I'm not sure what all the feedback is on this place every time I come in here for a coffee I am green with a smile and given delicious tasting fresh coffee always made exactly as I order it. For two dollars for a medium you can't beat the price. I'm gonna make it short and sweet I like this location I've never had a bit experience here I come here probably twice a month and I want to have good coffee. Dunkin' Donuts always seemed to me like the I'm broke version of Starbucks or the old person's coffee shop. But, I was being pretty judgmental and so I have mentally slapped myself. I started going to Dunkin Donuts because the members of my Aqua Exercise class invited me to go there with them. To my surprise, I saw a huge cross section of the world in Dunkin Donuts. Shame on me for being such a snob about it. I personally prefer a stronger, darker coffee but I really enjoy this location. Our swim group periodically swarms the place and they treat us like Kings and Queens, even passing out coupons some times. I have found that I really like their bagels and their coffee is fine. I would personally choose another type but I enjoy it. It's clean, the service is great and my Aqua buddies hang out here, what more could you want? Coupons? I'll send you some of mine. read more

They will tell you you can not sit down after you make a purchase. There are times that me, family or friends might like to just sit down and talk. Other times, they just lock the doors and try to tell you they only have 5 workers. So does Starbucks, they have no problem. Every time I come here, I have to double check my order before I leave. If I don't check, I will be half way to my destination and realize my order is wrong. I consistantly order an extra large hot tea with just sugar only, and every time, they want to give me coffee {yuck}. One time they gave me hot tea with coffee in it?? Um seriously? Went through the drive-thru around 9:15am on 1/19/22. The line always moves fast at this location, so I stop often on my way into work. This morning a different woman was working at the window, and she was extremely rude. She was practically throwing my food at me before I could even get my window down. She didn't even take the time to give me my credit card back, but instead dropped it into the bag with my food. She then gave me a very fake sounding greeting and as I pulled away she was grinning like she was so proud of herself for how fast her "service" was. I was already agitated when I left, only to find that I did not receive a reciept and my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps, and recieved them without bacon. I don't know if they get a bonus for how many cars they serve or what, but I will be looking at switching to one of the other 2 dunkin that are close to me, where I always get friendly service. As others have stated, this Dunkin is plagued with slow wait times, poor-tasting coffee, and staff indifference, but the biggest issue is that time and again, they consistently mess up orders and get them wrong. The past couple times I've gone, I've asked for whip cream with my coffee, which they will acknowledge at the drive-thru but always forget. The same has been true with the cream and sugar. Even if the order is correct, the coffee is often bitter and distasteful compared to other Dunkins. When ordering at the drive-thru, I've never been told how much my order will cost ahead of time. If I'm paying with cash and change, it would be nice to know so that I can have that ready whilst I'm waiting in line. They seem rarely hand out receipts unless asked, which is especially problematic considering they're tendency to get orders wrong. I went today because I was craving a cone. I ordered the cone double scoop on one cone. The other girl made it wrong so the cashier told her no one cone. So I asked her the how much one cone was Vs two. She told me the price difference. So I asked her how much a drink was and because it was more than the original amount I said just refund me. She became annoyed. I asked her name and she said it was Rosie and her manager was Maria. She shorted me on the refund and when I explained to her that her math was off she started yelling and talking sarcastically. I was served a hot latte with rancid milk. There was no manager on duty and none of the staff knew the last time the milk machine was cleaned. I asked for the manager's phone number, and Danielle the supposed "manager" (did not behave as a mature adult) was upset and verbally abusive to me on the phone. A call to the Health Department uncovered them not cleaning their milk machines properly and management instructing their staff not to override the alerts that the milk machine was designed to give when it is time to clean it. Not only was it wrong, but I asked for easy ice. The large cup was packed with ice. when I got home, i removed all the ice and guess what, the actual watered down coffee only reached the top of the area on large cup that actually fits into your cup holder. We have had many positive experiences at this D&D, but the one we had today has negated them all. This morning, around 5:30 AM myself and my spouse followed my in-laws through the drive-through. We ordered two coffees and a large smoothie. My in-laws ahead of us paid for their meals and then asked to pay for our meal. The lady at the window said "their total is $15, is that okay?" and my father in-law went ahead and paid. When we got to the window, we were told he had paid for two of our three drinks, and that we owed $4.08. I used a free drink voucher to pay for it. None of us got receipts. Once we arrived where we were headed, he asked us what the hell we had ordered that was $15, and why he had seen us paying (via the app). None of us got receipts. We have no idea what we were charged for. Furthermore, it was the owner's family working (my wife went to high school with their children and recognized them) so there is no point addressing it with the management. read more

I ordered a CARMEL iced coffee with almond milk. When I received my drink, there was NO CARMEL. I spent $3 on a drink that didn't taste good at all. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time I have dealt with this location messing up my drink. In fact, I try to avoid this certain Dunkin because i order the same thing every time, but it consistently tastes different. Come here weekly for iced coffee, simply because it's the closest location I can get to in a hurry. 8 out of 10 times they mess up my coffee and I have to go back around and ask for the correct order.
