got there at like 8:40 PM and the place was closed. The sign on the front said they were open til 9 PM. WTF? It wasn't like a holiday or anything. Very friendly environment. Always greeted when walking through the door and on the way out. Smoothies and juices are always well made and taste delicious. You get what you pay for. It's no more expensive than a holiday drink at Starbucks but definitely healthier. There are awesome items for anyone whether you love something sweet, sour, vegan, or veggie. Depending on the shift there have been a few cranky workers complaining about their job and how hard it is to work at the register. But overall it's a nice place to get a smoothie. read more

If I waited any longer I would have been late for my practice. While my wait in line the 2 employees that were working kept looking at me I looked at them so maybe they would take my order, but not they went back to work after looking at me.
