I love this Dunkin! For one, they are the only ones open at 4 am when I want some coffee for the road. Somehow at 4 am they are awake, happy and super accurate with my order. They know my order as soon as I start talking! I'm still half asleep. They are very nice and sweet and a happy start to the morning. read more

I'm not sure what all the feedback is on this place every time I come in here for a coffee I am green with a smile and given delicious tasting fresh coffee always made exactly as I order it. For two dollars for a medium you can't beat the price. I'm gonna make it short and sweet I like this location I've never had a bit experience here I come here probably twice a month and I want to have good coffee. Any customer experience I've had here was been positive in any that I have witnesses also been positive. read more

Dunkin and Baskin Robbins combined. Zero stars wasn't an option A third grader could have done a better job with this writing. Where's the "S" The Manager could care less. All I got was $5 off If I wasn't desperate I would have walked out. Customer service is pathetic. Never ordering again. And never giving them any biz at all. read more

Bought 2 hot chocolates today cost $9.19 - should be $7.11 - They charged an extra $1.00 per drink for "Cold Foam" not sure what that is? I asked the guy he mumbled some non english crap, then shut the window. Train these people in manners and customer service. If you want a tip earn it! read more

I wish I can give them 10, I have been to many different dunkin donuts' and this is the best. They treat you with respect and kindness. I was having a rough day and they were all so sweet. read more

Dunkin' Donuts always seemed to me like the I'm broke version of Starbucks or the old person's coffee shop. But, I was being pretty judgmental and so I have mentally slapped myself. I started going to Dunkin Donuts because the members of my Aqua Exercise class invited me to go there with them. To my surprise, I saw a huge cross section of the world in Dunkin Donuts. Shame on me for being such a snob about it. I personally prefer a stronger, darker coffee but I really enjoy this location. Our swim group periodically swarms the place and they treat us like Kings and Queens, even passing out coupons some times. I have found that I really like their bagels and their coffee is fine. I would personally choose another type but I enjoy it. It's clean, the service is great and my Aqua buddies hang out here, what more could you want? Coupons? I'll send you some of mine. read more

Today I went to this Dunkin'!! Omg who ever was working around 4:50 you made the best Raspberry Iced Tea i ever had!! I always ask for extra raspberry and I got it and loved it! So thank you soo much, it was much needed!! -Bella read more

Don't go here, ever. As other reviews stated, the service is slow. They get orders wrong all the time. Wet donuts and munchkins. The employees are rude and apathetic. They will never give you a receipt. Go to the Mokena location. They have their act together there. Don't patronize this location and continue to pad the pockets of obviously lazy and greedy franchise owners. read more

Where can start. I can't even select a rating on the service we have been getting the past 2 times I have been here. The worse experience was the the second time when I went through the drive thru around 8:30pm and the workers claimed the store was close after they had greeted me and took my order. This store needs management supervision if they don't want to continue to lose loyal customers. If I could I would put 0 stars but I'll give it one star since she did greeted me. read more

I would avoid this location if you don't feel like getting disrespected by the lady working there. I understand that your probably under paid or over work but that doesn't give you the right to treat the customer with disrespect. Treat someone the way you want to be treated not just what do you want in the drive thru. If you dislike your job then I would suggest getting a new one if you can't then act correctly. read more

They will tell you you can not sit down after you make a purchase. There are times that me, family or friends might like to just sit down and talk. Other times, they just lock the doors and try to tell you they only have 5 workers. So does Starbucks, they have no problem. After about 3 insulting turnaways, we are not going there again. read more

Every time I come here, I have to double check my order before I leave. If I don't check, I will be half way to my destination and realize my order is wrong. I consistantly order an extra large hot tea with just sugar only, and every time, they want to give me coffee {yuck}. One time they gave me hot tea with coffee in it?? Um seriously? They must have realized half way through making my order that I said tea and just added tea to the coffee? I'm not sure why they do what they do, but check your food and taste your drink before you leave, Save yourself the aggrivation! read more

I can't understand why it's so hard to get a coffee order right. Most of the times my order is incorrect. Today I ask for a small dark roast no sugar, easy cream. Instead I get black coffee. Not only was my order wrong I got charged twice when I told the cashier that I had a sandwich. I need to remind myself that there is another Dunkin' Donuts in mokena that I should drive to. Argh!!! You know that feeling when you need your coffee. read more

Horrible staff. Could wait fifteen minutes before someone decides to talk to you. They also forgot one of the two items I ordered. We waited ten minutes and then sat at the counter for another five minutes and finally asked for our other item and they totally forgot. Very unfriendly. read more

Went through the drive-thru around 9:15am on 1/19/22. The line always moves fast at this location, so I stop often on my way into work. This morning a different woman was working at the window, and she was extremely rude. She was practically throwing my food at me before I could even get my window down. She didn't even take the time to give me my credit card back, but instead dropped it into the bag with my food. She then gave me a very fake sounding greeting and as I pulled away she was grinning like she was so proud of herself for how fast her "service" was. I was already agitated when I left, only to find that I did not receive a reciept and my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps, and recieved them without bacon. I don't know if they get a bonus for how many cars they serve or what, but I will be looking at switching to one of the other 2 dunkin that are close to me, where I always get friendly service. Unbelievable. read more

I will ONLY go to this Dunkin' Donuts, which sometimes means passing more than one other location. Why? Because the coffee is consistently delicious (at most DD's, it's hit or miss), and the employees are consistently awesome (again, hit or miss at most DD's). read more

I go to this Dunkin Doughnuts at least 3 times a week on my way to work each time I order the same exact thing through the drive through A turkey sausage wake up wrap made with veggie egg white... at least 2 out of the three times my order is WRONG... THERE IS NEVER CONSISTENCY AT THIS LOCATION!! One person takes your order, someone else brings it to you and God only knows what you will get. Plus the Price changes every time.. Sounds like a scam. I have tried to look past this, but today was the last time I will be doing that! As I can see from other reviews I am not the only ONE getting WRONG ORDERS! IF ONLY CORPORATE WOULD READ THIS! If I could put no stars I would. Service was poor, was rushed to place my order through the drive- thru and once I placed my order I waited an additional 15 minutes to pay and receive my order. Once I got to the window I paid and my two milkshake orders were have empty and watery. I would have went inside to ask for a replacement but I shouldn't have had too. Treat people how you want to be treated. I paid for this trash. read more

Terrible service, waited 20min inside and nobody would make eye contact with me. Then was told they were not taking orders inside and I had to go through the drive through. Then was rushed through the drive through and then the order was wrong in the end so I now have wasted 20min of my time and 8$ of my money. Drive elsewhere, it would be worth your time and money. read more

As others have stated, this Dunkin is plagued with slow wait times, poor-tasting coffee, and staff indifference, but the biggest issue is that time and again, they consistently mess up orders and get them wrong. The past couple times I've gone, I've asked for whip cream with my coffee, which they will acknowledge at the drive-thru but always forget. The same has been true with the cream and sugar. Even if the order is correct, the coffee is often bitter and distasteful compared to other Dunkins. When ordering at the drive-thru, I've never been told how much my order will cost ahead of time. If I'm paying with cash and change, it would be nice to know so that I can have that ready whilst I'm waiting in line. They seem rarely hand out receipts unless asked, which is especially problematic considering they're tendency to get orders wrong. After yet another bad experience today, I had intended to take the survey on the receipt, only to realize they had not provided it. Suffice it to say I will not be going back. read more

Today I visted this Dunkin in hopes of having a great experience. Unfortanley that is not what happened. The managers are so rude to the poor people just trying to do their job, it was just sickening. I actually threw up after witnessing it. Get nicer managers! I know that its a pandemic right now and everyones stressed but have a dang heart. I mean or just be rude right infront of the customer. I was so mad I downloaded yelp just to say this. I cant express it enough be nicer! If i could rate this business 0 stars i would. When I looked up this location I was not surprised at all to see it was only rated two stars. I went today because I was craving a cone. I ordered the cone double scoop on one cone. The other girl made it wrong so the cashier told her no one cone. So I asked her the how much one cone was Vs two. She told me the price difference. So I asked her how much a drink was and because it was more than the original amount I said just refund me. She became annoyed. I asked her name and she said it was Rosie and her manager was Maria. She shorted me on the refund and when I explained to her that her math was off she started yelling and talking sarcastically. She then said heres your dollar get out of the drive through there's people behind you. Mind you we paid by card but she literally shoved the dollar at us. Also, please keep your mask up when your talking to customers abs your other employee is right next to you. I will never ever go to this Dunkin' Donuts ever again. I'm so disappointed. Rosie, If you cannot keep your composure and be nice then don't work in customer service. You definitely do not have any manners and Clearly you aren't meant for it. read more

Worst Dunkin' in the area. No one there knows how to make a coffee to customer order. When you bring it in and request they make what you paid for, they give attitude. I go out of my way to the Dunkin' off Rt.30 and Wolf. They make it perfect everytime! read more

I was served a hot latte with rancid milk. There was no manager on duty and none of the staff knew the last time the milk machine was cleaned. I asked for the manager's phone number, and Danielle the supposed "manager" (did not behave as a mature adult) was upset and verbally abusive to me on the phone. A call to the Health Department uncovered them not cleaning their milk machines properly and management instructing their staff not to override the alerts that the milk machine was designed to give when it is time to clean it. Pass this Dunkin Donuts up and go to Starbucks down the street where you will be treated with respect and receive a fresh drink. read more

Horrible, rude staff. Having encountered the long wait at the drive thru the last time I came here (which should have been an indication that this location has problems) I went in and ordered my coffee. Not only was it wrong, but I asked for easy ice. The large cup was packed with ice. when I got home, i removed all the ice and guess what, the actual watered down coffee only reached the top of the area on large cup that actually fits into your cup holder. We have had many positive experiences at this D&D, but the one we had today has negated them all. This morning, around 5:30 AM myself and my spouse followed my in-laws through the drive-through. We ordered two coffees and a large smoothie. My in-laws ahead of us paid for their meals and then asked to pay for our meal. The lady at the window said "their total is $15, is that okay?" and my father in-law went ahead and paid. When we got to the window, we were told he had paid for two of our three drinks, and that we owed $4.08. I used a free drink voucher to pay for it. None of us got receipts. Once we arrived where we were headed, he asked us what the hell we had ordered that was $15, and why he had seen us paying (via the app). None of us got receipts. We have no idea what we were charged for. Furthermore, it was the owner's family working (my wife went to high school with their children and recognized them) so there is no point addressing it with the management. read more

I go to the drive in for my $.99 iced coffee about 2 or 3 times a week. Well yesterday I was not going to stop but my truck decided that I was, it broke down in the parking lot. I went in and got my drink and the girl that waited on me was wonderful, cant say much for the Will County Sheriffs that were inside. I approached them to ask if they knew a place around for repairs. 2 men and 1 woman officer just shooting the BS and who steps up to give me a few ideas? Well it wasn't the (boys) They could of cared less or taken the time to ask if I needed any help. REALLY? I was on my cell phone trying to get some kind of help because I work in Frankfort and live in Justice. Thank God for a very caring lady (nurse) doing her paperwork stepped up and gave me a ride to my brothers house in Frankfort (he was in Florida) She did not only go above and beyond to make sure I was safe, she wanted to make sure I was in the house safe. I cant thank YOU enough, so much for serve and protect! Will County Sheriffs. I had never went inside the store before but you can bet your butt I will from now on. The employees and service was great and if not for providing a clean and comfortable place I would not of run into the nurse. I went back the next morning to get myself coffee and again the employees were great. Thank you DD read more

I've been to a few Dunkin Donuts and I wish I had yelp'd them. They were easily one-star locations. But alas, this location is quite honestly the Hilton of Dunkin' Donuts! The one drawback is the loud Baskin-Robbins freezer and it's medium-to-high level hum across the entire lobby, but if you can get past that, the pricing is incredible, the sofa and love seat give it a nice Starbucks-esque quality and the employees were friendly and attentive. During Happy Hour, usually from 3pm - 6pm, 99 cents will get you a large iced mocha coffee, or a half-dozen donuts! What a great value!!! The coffee is not as dark a roast as Starbucks, but you can still taste the quality and incredible flavor. The service was fast and we received our entire order within 90 seconds! The Wi-Fi is free and it's super fast and reliable. I'd highly recommend THIS Dunkin' Donuts if you're looking for a quick coffee and snack. read more

Come here weekly for iced coffee, simply because it's the closest location I can get to in a hurry. 8 out of 10 times they mess up my coffee and I have to go back around and ask for the correct order.
