The check out process is painful. One actual lane open with a long line. Then when you try to do self check out with a large order the worker wants to stand over you and watch you like a hawk. Just open another lane!! My final straw was today while picking up a grocery order. The girl tried to give my order to the wrong car. During the mix up she finalizes my order. However I had a $20 off coupon to use. I give her the coupon and she lies to me about actually scanning the coupon. I question her about it before she leaves my car and she lies about it to me again and says she redeemed it. When I get home I check my bill in the app and it wasn't redeemed. I called the store to speak to a manager and she can't credit my credit card either.
